Tera sighed as she knew Violet was most likely right.
"Okay, I'll be the team leaders for the girls." She then looked amongest her family and friends as she chose her first teammate. "Tylr you're with me." she commented with a smile on her face.

Splasher waited patiently for her name to be called.

Pterano waited for Ada to make up her mind and waved at Splasher. "Over here, Splasher!"

Ada had to smile at Pterno's offer.

"Hey!" Cree said, "what happened to what I just said about me...".

"Shh, we're picking now" Trip smiled.

Ada wondered briefly if taking up Pterano's offer would make it seem like she liked being around him too much, but figured it wouldn't. "Ok, if you wanted to" she answered him.

Tylr smiled as he darted over to where Tera was.

Now, it hit Cree he was in the uncomfortable position of being picked, and he didn't like it!

Trip smiled over at the other flyer, "Hey, you know what they say, a little humility...". Cree's look more so than words told him to shut up, something Trip took.

"I see a yellow belly everyone!" Ichy called, flying down towards the group.

Just then, two about 7 (in human years) fast biter brothers showed up. "It's Screech and Thud," Redclaw sighed, somewhat finding the siblings annoying.

Pterano looked at the other leader(s?). "Well, which one of us will take Cree?" He asked.

With a very deep frown, Cree turned, "Which one will take me? Well maybe since you said it so well I should come give your team the benefit of my skills, off my own decision of course".

Tylr looked confused, "Uh...I don't know if you can do that" he said honestly, "pick yourself I mean".

Pterano tensed. He felt tempted to grab Ada's hand as he contemplated a decision. "You can...join us, if you want." He said. It would probably open up a chance for Cree to bully Ada, but the game had to start.

Cree was also tensed, "Thanks...not that I needed your letting" he said.

From over next to Tera, Tylr frowned and backed up, just in case his brothers started up a fight, but Cree didn't do anything beyond this as he moved over.

Pterano thought that if he could get Cree off the ground with Ada easily, perhaps she would be less likely to be bullied. "Um, Cree," He gestured to Ada. "This is Ada. She's another newcomer, like us."

OOC: I think so, Violet and Trip just each need to be on a side but if we want to skip to the game I'll just put them on either side, or if GVG wants to put Tera's last pick in the post that would take care of it too

"Howdy" Cree nodded, a really hard to read greeting. "Um...hi" Ada smiled hesitantly, "It's...nice to meet you".

Tera smiled as if her last pick was obvious as she called out, "Come on Violet let's get this game started."

Splasher smiled as she picked up the seed on the ground and asked, "So where would be the best place to play?"

"I'd say a little further up the hill, closer to the stream. It looks like a pretty decent surrounding for all of us." Pterano said.

Violet smiled and flapped over, yet not before grabbing Trip's tail as he went to dart off, "Oh no you don't, leader's choice or not I noticed if you defalt over to Pterano's team that makes it uneven, so you're lumped with me.

Trip sighed, "Dang, a little longer and you wouldn't have noticed" he smiled.

"Yeah, that sounds like the best spot" Tylr agreed with a nod.

"Perhaps" Cree shrugged, not willing to all out give Pterano a compliment and Ada just smiled, looking impressed with Pterano's good sense, as she saw it.

Pterano jumped into the air. "Let's go then!" He made a small, inviting circle for the other fliers to follow.

Tylr, Cree, Violet, Trip and Ada flapped up to follow Pterano over to the hill, with Cree making a point to dart forward so it didn't look like he was following and Ada sticking closest to Pterano.

Splasher ran up the hill following her friends while carrying the seed.

Tera smiled as she took flight making sure to keep her teammates behind her.
"You guys ready for a good game?" she asked enthusiastically.
