I think it would've added to the movie, too. By the second movie you could see they'd already pretty much made up, but it STILL would've been a nice addition.

It makes sense. Triceratops are very short-tempered, and charge head-first into situations. Topsy in 3 is an amazingly good example of this. And again in 11....when sadly the rest of the Great Valley followed him. They also seem to have a lot of pride, which became a problem for Cera when she really WAS sorry after realizing she screwed up big time. I think she DID apologize after learning her lesson that she really CAN'T take care of herself BY herself. And I would've liked to see that scene just to show the character development further.
