Commercials that you hate

Heh. I don't watch much tv either, but I think it's EXTREMELY funny when we have some kind of help-to-cure smoking pill that's really great. Then two-thirds of the commercial is spent pretty much saying "this pill could lead to depression and kill you" after one third being "This pill is great!"

I may be not remembering right but I recall back in the 70's there use to be this commercial that had if you want to learn to read write to this address or call this phone number. Though I may not be recalling that correctly. I do recall thinking as a kid that if I could not read how could I contact those folks since I could not write down the address nor likely call the number.

that Taco bell "diet commericals. those tacos look like they're filled with floor sweepings... and this girls claims she lost nearly 60 pounds eating that stuff. I call bull flop.

I basically hate EVERY single Indonesian snack food commercials, especially the ones that show during the mornings. They're just so poorly made and downright annoying. IT BURNS MY EYES. O__O

I personally despise junk food commercials that are aimed at children, considering obesity rates are skyrocketing among children. I know it's the parents who are responsible for buying the junk food for the kiddies, but the ads really don't help the cause. It seems they're more concerned about making profits than keeping kids healthy, but this is another subject so I won't rant anymore.

i think that i know the comercial that you are talking about and i can attest that i dose literally say that if you are illiterate call 1800 "abcdefg"

i would have to say that the commercial that i hate is this comercial for a "toothpaste despencer" for people who can't squeze a tube of toothpaste without getting it everywhere.

please tell me that they made up this demographic

Now, I can see where a kid under 4'9" would need a booster seat if they sat in the front seat with the air bag, but requiring one for the back seat is absurd. When I was 13 I was about 4'5" and no way would I have been riding in a booster seat. I stopped riding in a booster seat when I was 3.

Another commercial I hate is this asthma awareness commercial.

Both of these PSAs are played about 5 times during every single commercial break. They are so overplayed and just really annoying. The first one makes we never want to watch Cinderella again because now I'll think about that dumb commercial every time I do. <_<

I hate that commercial. I don't get it either.

Most of the geico commercials suck. And the Old navy one with the manniquins. They're so stupid. Also, those haircare products with that blond popping in out of nowhere, and bumping her head on everything.

Commercials about ambulance chasing lawyers encouraging people to sue their medicare providers. These scum-sucking bottom feeders sue doctors and medicare providers for a living. As a result, doctors now have to run all kinds of expensive tests and have malpractice insurance for fear of being sued for misdiagnosing a condition. This makes medical procedures more expensive for everyone. These ambulance chasing parasites are the reason healthcare costs are sky high. Wanna reduce healthcare costs? Take the aforementioned scum-sucking lawyers out back and shoot em.

All these debt relief commercials. I remember one where some woman said she owed over $80,000 in credit card debt. How the eff did you accumulate $80,000 worth of debt? What did you do, buy a house with your credit card? Did you buy a couple of Porsches? Live within your means, people!

While we're on the subject of debt commercials...

Some guy: I owed over $40,000 worth of back taxes to the IRS! BAAAAWWWW!

Luckily (insert name of debt relief company) magically made all my debt go away! Yay!

Well, Mr. Guy, if you had paid your taxes on time like the rest of us, you wouldn't have been up to your eyeballs in debt in the first place!

I wish there was more like this commercial of R. Lee Ermey, then I'd watch every Geico commercial.
