I'll try to hang in there/stay optimistic despite all the "very tight money situation in the family/hanging in there, but we're still getting by." talk i've been doing lately. :( I need to change to a positive tone.

I'll let you know how my 24th birthday will go. :) I hope I have better luck this year than last year.

My dad and I went to the golf driving range, but it was closed because the grass was still wet from the rain, so we went to the bowling alley, and I bowled 3 games while dad watched.

The cake was VERY delicious and had a rich taste. :yes It was white with red and blue frosting and buttercream filling. I got 6 birthday cards, and my gifts were new pairs of socks, a new pair of khaki shorts, and a new polo shirt.

:D Thank you very much for your birthday posts again this year, everyone. :D I appreciated them very much. :yes

Now, we are about to go out for dinner, then come back to the house to unwrap presents and have cake. The cake is a 1/4 sheet, it's white with a buttercream filling. The cake's design theme is a beach and shoreline.

By the way, this is a picture of the tee areas of the driving range. In this picture, the tee/turf pads are not set up underneath the sun shade/canopy, but they were all set up today. You can see the yellow distance signs in the picture, too.
