lbt/cty has it, the answer is Petrie, and not Cera because Cera stated that it was a quote from her father saying flatheads had small brains. Petrie specifically called Littlefoot a flathead; Cera actually didn't as strange as that sounds.

No, that also isn't who I had in mind. The answer I was looking for is Bron. During the musical number about Littlefoot's dad, Bron clearly shows many tricks, and the only word he speaks is "Ha!" indicating he found Littlefoot.

i always log in at the wrong time and miss these questions it seems. There is no point in guessing cause im quite positive that lbt/cty_lover got it.
