(Please look at question in 3rd paragraph)
Does anyone know if the characters say "dinosaur" in the series?
They don't usually say that but I wonder if they do
Usually the narrator says dinosaur in the beginning
I would find it ironic if they say "dinosaur" because that's what they are
Update:would it be different if they knew what they actually are? How would that affect them?

My thought: if this was in The big longneck test
Littlefoot: you think I can past the big longneck test dad?
Bron:Littlefoot, we're Dinosaurs, of course you can.
Feeling of irony spreads around to everyone
If they say dinosaur all the time they would talk about size and appearence. Mostly longnecks

Question To Members:How would it feel like if a Human transform, turn, change or became a or into a Dinosaur? (1,2,3,4, or 5 Paragraphs any will do)
How would you look, how would you feel, and how big you are. Like to hear all you're thoughts on it. Picture yourself in the form of a LBT Dinosaur.

Well they do use the term "lone dinosaur" in LBT 6 and the TV episode "The Lone Dinosaur Returns"...but other than that not really.

Yep, they've referenced "dinosaur" outside of "The Lone Dinosaur" and the corresponding TV episode. The Old One explicitly states "sick dinosaurs eat them and are cured" when talking about the Night Flowers in LBT IV, so it's safe to say that it's part of their vocabulary.

Actually using the word "dinosaur" is something that started in the sequels. In the Bluth directed original, they were always named after some aspect of what they could do or how they looked.

I guess it just serves to show that you can't really go on for several movies about dinosaurs without ever bringing the term itself into it. :)
