'cause y'all care so much and I have an ego bigger than Mars (well, not reallty, I do like showing off my art, though XD). I figured I'd show you guys some of my work on the off chance you like it or something. Most of these are sketches (many pending lineart) because I've been in a huge art block for months and haven't really finished much art. The last thing I DID finish has blood in it so I won't show you folks XD

My alias comes from this little fellow, my "Mickey Mouse" if you will. I've bounced between calling it a he or a she XD There currently exists 2 versions now, male and female. This is the female one...not that it matters because you can't tell.

An anthropomorphic weasel character of mine as a young adult. He's soon to become a doctor/surgeon and be not terribly unlike Sweeney Todd...

Cartoon vulture character sketches.

Crocodile in a top hat. Mm-yep.

A character in an RPG of mine. He's a raccoon called...Coon (although his name is Iztoz) who commands the greatest army on the fictional planet the story takes place on.

One of my favorite completed artworks, though, is this one:

If you liked my art and want to see more (crazies) you can go to my DA page: http://artemispanthar.deviantart.com
OR my livejournal sketch journal (you must have an LJ and friend the account to see art there) at: http://wallscratches.livejournal.com/profile
In either case there ARE mature art on them (mature as in gore, not as in sex) so proceed with caution. DA will block out the mature art if you don't have an account or if you set your account to hide them, however, so no worries there.

Not too bad there. :)  Possible animator to be eh?  I think with male vs female characters, you often can tell looking at the eyes or hair.

Very nice work!  :yes
As for the male vs. female character drawing, we had the "problem" about how to draw a dinosaur as a male / female in several other threads. It is certainly not easy as there are many characters in the LBT movies whose gender you could hardly be certain about if it wasn't for their voices.
Your alias sure looks like she is not feeling at ease in that drawing. A really interesting expression :)

Petrie: Thanks! Yeah, I do hope to animate in the future XD if I could just get myself in gear I'd be a lot closer to my goal.
The problem with Artie, though, is that I don't really want to make her look girly because it doesn't fit well with her personality (which is more neutral than anything). But you're right about the indicators, I do need to start using thoses (even though is drives me crazy because females are shown with eyelashes, but often times in real life males have longer eyelashes than female) because all my characters tend to look male XD

Malte: Thanks, mate :3 I'm glad you like them. Yeah, I think with dinosaurs (or non-mammals) it gets a little trickier to depict them unless they're naturally sexual dimorphic (although that doesn't matter anyway because people will have male cows with udders and female peacocks with plumage). Depending on the style, though, you can add hair even if they really shouldn't have any. Not in tLBT style, though.
I really like drawing scared or panicked expressions XD I have no idea why, it's just so fun.
