I have noticed something that I noticed in the first time 28 minutes 30 seconds into it where Littlefoot meets Ducky as they leave the water area the treestar on his back then the next sence 15 seconds later the treestar missing that the next is that just before Ducky is doing that "Don't step on a crack or you fall and break your back" the tree star magically appears right in front of them just before they meet Petrie.

Then when Littlefoot biting the tree before Petrie fell the treestar is just to the left of them... three mistakes in a space of 4 minutes.

Every movie has its mistakes.

Perhaps the biggest one in the first film is the sleeping scene.  When Littlefoot lets Cera rest by him, she would be on the outside of the group, and Littlefoot would be in the middle.  When they pan away from the group, Cera is in the middle and Littlefoot is where Cera should have been.  :o

I have noticed it too. but I believed that during them resting they shifted around in their sleep.

I am watchint the movie right now.  I saw a mistake just a few minutes ago.  Sharptooth bit Littlefoot's mother on the back, right?  Well, right after she saved Littlefoot and Cera from falling down the hole, I noticed she injury on her neck.

I'm trying to imagine what you're saying (don't have my dvds on me at the moment) but I think you're right--the shadow shows that she was injured more to the middle of her back, but in the shot where all of them are running from Sharptooth (before the earthquake starts) it certainly isn't in the same spot.

I guess I need to watch the dvd and verify this, but I think if I'm thinking of the same point you're bringing up F-14, it could be a small error...the placement isn't that far off.

I'm positive there were injuries shown in LBT. One could see cuts on the neck of Littlefoot's mother. There were no gory details, but she was not "invulnerable" as some others.

^ So do I. It is the location rather than the existance of injuries on Littlefoot's mother you are wondering about, is it?
I cannot rule out the possibility of "shifting wounds" in the movie. I would have to look at it again. However, when we see the sharptooth attacking Littlefoot's mother, it is mainly their shadows we see while the main focus is on Littlefoot and Cera. There were changes of camera position as well. I suppose there may well have been injuries inflicted upon Littlefoot's mother we didn't see.

Probably when the kids were pushing the T-Rex off the cliff, and when Cera came to help, and Littlefoot's mouth doesn't move when he says that she came back.
