Look at what I found just now on eBay.

This is SERIOUSLY not a Photoshop made picture.  This link will only be active for another 7 hours as of this post, but it's solid proof.

Seriously, 6 cents?

It's WAY more valuable than that and you know it. :)

Well.. That's pretty common here. VHS of tlbt go away for 0,25 ct to 1 euro.

Same here, the low price in this case is probably caused by the format, not by the movie. Video players are getting ever rarer.

When you see low prices like that, it usually means there's a lot of shipping charge. That's what my dad told me, anyway, and he has used Ebay a lot in the past. It's easy to think something is only one cent or more, but things change when shipping and handling are both added.

I agree with DH.  Most shipping charges for things I buy online are about 5-10 dollars. Though I've seen regular stores with VHS and even old video games with extremely low prices however.

Not surprising.  VHS isn't worth crap these days.  With crap like 1080p HD video and Intel Core i7 processors, technology like VHS cassettes is dead along with the dinosaurs.   :p

I personally wouldn't call HD video or VHS crap. Outdated, maybe. Old, yes. But certainly not crap.

Oh c'mon.  Crap=stuff. :p But I still stand by my opinion that VHS is pretty useless nowadays.  I mean, you can't even get a new video on VHS let alone the terrible quality and what a pain in the butt it is to store and use those things.  Though I think the same way about DVD's/Blu-Ray's too.  Any sort of permanent removable media is pretty much junk to me.  Stuff like network file transfers and flash media is what the world is all about now.  Soon there won't be stuff like disks and such.  I look forward to such a day. :yes

Yes, but there are collectors out there who will pay big bucks for something old, and VHS tapes are no exception.  This is why I was saying that it was worth WAY more than that.  I was basing it off of a collector's point of view price point. (Where MINT CONDITION gets you best price.)

Seriously, as being partly an LBT collector, I'd be willing to pay more than what it showed.

Too bad someone beat me to it. :(

Old technology doesn't normally become collectible Pokeplayer. :p You don't see movies that were before VHS being sold for high prices now do ya?  BTW, what was before VHS?  I have a really old Star Trek episode from 1972 and it's on this HUGE flat disk cartridge thingy.  Was that what was before VHS?

I wouldn't be surprised if there are people willing to pay high price for stuff older than VHS.
