Word Connection Part 2
« on: April 18, 2007, 08:31:00 PM »
Unlike the other Word Connection game, this one is concentrating more on your literacy/use of English than the last one.  We'll give it a try...its not too hard...I promise! :)

You have a word:

fish

The "connection" part is what can go with the word fish either before or after:

fishbowl
fishstick
fish fry
fish out of water

goldfish

You get the idea....you post a new one after responding to the last.

Ummm... I'm not totally sure you saw how the game worked LAIN.  While there certainly is a connection between small and large, what we're out to find is a word which directly connects to small.

small fry
small one

Probably wasn't the best word to put up, but do you get the idea now?  Its a bit harder than the other Word Connection game.

Next word:

water

I don't think I'm fully understanding a part of this game. Why are some of you posting the word that connects with the previous word, and then posting a new word? Like for instance, why didn't you stick with "finger" Petrie?
