A few questions about photobucket

I recently created a photobucket account, I would have gone with Adder, but that name was taken, so I had to go with Adder2.

I have a few questions about it.

1) Are screenshots allowed to be uploaded?

2) Is fanart allowed? I've heard its not
3) How long will it take for a video that's 229.2 MB to upload? I'm uploading episode 26 of Animals of Farthing Wood since it is the only episode saved on my computer. (I haven't downloaded the others yet.)

After 20 minutes only 10% of the video has uploaded.

Both screenshots and fanart are indeed allowed.

As for the video question, it depends on your internet connection.

If anyone tries to watch that video it'll blow your bandwith for the month out of the water and the account won't work.  Videos are not a good idea...better to stick with a video hosting site for stuff like that.

Okay, its deleted. I wish it would've uploaded as quick as it deleted. I'd create a youtube account, but I only watch videos, so I don't have a reason to, as I wouldn't upload, fave or comment on any. Who knows what would go wrong for me if I did uploading Farthing Wood episodes, their already on youtube anyway.

I know, that's how I've been watching it. I wish they were on DVD, that'd be easier. Not sure if walmart or family video has them on video.

Given its age, only places like ebay will probably have them.  I think they've had a vhs release but not much else.
