After finally getting a working VHS converter, I was able to transfer LBT 2 onto my computer.
So, remember that it is VHS to AVI to WMV. As a result, there is static in the background. It is still fully visible, regardless of this problem.
Also, understand that without taking up too much of the disk space that I have left, I couldn't have done it in better quality. So NO asking me to make it better. I just have too limited of space at the moment.
