Personality: Masashige is uncertain about himself, since he only recently moved to the United States, and is still uncertain about his English skills. When he is around friends, he is bright and cheerful, but otherwise he doesn't talk much.
Appearance: Wears a black long coat much of the time, with a mesh shirt over a sleeveless shirt on his upper body, and black loose-fitted pants. Black hair kept combed over his left eye. Three silver skull piercings above his right eyebrow.
Power: Time-Space Rifting
Masashige can create short-lived rips in time and space, enabling many practical functions. His favorite uses are to open space portals to redirect an attack at him, or to use a time-space rift to retrieve one of his myriad swords and spears from any location. He can move larger objects through space, but his limited mastery prevents him from moving large objects through time.
Bio: Masashige was born into a family descended from legendary Samurai, such as the daimyo Masamune Date, and as such was trained in the warrior arts from a young age. He has the highest possible rank for his age in Fencing, Iaido, Kendo, and Yarijutsu, as well as having trained in various unarmed combat styles, his favorite being Aikido. This training, however, left him with very little time for socializing, making him somewhat awkward at social situations. He moved to the United States a year ago to begin attending college to pursue his dream of being a Video Game Designer, and has lived comfortably on his own.
Of the Five, he is the most adept in combat without using his powers.
His favorite weapons are a Katana, his Saber, and a Naginata polearm
