Putting a Stop to Gamestop

I've taking the time to re-read.  Maybe you guys are right.  Maybe I am looking at this the wrong way.

However, you must understand that I've been working for a business for 5 years and thus might see things differently because of what they teach me, which is that customers are THE #1 focus of a business.  How they work is how your business works.

However, it's what I was taught.  Maybe, just maybe, that is wrong.
