If we hold on together---just beautiful
Kids like us---really great
Who needs you---a real classic
All sorts---awesomeness
Beyond the mysterious beyond---very mysterious
No one has to be alone---just beautiful
Girls and Dads---fun and catchy
Standing Tough---Who can dislike it?
Mad song---I'm not gonna let anybody's opinions, like Friendly Sharptooth's, stop me from likin' this fun one. But of course I'll respect them.
Eggs---Really funny
Peaceful Valley---makes me happy, also a little nostalgic
Big water---In 5 it was awesome. In 9 it sucked. I've played it to death
Always there---Another great one, which, as you can imagine, I've overlistened to as well.
When You're big---great one!
Good inside---still holds a sort of nostalgic charm for me.
Very Important Creature---love the tune, istened to it over and over as a kid
Bad Luck---One. Of. The. Best. I've listened to it 2 death, practically

2. It Takes All Sorts
3. If We Hold On Together
4. Best of Friends
5. Girls and Dads (so catchy XD!)

Hard to say these  are the exact order since so many of them are good to me.

If We Hold On Together -- I used to listen to this song during the end credits and it would sometimes get me choked up; but, in a good way.

Eggs -- good song.

When You're Big -- Yeah, I know that Hyp and his gang don't have the best voices; but, the song had a good beat.

Standing Tough -- Best. Song. Ever; at least in movie 3. My number 1 favorite; at least in the early sequels. I've listened to this song to DEATH. It's one of those songs that I can listen to all the time and never get sick of it. I don't count it as a villain song.

Kids Like Us -- This song is still in my top ten favorites.

Who Needs You? -- This song has a really good beat to it.

Always There -- What can I say? I'm a sucker for tear jerkers. The part of the song where Littlefoot sings about his mother still to this day gets me choked up.

Bad Luck -- Spike's scat singing was funny; the song in general had solid lyrics; at least in my opinion.

Beyond The Mysterious Beyond -- Good song; I also liked the instrumental version of the song during the end credits.

Family -- It's an overall good song; kind of sad; but, not a tear jerker.

The Lesson -- This song is okay.

No One Has To Be Alone -- When I first saw the 9th film and heard this song; it made me cry.

Adventuring -- Nope, nope, nope; not the several renditions of the song in the TV series; the original version from movie 10. That song should have been left alone; at least that's what I think.

Bestest Friends -- Just like with No One Has To Be Alone; this song made me cry; this version and the end credits version; now that is the ultimate tear jerker for me. Beautiful song.

If Only -- Decent melody and lyrics. Grandpa Longneck's singing voice was actually pretty good in my opinion.

Things Change -- Decent melody.

That just about sums up my list of my top favorite Land Before Time songs.

How about the worst songs? For me, it's a tie between "When You're Big" and "Creepy Crawlies".

There should be a worst land before time songs topic. Here are my worst songs Stoopid Stompers, Eggs, Yellow Belly Bounce, Bad Luck.

It's hard to do a ranking here because many songs are very good and it's simply impossible to argue which of these is better than the others.

Here's a few I really love (no order) and why:

Family: Well, how can you not love this song? It's really emotional (that last line of Ducky is so sad :(), it has a great musical accompaniment and I really like the animation during the song. Besides, it proves that the GoF are kind of like a family themselves and Spike is part of it no matter where he is. Beautiful message :)

Best Friends: Don't think I need to elaborate on that one... I can't remember anybody disliking the song. It's simply heartwarming and probably the most tearjerking scene from any sequel.

Always There: Beautiful song, especially since it references Littlefoot's mother. I also really like the prelude to the song and Ducky at the beginning before they start the actual song :)

Flip, Flap, Fly: It's just damn catchy  :lol

Good Inside: This song is funny and meaningful at the same time and I like the melody a lot.

Very Important Creature: Probably the song on this list I don't like because of the music but because of the lyrics. I've really started appreciating this song lately...

Things Change: Beautiful song about change. The melody is amazing.

+ many others :p
Inactive, probably forever.

When recently watching The Secret of Saurus Rock, I was pleasantly surprised by the different genre of song they've used, some which are unique compared to every other past song I've heard in the sequels. I'll post a review of the movie once I have time to, but trust me that I have very positive thoughts about it.

The Legend of the Lone Dinosaur became an instant favorite for me the first time I heard it. I was definitely caught off guard by a western country song theme in the movie, but I honestly love it.

Dinosaaaaaaurrr! :DD

Nice. I look forward to your review of the film.

While I didn't enjoy all of the LBT songs, the ones in Saurus Rock I thought were pretty good. The country/western vibe worked out well. Compared to when they were just starting out in the second film, the crew seemed to have gotten better at writing songs since then.

Yikes, I’ve recently all over the place because of the happenings in my life and all the new ideas in my mind blossoming at the same time. I need to focus on one specific before moving on to the next, lol. :P

Hopefully I’ll get a review out on this movie pretty soon.

I could've sworn I posted on this thread, but apparently not. So, here are my two cents:

-If We Hold On Together (Need I say more?)
-You're One of Us Now (I don't know; I always found it catchy when I was a kid.)
-Friends For Dinner (Same as above.)
-On Your Own (I really like the melody and the lyrics of adventure that then segue into loneliness.)
-Family (Ducky123 describes it best.)
-Best Friends (This truly was the endgame kind of song for LBT, the one that fooled you into thinking this might be the franchise's swan song (it wasn't :P).)
-Flip, Flap, Fly (Probably one of the catchier songs of later LBT movies.)

I'm going to refrain from mentioning a certain choice because it's too obvious even for me  :p

- Best Time (do scrapped songs count?)

- The Circle of Life / Grandma's Lullaby

- Always There

- No One Has To Be Alone

- both versions of Bestest Friends

- Things Change

- Look for the Light

And some honorable mentions for the sequels that didn't get on the list, and runner-up songs from the sequels that did:

II: Peaceful Valley (Eggs in regards to being entertaining, though)

III: Kids Like Us

IV runner-up: It Takes All Sorts

V runner-up: Big Water (not that I like it, but I like it more than Friends for Dinner)

VI: The Legend of the Lone Dinosaur

VII: Very Important Creature

VIII: Family

IX runner-up: Big Water reprise

X runner-up: Adventuring

XI: Girls and Dads

XII runner-up: One of a Kind

XIII: Yellow Belly Bounce (I know, I know; seriously though, there's something enjoyable there once you look past the fact that yellowbellies are dancing and squeaking over it)

JotB runner-up: Better Off Alone
