Spellforce 1, 2 have some very good songs.

I also like the Morrowind title theme and the upcoming Skyrim remix.

The Terran score from the original Starcraft is one of the most uplifting and most distinctive musical scores of any strategy game.

Since they just released the Portal 2 soundtrack for free, I'm listening to it over and over. Plus it comes with Jonathan Coulton's "Want You Gone", which IMO is surpassed only by its predecessor "Still Alive," as far as video game music is concerned.
