Okay, one more insane idea, then I may give it a rest.
Okay, the basic premise is that the Mane 6 as well as any OC's that anyone can come up with are anthros at the Prestigious Celestia University in Canterlot. Roomies, class drama, and everything else you can think of will be a part of this RP!

Anthro similar to a lot of fanart. Hands, bipedal, etc, but also with wings, tails, horns, and equine facial composition.

Appearance Notes: Tends to wear loose-fitted shirts with the collar undone to the middle of his chest, often with billowing sleeves adorned with a flame motif. Wears black skinny jeans and tall black Converse shoes. Often seen carrying a messenger bag slung over one shoulder, with an elegantly-crowned pool cue over the other shoulder. Hairstyle tends to be an asymmetrical cut that covers his right eye and hangs to about his shoulders. Very Feminine face
Personality: Kickshot tends to come off as a flippant, blase ladies man, though beneath that he is also a capable intellectual and free-spirited dreamer. Seemingly a hedonist, he often expresses that he desires to live as much as he can. At times, when he thinks nopony else is looking, he can often be found looking out at the horizon with a wistful, melancholic smile on his face.
History: Kickshot was born to relatively affluent parents in one of the wealthy districts of Cloudsdale, however, at birth, he was frail and sickly, prone to coughing fits that left him bedridden and isolated from others, though there was a young pegasus girl that he often saw from the window of his room that he often wished to meet and get to know, though he never got the chance. However, shortly after a young pegasus was rumored to have performed the legendary Sonic Rainboom, his parents found a doctor who offered to perform an experimental treatment that would help to alleviate his illness, and was in fact successful. However, his years of isolation had caused him to have a good deal of social trouble, leaving him fairly lonely through most of his school years, a loneliness he alleviated by reading countless books, and by going to pool halls and learning the game, eventually gaining his cutie mark for it. Now he has been offered a scholarship to the prestigious Celestia College. However, due to a clerical error, he has been assigned to a triple room, along with two pegasus females from his past...

Appearance Notes: Often wears a backpack with stuff in it, including his camera, as well as books and other things. He picks comfortable clothes, including a cap and sunglasses. He prefers shirts that have at least 2 pockets so they can hold more. So he has places to put his mp3 player, wallet, cell phone, <If the tech level has cell phones and mp3 players, if not I'll take off references to those> ect.
Personality: He likes to take pictures, and also write down the story around the picture, information about it, and so on. He is pretty good with some subjects, but not all subjects. Sorta like an overall b student, who gets some b+ or b- in most subjects. The occasional a here and there.
He's pretty laid back and friendly. Easy being with or in a group, or alone.
History: His family is not rich, but are decently well off, partially due to good investments & luck. When he was younger he liked to read books, especially ones with pictures & drawings. He discovered he had a talent for taking pictures, even very quick pictures he didn't aim, focus or set up using a tripod and such tended to come out very well. Like most his age he likes playing video games also. Though he doesn't like all the genres equally. RPG's he likes best, some fps games. Comedic adventure games he likes also. He likes various types of music. He has 2 sisters, 1 older and one younger, then himself. He gets along with them ok, though they do annoy him as he does them at times. He was surprised he won a place at Celestia College.

Personality: Cherry Blossom is a sweet mare,she loves flowers and her special talent is being flower craft. She has many great ideas of what she can do with flowers,she makes chains,necklaces,bracelets even hats. Others find it weird a pegasus spends most of her time on the ground,but she rathers it that way.
History: Cherry Blossom was born inn Cloudsdale like most Pegasi. From birth she had an interest in flowers,she wasn't really interested in flying. After her and her parents moved to Ponyvillie and opened a florist where She made flower craft she had .One day while she was making a necklace-a cutie mark appeared,One day when she went to check her mail she got a shock-she was accepted into Celestia University,the country town Pegasus had hit the big time.
(Sorry if it lame but I had to change her back story to make sense in this rp and this was the best I could do).

Is the tech level the same as this world, or like in the show?
The only spells I was thinking of that may be unique is a lighting spell where besides the ability to do light from his horn, or aim it like a cone, maybe also have a light source externally like a sphere of light he can shape so it can project light so he can get good lighting for a shot. Though maybe a more silly idea.
Also maybe teleport small objects like a camera to his hands so he can take a quick snap shot, though if he wears a camera around his neck or has a cell phone or small camera in his pocket it can be done instead with the regular telekinesis and just have the camera jerked out of a pocket and a quick snap shot is taken.
As a special talent I was thinking, he can take a quick shot, not aiming the camera or focusing and the shot comes out often looking like he set it up on a tripod, took time to get the lighting right, or wait till it was right, took time to get the perfect aim, which he just did a quick shot. Not a 100% thing but it often comes out looking like he did.
Not sure if it would carry over to video cameras or just regular cameras only.
