As the creator of the game, I guess I should clarify this

I made that rule to prevent a player guessing a riddle without anyone else even getting a chance to guess. If the gamemaster is very frequently updating, it is well possible for such game play after all.

Now for the sake of having fun here I wouldn't call anyone out on this, however if I notice that it is done repeatedly and quite on purpose, I might call the Yeowbelly police force

So, in a nutshell, it's not forbidden but shouldn't be done in excess
