I like that very much! I can't WAIT for you to do it! Not only to I like Strut, I happen to like Rinkus, too. :wow
It maybe sometime before I go through with it though, as I want o do more stuff with my android Ozzy and Strut, cyborg Chomper's mum and dad, and robot Ichy and Cyborg Dil. I also try and come up with a human version of Pterano as well. Thing is drawing adults is my weak point.
But yeah give it time I'll do more scenes from the 7th film.
Like I said before I found it ok, even though I wasn't too keen on the digital inked and coloured animation. And there was the odd scene I found very silly. Mainly the water skiing scene. Yeah I'm sorry to sound like a miserable old stick in the mud. But even as a kid I thought it was silly (and would never work in real life) and for me tuck away the seriousness of the river chase. Every time I saw it I kept expecting the wipe out theme to start playing. Yeah if I ever humanize that scene I'll change it quite a bit.
But apart from that I liked the 7th film as a kid (and like the songs) and it certainly made up for the crap we got in the 6th film.
I'm also thinking of humanizing the Rainbow faces.
My idea is to make them human, and wear multi-coloured masks.
That's fine. I can wait, since enough people are Pterano fans, I have quite a bit of fanart of him to sift through. I WOULD be interested to see your version of human Pterano. A few people (not many) have humanized him, though, so I can just use that, if I have to. I could see that. It's implied they're aliens, so being disguised as humans would work, but adding an additional mystery of their origins, by hiding their faces behind the masks. I also LOVE the 7th movie. I just love Pterano. I love his character, and, yes, the 6th movie for me, too, was a fail. I'm REALLY not a big fan of it. The 7th movie made up for it, though. I'm actually eager to see what else you do with the 2nd and 4th movies. I like them both, cause I find Strut cute, and cause I also like Grandpa Longneck. I'm actually liking you drawing out all these scenes, and since I doubt there'll be anything for the 6th movie (oh, I'm only TOO thankful for that), I can wait for anything having to do with the 7th.

Well when I do get round to it, I'll make Pterano look a bit like an older version of my human Petrie. I too kinda like Pterano, for one thing he's British like me:)
And I remember feeling a bit bad for him (and Petrie) at the end when he got banished to the mysterious beyond.
Yes your 100% correct I will be doing no humanized stuff from the 6th film at all. I can't stand it, main reason Dinah and Dana, and the songs suck eggs.
I'm also not soo keen on the 5th and 8th film, but I may do a few humanized things from those 2. You know I think we're making good friends you and I :)
It's good to have someone who always gives feed back to my new drawings.

This is based off the scene in the 4th land before time film were Littlefoot wakes up Ali and tells her he's going to the land of mists to get the night flower for his grandpa.
And here's what my human version of Ali looks like with her hair down, and I made up a pair of PJs for her.

Also here's a better view of what Ali's PJs look like.

Nice recent additions :) Especially the most recent ones with Ali :p

Say, this is manga-style you are using, right? (Not sure if I asked you before already though <_< )

Yes it's manga/ anime style I use for my humanized characters.
It's been a while since I last got feed back off you.

Sweet! I love this! I You really did well in capturing that scene. I can just PICTURE Littlefoot knocking on the window, calling: "Ali! ALI!"

Thanks:) I can also picture Littlefoot knocking on the window calling Ali's name. I also like the PJ's I made for Ali.

You are welcome! I love them, too. Really makes her look like Ali. I can picture the whole scene humanized in my head!  :smile

It's been a while since I did a humanized scene from the 1st land before time film.
I thought this time I'd do one of the deleted scenes.
https://imageshack.com/i/nsnboij
As some of you will know, there was more to the scene were they find Spike after he hatches.
Cera doesn't think they should let him come along (which is why human Cera has a disapproved  look on her face), and Ducky tempts him to follow them with some berry's.
Here human Ducky is tempting Spike with a lollypop.

Cute! I love how Spike is sleeping while sucking his thumb. I've seen pictures of this scene, and this is a pretty good recreation of it.

Yeah I felt that Spike sucking his thumb would be fitting as my human version of him is 5. I also thought it would boost the cute factor.

Here is my humanized version of Littlefoot's grandparents.
This is actually the first time I've ever drawn old folk, and I'm quite please with how they came out.
Also I don't think I'll be doing the other characters parents in a hurry, especially Cera's dad as I can't stand him.

Here's more humanized stuff from the LBT 4 my favourite sequel.

This is based off the scene from the LBT 4 were Ali hides from Littlefoot before they meet for the first time.
Here human Ali is hiding up a tree

Here's were Littlefoot's grandpa becomes deathly ill.

Here's Littlefoot's grandma is consoles Littlefoot when his grandpa becomes deathly ill, and she also sings him that song about the circle of life.

Man, I REALLY wish I could've seen these earlier. These are GREAT! I especially love Ali hiding in a tree from Littlefoot. The expression her face is PRICELESS! And I love how you did Littlefoot's grandparents. I also like the last picture. It almost looks like Littlefoot's trying to be strong, but he's losing to his sadness. I don't think you draw adults too badly. But you don't have to rush. I agree with on Cera's dad, though. I mean, the way he is makes sense when you think about it (he probably grew up in the Mysterious Beyond), but he's STILL a jerk! I understand him, but there are times I STILL wanna poke his eye! Anyway, I LOVE these latest additions.

Oh great! I was a quite nervous about doing Littlefoot's grandparents as I've never drawn old people before.
I loosely based my design of Littlefoot's grandpa of my late grandad, who I was very close to...
I remember I used to watch a lot of the LBT films at my grandparents house as a kid.
Yes I tried to make it looks as thought Littlefoot was trying to fight back the tears.
Oh yes as much as I love Cera and go somewhat easy going on her. I can't stand her dad's guts. He's what we British call a grumpy old git, or a miserable sod. I personally blame him for the way Cera is, he's set a lot of bad examples for her.  If I were a character in the LBT world, I'd probably give him a run for his money ( I can get a bit short tempered at times) and calling him a lot of 4 letter words or spit in his face. Well not in front of Cera of cores.
When I think about it Topsy is kind of the land before time equivalent of Snape from Harry Potter.

Well, I personally think you did really well with Littlefoot's grandparents. Nice details showing their age, and all. You did very well on Littlefoot's emotions. Yeah, I know he's got reasons for what he does, but I still wanna SMACK him! I'd love to tell him off, too, personally. He reminds me of that kinda middle-aged grumpy neighbor who never gets along with anyone....which just makes me wanna hit him more. Not much, just enough to smack some sense into him.  :lol
