I wanted to start an an RP based off the ADGTH series.  Specifically, this would be set during the tv series, with the characters' day to day lives in San Fransisco.

Characters

Charlie-Mirumoto_Kenjiro
Itchy-Brekclub85
Sasha-Nick22
Annabelle-
Belladonna-
Carface-
Killer-
David-

As usual, Ocs are encouraged.

OCs:
Hawk, Linda, Tank, Blight-Mirumoto_Kenjiro

Unfortunately, all of my ADGTH OC chars are based in the 1930s setting of the first movie.  I may come up with something new for this one in time.

Personally, I'm not too fond of the TV series. No offense.

I understand. I could make two rps, one based off the original movie and the other like the one I mentioned in my OP.

I have no prob with this idea.  I just need to make a whole new char.  I'll wait for the IC's after everyone else picked.

Who was the Cat-demon in the sequel? Red I think his name was.. And I think we should set it after the 2nd film. The tv series was ok, not great..

I've only seen the first movie, how is the tv series different? Though I don't recall a lot, must be well over a decade since I saw the movie.

the 2nd film is set in san francisco, and they did a different kid, because judith barsi was murdered. So they couldn't do the little girl again. As for when the 2nd film is set it appears to be modern day San Francisco.

Yeah, the major time difference between the two movies I did find odd.

True, Charlie was in heaven. However, there is still a big problem with the time difference: Itchy. Itchy doesn't die and go to heaven until the 2nd movie, which takes place in the 90s I believe. So either Itchy is the oldest dog ever (over 60 years) or there's a big plot hole.

Maybe he drank some from that same water Bandit did in the 90's Johnny quest. where some of them found Shangra La.  It made him young again and prevented his aging.

thats possible, though unlikely. the water from shangrila was supposed to have granted immortality.. so if that were true itchy couldn't have died-EVER.

Not sure if it made Bandit a true immortal, but it did change him from an old dog to a young dog like he was in the 60's cartoon.  Before that he had been seen occationaly doing cameos as an old dog.  I forgot who but Haji or Dr Quest seemed to think the water would only keep you young till Shangra appeared then you'd have to drink again.

I remember reading one good possible explanation for the timeline plot hole:

One viewer thinks none of the dogs age in Heaven, and Itchy could have just been in Purgatory for a very long time.
