Today is "Welttierschutztag", in german. :^.^:
In english, it would be called: "World Animal Protection Day".

Couldn't find an english word for it. xD

but it makes me a little sad, that we need a special day to protect animals. i even think, some will use this day for pr, what is not the purpose of it...so i hope...

They are both great, really good.
I used to see Animal Planet when I was at Wrexam, and I saw tons of SPCA stuff there,among others, some of them were really sad to see .
It's great that you voluntered to help Rat Lady
Almost all of my family loves animals(especially my aunt) who as 4 cats at her home, they are so cute, especialy the female(Tucha is her name).
She found tucha 2 years ago, she had been hited by a car, my aunt took her to the Vet, next day she went there to see how she was and "falled in love" for her, and adopted her, some time after her soons borned,(Tom;Mike;Ben), Ben looks like a little tigger, he's so funny . But really she is really cute(Tucha), if I have a change I will show a photo to you guys.
And she even donate's every month money to those associations to help them.
I miss them

From the aspect of drawing and art your pictures are really immaculate.
I am wondering a bit about the suitability of cartoon animals or anthropomorphized animals to promote protection of the real animals. I'm probably just thinking too much about it, but I'm wondering how many would (if perfectly honest) feel more regard and concern for cartoon animals than for real ones :unsure:
