P.S. The fact that Adder's mate Sinuous got killed in the series reminds me of a disturbing dream (set in a dark environment with a black sky and bleak rocks) I had in which I killed a female snake who had just laid eggs with a blade of some kind. I then crushed all of the eggs save one (which I had missed.) Then I asked heaven why I had done such a thing, and there was some kind of response. I wouldn't mention this if not for the fact that the snake in my dream looked very much like Adder from the picture. (In the TV series, Adder is female, but in the books, Adder is male.)

I had a pretty disturbing dream that resulted from the death too...err...an alternate version of his death. The strange part is, some small rat grabbed him around the middle and he was squirming, trying to get away, and eventually he coughed up blood and died :( .

Anyhoo...

Adder: (before becoming mates with Sinuous) I wonder what it would be like to *indistinct* with Sinuous...spiky.......
