Indeed! Any particular way you want this to go in terms of specific plot-points or is it a free-for-all going in the general direction of the plot?

And how bout for the extra characters that aren't in the Valley? Like Sierra and Rinkus, Ozzy and Strut, Bron and Shorty, and Doc? Do they have anything specific in mind in contributing to the plot or are they just free to do as they please? Did any of these questions make sense?

The majority of the plot is actually free, just some major points are set in stone, basically. Here's the main events that must happen:

> Sharptooth finds Redclaw, they team up. (In this role-play, they're brothers)
> They decide to use Chomper as a way into the valley, they send Screech and Thud to bring him to them alive.
> They force him to tell them, he (very unwillingly) tells them a secret entrance.
> He manages to escape, and warns them, but the leaf-eaters exile him for betrayal.
> They invade the Great Valley, followed by many other sharpteeth.
> They occupy it for years, and Littlefoot is thought to be killed but escapes, Doc finds and raises him, and they soon meet up with Bron and his herd, who were searching for Littlefoot.
> Chomper and Littlefoot meet eachother a second time, so they go to save the Great Valley together, and lead the flatteeth in a battle against the sharpteeth.
> Then a big battle occurs between Chomper, Littlefoot, Bron, Cera, Spike, and Shorty against Sharptooth and Redclaw.


Other then this, the rest is up to you, and also completely new scenes are welcomed.

And Sierra, Rinkus, Ozzy and Strut are in there so people can add them if they want, but they don't have to actually be in the story, and Pterano is allowed back in the valley in this Role-play

I have a list of dislikes in Land Before Time, and these are my opinions, and if someone doesn't like them, as Mr. Threehorn would say: TOUGH! So here it is:

Seriously incompetent Sharpteeth, there supposed to be predators, and to trip over a baby Brachiosaurus in 10, come on, you supposed to weigh 6 tons and you trip over a 50 pound hatchling. The sharpteeth from 1-3, 5, 7, and 9, were the most threatening, here is why

Sharptooth: An awesome T-rex who is out for revenge against Littlefoot, and in my opinion he IS a villain, so don't say 'how is he a villain?', he kills Littlefoot's mother, he tracks the gang all the way to the Great Valley, and he almost kills Petrie, what reason is he not a villain, a predator doesn't track its failed prey for months, like he did, and a predator doesn't simply go after hatchlings when he could have a full grown longneck, he injured the mother, if he was hungry, he would just finish the already injured mother off, so as far as I'm concerned, he IS A VIllain!

Mama and Papa Sharptooth: They were actually a little less threatening, because they actually seemed like more realistic T-rex, they didn't jump very often, and they went after larger prey when given the chance, ex. Mother Sharptooth vs. Grandpa Longneck, the only problem with them was tripping over two hatchlings, atleast Chomper and Littlefoot didn't try to step under her.

Velociraptors from three: Now these guys were cool, the reason is because they almost killed the adults, and got a few good hits in, also, they resembled the Velociraptor males from Lost World: Jurassic Park, the same red skin with dark stripes, just added to the cool factor, they also didn't have any slapstick. One Raptor did get hit by a rock, but because he didn't get up, it is likely that he was killed, as Raptors in real life could be killed with a baseball bat.

In 5, that Giganotosaurus(he was to big to be a Carnotaurus) was cool, because he drew blood, twice, and was pretty bad-a**, especially how he was able to defeat two T-rexs with ease, the only reason they won is because Chomper's father surprised him with a tail swipe.

7, these Raptors were pretty scary for one reason, that they killed the entire herd, even though it wasn't shown.

9, This guy made me unable to watch LBT 9, it wasn't Mo.

After this, the sharpteeth became these slapstick obstacle courses for the kids, I wonder why the adults fear them so much, if 7 hatchlings can easily outwit them, then why fear them?

The incompetent attitude of the adults, they just talk and argue, and they never actually do anything except a few times, they never do anything, they just argue, as if arguing will do anything.

So that is my list, now I don't want anyone to say that sharptooth never showed any signs of being a villain, a normal t-rex wouldn't track down a group of 5 hatchlings for revenge, they would follow large prey like Longnecks or Threehorns.

Yeah, Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, I just forgot to put the full name in the title, but it was really cool with the demo, although you could never leave the game because you couldn't save, but I just wish that alot of cut stuff could be added, like more dinosaurs so you didn't have to change the skin color, it would have been cool. And the dirt that you said would have seperated the Raptors from the People, that would have been cool, shame these features weren't in the final game.

Chapter 10, Not your fault

Rex couldn't believe it. His father, his friend, his teacher, was dead. As he ran into the gorge as the last herd members dissapeared, he saw it, his father's body, lying in a crumpled heap, a pained expression on his face. "Dad?" Rex asked as he approached, though his brain told him it was hopeless, 'no!' his heart was crying, and the salty tears dripped down his face.

