Although wide, there is a world beyond access...

"Get yourselves ready!" A judge from the crowd excitedly declared. "Today, we will be having two fierce competitors! Here, live from the Midair Stadium!"
A Lakitu dropped from the sky, holding a camera and crossed the stage.
However, someon flew across the sky and landed on stage.
As a white cap settled on his back, a young boy with cat-lke eyes unsheathed a sword and held it high.
"It is Link, from Hyrule!" The judge finished as the crowd blew in excitement. "We await the next challenger!"

(OOC - I decided to start Hyp, Nod and Mutt in the Smash World just so Link will have an opponent.)

Hyp, Nod and Mutt warped into the stadium and strode towards the arena. Hyp was astride Nod, looking for all the world like a triumphant Roman general.

"And here are Link's challengers; from the Great Valley, please welcome Hyp, Nod and Mutt!"

Hyp dismounted Nod and Mutt walked to the sidelines.

"I hope we can get back home." Nod said.

"We'll be able to get back. That weird passage is going nowhere."

In the Great Valley, Deimos, Strut and the rest of the gang were looking at strange swirling portal in the Cave of Many Voices.

"What's this? I heard that Hyp, Nod and Mutt went through here." Deimos asked. Suddenly the portal flashed and a Primid leapt from the portal.

"What is that thing?" Littlefoot asked.

Suddenly, the Primid leapt at Petrie, who flew upwards.

"I've got this." Deimos said. He then unfastened a club with a large stone lashed at the end from his back and swung it at the Primid, splattering it against the wall.

A Bracket appeared on the screen . It was bracket of 64. "Welcome to match #3. The winner of this match will take on the winner of Yoshi-Pikachu! Cobatants get ready. This match will lat 5 minutes.. and.. go! The announcer said, and a green light went off, signalling the start of the match..

"Never seen these before..." Link whispered, hesitating in taking the bow out or not. "Well, get yourself ready to be beat! The announcer already declared the beginning!" Link proudly announced, taking the Shield out instead and dashing towards Hyp with the sword at hand.

"Cera?" A teenager voice called from a few bushes. "Where are you? I don't think this is a game anymore!"
With that, a greenish rockback jumped from the bushes, scrolling his look around the area.
"Where did she go...?" Kyro whispered, following a path into the forest. "And why did we leave the Great Valley, anyway...?!"

Hyp mounted Nod and grabbed the stone tipped spear that was at his side.

Nod then began to charge towards Link, with Hyp holding the spear in front of himself.

Seeing the challengers charging at him, and seeing as it was hard to avoid, Link took the bow out and pointed at the two, trying to get a clear shot on the weapon.

As soon as the arrow, as shot, Link threw the bow away and protected himself with the shield while taking out a bomb.

"If I'm going into Trophy, you're coming with me!" He whispered, holding the bomb while shielding.

Kyro quit searching. He simply sat by the water, trying to rest after a long search in the forest.

However... just as soon as he lied down, a strange figure appeared from within the darkness... it seemed as if it had a stone aspect and the figure of a rather large sand creeper...

"Hello?" He called, approaching the bushes.

The arrow struck Nod but did not affect him too much thanks to his bony armor.

Hyp threw the spear over the shield and dismounted Nod. Nod continued charging at the shield. Hyp then assumed a fighting stance.

Back at the cave the group was battling more Primids.

"What are these things?" Strut shouted, spearing a Primid.

"Beats me!" Littlefoot replied, crushing a Primid underfoot.

As the clash between the four was about to really heat up, three figures had come up and were watching the fight from the sidelines. It was a rather unusual trio. From first glance, it appeared to be a little girl dinosaur with a white, puff ball riding on her back and some marshmallow looking guy riding a cloud. How the strange group united, nobody knew besides them right now. The girl dinosaur spoke up to the marshmallow guy. "So what is that colorful guy with the long, sharp rock going to do? This seems to be mismatched."
He sighed. "Do you always have to know when something is going to happen Rita? Just hold on. Psychopath!" he called, looking at Link. He smiled and said, "Oh, he's a smart one. It may be three on one but he definately knows how to handle multiple enemies."
"Oh come on, what is he planning?" Rita pleaded.
"Trust me, you'll find this battle to be much more interesting if you don't know," Mallow replied mysteriously.

"Mail for you!" Link shouted, throwing the bomb backwards and taking off a small button-thing that was over the bomb.

