Rule set:You can play as the soldiers, experiments, scientists.
Scientists - have access to all areas of the base and thus access to the advanced weaponry but they are physically weak and have no combat related skills.
Soldiers - have access to small weaponry (small arms, grenades and the like) from the onset and have access to many combat related skills but have limited access to areas in the base.
Psi-Experiments - have psionic powers but have almost no access to areas in the base and are not too good with technology. They also have no combat related skills.
Cyber-Experiments - masters of technology and have a cybernetic enhancement. But have almost no access to various areas. No combat related skills.
Dragonstorm experiments - capable of using psionic powers and have a cybernetic enhancement. They are very limited in mental capabilities (capable of following orders and limited speech but that's about it). Dragonstorm experiments sport 1 psi and 1 cyber enhancement (up to 3 total in any combination). Note that they must have a weakness of some sort, no matter how small.
NOTE: Humans and Furries can be any faction.
NOTE: Allied scientists can start only with a pistol, improvised weapon or nothing.
NOTE: Any faction can use heavier weaponry (RPGs, grenades, etc.)
NOTE: Only soldiers can use armored vehicles and crew served weaponry.
NOTE: All Dragonstorm experiments are enemy aligned.
NOTE: Scientists, soldiers and cyber and psi experiments can be enemy aligned or allied.
NOTE: Allied scientists and soldiers can either start inside Pelvanida or outside (perhaps in a military base?)
NOTE: If you decide to use your old characters, they must start outside the base.
This is a mixed Human and anthro world.
You may have as many characters as you can control

Introduction:A mere two weeks after the terrorist assault at Nevada's top secret Pelvanida Complex, reports of a mysterious project "Dragonstorm" have surfaced in the local media. The government, fearing a massive public relations disaster, has ordered the personnel who helped fight off the terrorist assault to be fired from Pelvanida and banned from ever working with the government and promised a full investigation into the matter.
After about three months, the investigation has revealed the guilty: Dragonstorm scientists. They were convicted and sentenced for multiple counts of assault, kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment. Each received life in prison without parole.
But only a month had passed before the Dragonstorm scientists were released from prison and back at Pelvanida. "Insufficient evidence" was cited as the cause of their release, but many, especially the former Pelvanida staff had their suspicions.
