Thsi came out pretty much the way I expected it to, though I wonder why Bron wasn't in there?

All right, I've finished the 2007-2008 character list. This means, for 2009, we can start off fresh!

The rule for calculating this list was the same as last time. In addition, this list will include one additional piece of info; the character's placing from the original list has been kept in parentheses, so you can compare how their standing has improved or declined since last time. A (__) means they weren't on the board last time.

And for people wondering what happened to this thread, well, college happened. Man, this was an old read though. I sure wish you'd have posted a week ago, Rainbowgirl39, because yesterday Winter Quarter began and my free time is gone. Sometime in the future I'll go though and massively update this list, see if anything changed.