Then, he let the shield be taken away with him, throwing him away for quite a distance, near the stage's edge.

Still not defeated, Link took out the sword and readied himself for a hand-to-hand fight.

However, Link turned to the trio that had appeared.

"What?!" He replied with a strang look.

The figure still didn't reply. It just kept moving, smashing the ground under him. Kyro backed a few steps.

"What is this thing?!" He shouted, turning around and running into the forest again before the golem would crush him. "Help! Ther's this giant thing hunting me!" He kept shouting to the trees.

"Kyro, help me!" Cera's voice echoed from within the beast.

The rockback suddenly stopped and looked back. Kyro gasped as he saw the female threehorn inside a hard material cage.

"Do something!" She kept shouting.

"I would... but what...?"

Hyp seized the bomb and threw it back at Link

Hyp then turned to Mutt. "Mutt, come here!"

Nod then sauntered back to the sidelines as Mutt loped toward Hyp. "Let's see how well Deimos's CQC training works."

Both Mutt and Hyp assumed a fighting stance. And Hyp beckoned towards Link. "Come get some."

Link had only one chance: he'd have to use the Roc's Cap.

And so he did, using the Roc's Cap to avoid being hit, jumping over the explosion and assuming a fighting pose by pointing the sword directly at Hyp with a defiant look.

"Let's go then!" He taunted, pulling the swod back to test the challenger's agility by slashing repeatidly.

"Stormy weather coming, people! Gather under!" The announcer declared, as the sky suddenly turned darker due to the clouds.

Hyp dodged most of the slashes, except fora few that struck him in the arms. He turned to Mutt and nodded.

Mutt took advantage of Link's fixation of Hyp and tried to body slam him.

"Smooth!" Link thought in a fraction of second, before being thrown away to out of the stage.

However, he touched the Roc's Cap and was sent flying up, able to grab the edge. He sheathed the sword and searched the shield around the stage.

"Darn, where is it?!" He muttered, keeping the cap on his back.

"HELP!" Both Kyro and Cera shouted. Kyro had been cornered in a circle of rocks, unable to escape.

The monster wasn't far from crushing him.

"Looking for this?" Hyp asked, holding up the shield. In one hand he had a stone throwing knife.

Mutt had decided to remain near Hyp and was brandishing a stone tipped spear.

Hyp threw his knife at Link and Mutt followed up by hurling his spear at the same time.

"My shield!"

Link got up and unsheathed the sword, blocking the knife with a slash. However, the spear was approaching fast, and ultimately, Link was thrown away, hitting the stage's barriers and turning into a Trophy.

The trophy fell on the stage's ground, leaving the hero frozen.

"GAME! It's the end of the match!" The announcer declared. "And the winner is... what is that...?!"

The announcer went speachless as the crowd gasped. The clouds in the sky were turning a strange color. Not a single drop had fallen until now, when the sky suddenly seemed to shatter into pieces.

(OOC: Quite the dej·-vu, huh?)

"We did it!" Mutt shouted.

"Don't rejoice too soon." Hyp said, pointing at the sky.

Nod had joined his compatriots. He nudged Link's trophy.

Mutt retrieved his spears and fastened one of them back onto Nod who still had 4 of them lashed to his body. He was wielding the other one.

"This isn't good." Mutt said.

As the sky darkened, Dante, who was in the stadium waiting to fight, leapt onto the platform ready to fight.
"Wha-What's happening?"
He asked, eyes narrowing...

The brta ket apresared vbriefkly again. Hyp, Nod, and Muitt had asdvanced to play Pikachu. Suddenly. Black bolts shot down from the sky hitting the stage with tremendius velocity.

Recovered, Link got up and unsheathed his sword again as the situation started to go bad.

"Don't think there's time for a rematch, huh?" He ironized, picking the shield up and placed it into the right position.

But, was there something descending from the sky, from between the bolts...?

It seemed... a robot!

Link readied an arrow, but waited for the others reactions.

"The robot might not have bad intentions!" He shouted.

That is... if it didn't have strange cannon holes for arms!

Kyro shrugged as the beast was over him, a huge scissor-like arm about to cut through him...
With one last effort, Kyro inspired heavily and shouted:

"HELP!"

Mutt aimed his spear at the robot. Nod crouched down and prepared to charge. Hyp brandished a stone knife.

"This thing doesn't look friendly." Hyp said.
