Fort Frolic (BioShock) It has Sander Cohen in it.  Nuff said.

Downfall (Cal of Duty: World at War) The epic final level of CoD: WaW.  And then the bastards at Treyarch killed off Dimitri and Reznov in CoD: Black Ops. :anger

Inner Persephone (BioShock 2) This level was nonstop action.  It was insanely fun and offered lots of opportunities to try out all the plasmids and weapons.

Half-Life 2-"Dark Energy" (Super Gravity Gun is awesome)
Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense-"Arizona, Meteor Crater" (I like unleashing the giant alien ant and fighting it)
The Lost World: Jurassic Park-All Raptor levels (I find the velociraptor to be the easiest character to control in the game)
Digimon: Digital Card Battle-The battle with the main antagonist, A (it has a creepy aura to it that I was first frightened by but now enjoy)
Red Faction: Guerrilla-Anything with a walker (the walkers are awesome, my favorite being the light walker)
Spyro: Ripto's Rage-"Crystal Glacier" and "Skelos Badlands" (I like these mostly for their environments and the silly caveman people)
Jurassic the Hunted-"Enter: "Spike"" and "No Time Like The Present" (I enjoy fighting Spike the spinosaurus, even if he can be difficult to take down)
Kingdom Hearts 2-"The Pridelands" (I love playing as a lion cub)

Racing Games:

F-Zero: Mute City-one of the first levels of any game I ever played.
Chocobo Racing: Floating Gardens-Beautiful remix of a music score from FF5.
Speed Punks: Shipwreck Shore and Skate Park
Jet Moto 2: Aftershock
Jet Moto 3: Skypark (Awesome Music)
Sonic Riders: egg Factory-some cool shortcuts.
Sonic Riders 2: Aquatic Capital-Fun environment in general.
Mario Kart Wii: Coconut Mall, DK Summit, Maple Treeway-very interesting track ideas.

Non-racing games:
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage-Summer Forest (Just a hub level, but it brings back such nostalgia for me.)
Kingdom Hearts 2-Pridelands (Same reason as DH.)
Final Fantasy VIII: Lunatic Pandora
Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil: Mts of Mira Mira. (The song sung in the game's language is absolute win!)
Muppets Party Cruise: Spinball (Just a mini-game, but so addicting to me.)
Final Fantasy X: Zanarkand Ruins
Super Mario Galaxy 2: Battle Belt (Awesome BGM.)
Shadow the Hedgehog-Sky Troops

Wolfenstein 3D - Episode 1 Floor 3 (alot of enemies,secrets and artifacts).

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy - All the Vjun levels(I like fighting the Reborns and Cultists, also finding out that Rosh turned to the darkside was a nice twist).

NES:

Metroid - Norfair(their was just something good about it).

Castlevania - Stage 7 ( It was difficult but the idea of fighting Death himself made up for it).

The Legend Of Zelda - Ganon's Lair(It had great atomsphere).