"Come on Dad, you gotta get up!" He begged as he tried to wake his father. "Dad! We gotta go home!" He sobbed. There was no sound, no animals, no flyers in the air, no crawlers in the ground, it was just him. Alone.

"HELP!" He yelled out, hoping some one was there. "Somebody, anybody! Help!" He walked back to his father, and lay there, depressed, a shadow came up. "No..." Was all Tyranna could say.

"Mom." Rex said as he ran to his only remaining parent. "Rex, your alive, I thought you were dead!" She said. "Its all my faultl, daddy's gone, because of me!" Rex cried. "No, its not honey! You didn't know what would happen, and no one knew about the stampede." She comforted her son.

"It's still my fault." Rex cried. Tyranna nuzzled him to give some comfort, although she was struggling to maintain her own composure, on the inside, she was just as sad as Rex, but she had to be strong for his sake.

She knew Chomper had friends in the Great Valley, and that they were resisting the assault, hopefully one of Chomper's friends was still alive, and she could find them, she needed a safe home for Rex, although she doubted, because of what had happened, she hoped it would all be alright.

"Well isn't this lovely." That voice said. Tyranna snapped her head to see Darkclaw standing just a few meters away. "I kill the only remaining threat, and his pathetic family is here, perfect for tying up loose ends." Darkclaw sneered, and he showed his razor sharp, bone crushing white teeth.

"Don't you touch my son!" Tyranna snarled as she got into a defensive position. "Nothing will stand in my way, as far as I'm concerned, a traitor's mate ranks next to Traitor to me, and I don't accept that." Darkclaw said as got into hunting mode, his red eyes filled with blood lust.

Tyranna thought that was it. Her life flashed before her eyes, her birth, her playing with her twin brother, her parents' and brother's death at the hands of Redclaw, her escape, and Chomper finding her. It was over, was all she could think.

A/N: Yes, this scene is based on a certain Lion King scene, I won't tell what happened if anyone here is reading it, but I really tried to make this scene sad, and I think I succeeded, so tell me what you guys think.

"Its a shame really, I could use your son and you for increasing my army." He smirked. "Over...my...dead...body!" Someone snarled at Darkclaw. All three turned their heads to see...Chomper getting up, battered and bruised, but very much alive!

"I don't care if it kills me! I'm going to protect them from you!" Chomper growled as he prepared for the fight of his life. "Surrender or die Chomper!" Darkclaw roared as he charged forward to tear Chomper apart. Chomper charged, and the two slammed into eachother like freight trains!

Immediatley after recovering, Darkclaw slammed his tail into Chomper's face and tried to bite him. Chomper got hit by the tail but dodged the bite, and countered with his own attack.

He managed to grab Darkclaw's forward snout and began to try and crush it, but Darkclaw refused, and drove his claws into Chomper's snout, and began cutting. The pain was to much, and Chomper was forced to let go, and Darkclaw used this to grab Chomper by the neck, and he began twirling the younger sharptooth until he threw him to the ground.

"Run!" Chomper cried to his mate. She didn't want to, but she did. Darkclaw tried to follow but Chomper bit him on the leg. This only angered the older sharptooth even more, and he bit Chomper on the side, and used his claws to slash at him. Chomper cried out in pain, and Darkclaw closed in for the final blow.

"I'm your master now!" Darkclaw sneered as he prepared to crush Chomper's neck, but suddenly, Tyranna slammed into Darkclaw, and used her tail to knock him to the ground, "come on!" She cried as she helped Chomper to his feet and they both ran, while Darkclaw got up.

His red eyes probed the surrounding canyon for them, and out of the corner of his eye, he saw them leave. He prepared to pursue, when a large rock that was dislodged when he hit it, hit him on the head, knocking him out cold, but not killing him, he would be back up in atleast ten minutes.

That's a common trope, but another would be to start in the Mysterious Beyond and introduce the antagonist in the introduction.

Yes, that is what I have in mind, but in it, Redclaw and Sharptooth form an alliance instead of Sharptooth killing Redclaw, as most authors do, but yes, it will start in the Mysterious Beyond.

I'm surprised by how many people like Chomper, and wonder what makes him so appealing to many people(me included). His sweet nature? His cute appearance? His loyalty? His "fish out water" species? His possible futures? For me, all this makes me love him, along with a not so significant fact that he is blue, my favorite color.

If I could meet any of the LBT characters, it would him, he is so sweet.

I was just browsing the web and noticed how much Iran hates America, and how Russia and China are also against the US(no offense if anyone here lives in those countries), and have pledged that if America invades Iran to remove a future threat, then they will declare war on America, or something along those lines.

I also realised that if it happens, it would be very far worse then either World War I or II. Plus, Iran seems to just LOATHE America, when I don't recall us ever doing anything to that country. If we do attack her, it will be to get rid of a threat.  I'm not war-mongering or paranoid, I'm just stating that this feels eerily similar to the situation in World War I, all it takes is one action, and the world could be thrown into war. Hope this doesn't happen.  :unsure:
