Is post "recycling" to be considered something negative?
I think it is better than posting multiple threads of the same title. Moreover I consider it kind of a "tribute" to the one who is to be congratulated if we take the time to search for the thread of the previous years. It might in some cases also contribute to members not just repeating every single word that has been said before but vary a bit in their congratulations.
