I can play those if no one else wants to, at least till someone else wants to pick one of the fc's to play comes along. How long do you want to wait till you start, to let more folks show interest?

I've never heard of that before. Except in a char I did in a cliffhanger campaign a friend ran 20 years, or so, ago. Though he'd be likely to powerful since he also knew hard sciences (several engineering, physics, parachronic phsyics, ect, chemistry, ect) and could pull out a handy gadget several times per session.

Well it is your character so it's your choice if your character is a doctor or a vet.
