Seems like so. After a cardiac arrest, he was taken to the hospital of Los Angeles, where he didn't resist.

Also, the hospital had already received some warnings that his health state was very decrepit, and that when he entered the hospital, he wasn't breathing already, and that the reanimation was unsucesseful.

Michael Jackson died at the age of 50 and left three minor children.

yes, Jackson has died. at his peak, he was among the greatest performers ever to step on the stage. his "thriller album was a touchstone in music history, it won a record 8 Grammys and remains the top-selling album of all-time. Sadly, his weird personal life and troubles have overshadowed the music which made him a legend..

This is new... he was already dead by the time he reached the hospital. He didn't resist the heart attack at all.

Yeah I was watchin' the news when they started gettin' all this in. Although I'm too young for his time, not into his kind of music, and he seemed a little weird, it's always sad too see such an influential artist leave us.

I must say I'm not personally affected by this in any way. Life is a sacred thing, but when someone dies, someone else is born. It's no different with famous people. I wasn't into this guy's music and I didn't much like him as a person. I'll treat his death like the death of some guy I never knew and didn't have any personal connection to.

The sad thing is, he died in his own hell.

I'm glad he doesn't have to feel the pain anymore on Earth, but yeah...that's too bad.

And I hope his kids are okay.

Despite his alleged wrongdoings, it is sad that he died so young.

R.I.P. Michael. You're in my thoughts and prayers. Same as Farrah Fawcett. She suffered WAAAY too long (three years with cancer), and now she is finally at rest. May God hold them both close as they enter his Kingdom

I heard about the passing from my radio. They did a series of his best songs. Wasn't he suffering from cancer a few decades back?

I knew he had something that changed his skin color, but I can't confirm if it was cancer.

Anyway, I definitely liked much of his music. Beat It was my personal favorite.

Celebrity deaths usually come in 3's, but I don't think they've been this close together. Ed McMahon two days ago, Farrah this morning, and now Michael Jackson this evening. What a big loss!
