Persecuted
Human beings have finally begun to evolve, to go to that next step. It started with one, then two, and then eventually there were a hundred. It has only been two years since the first advanced human appeared, and it has been three months since their “condition” has gone public. People are either ambivalent, or fear them and what they can do. People of the government have proposed to collect those with gifts, and they have a method. But the restrictions of the government are preventing things from becoming evil. Civilians have begun to take it into their own hands, and some of the evolved have been killed in “accidents.” Accidents that have gone ignored, especially if the individual was known to have powers.
The evolved are beginning to go into hiding if they went public with their powers. If no one knows, they try to continue to blend it, but some can not. Then there are those that have split up into gangs, to protect themselves, and each other, some even work to protect those that persecute them, becoming hero's of sorts.

[Appearance] Trinity has white-gold hair that falls in silky ringlets to the middle of her back. Her shorter bangs sweep across her forehead, barely skimming her right eye before blending in with the rest of her hair. Her eyes are a deep sapphire blue hue and appear almost violet in certain lighting conditions. They are quite narrow and angular, rimmed by wispy black lashes. Trinity’s complexion is quite pale, and gives her the appearance of a china doll. Her small button nose has a sprinkling of light brown freckles over its bridge, seemingly the only color to her face. Even her full lips are pale pink in color. Trinity’s features are sophisticated and angular; she often appears older than she is. Trinity is not very tall – she stands at just 5’3” – but she is fit, with subtly defined muscles. Her height accentuates her curvy figure, but she tends to cover it up with her nondescript clothing, all of which she wears in varying dark colors. Her overall appearance gives her a delicate yet misleading angelic quality.
[Personality] Trinity is cold and calculating, with no value for her own life or the lives of others. She holds grudges against several people, and it is her desire for revenge that drives her. She is quite ambitious, but the motivation behind these ambitions has been tainted by her overwhelming bloodlust. Trinity is nearly void of all emotion but hatred and anger; her mouth is always set in a hard line, her eyes glinting maliciously. Her vendettas have caused her to become completely callous to anything and everything. She is closed-off to the pain and suffering of others, and isn’t afraid to walk over people to get what she wants. She has an extremely violent temper hidden under the unemotional mask.
[Background] Trinity grew up as a “troubled” in a broken home. From a young age, she began to develop a very violent nature that grew progressively worse with time. Her first killing was the drowning of her cat after it had scratched her. At the age of twelve, she beat her friend’s dog to death because it had growled at her. The smallest things would set off her temper. Her human murders began when she was fifteen – she killed her abusive step-father with his own shotgun while he was sleeping. However, Trinity still had a sliver of humanity in her heart, which remained only because of her loving mother. Sorrowfully, knowing she could no longer return to her mother, she took to the streets without looking back. She wandered alone for the next few years until, at age 18, she began to evolve. Not knowing what was happening to her, she hid on the outskirts of town until the transformation was complete. She eventually returned to town with her new powers, keeping them a secret from anyone and everyone she saw. Not long after her return, she heard that her mother had been killed – by an Evolved, no less. This event was the straw that broke the camel’s back for Trinity. The last of her compassion drained away. She became a monster. Hearing of the reward being offered for the capture of the Evolved, she immediately applied for a job as a bounty hunter. The government inevitably found out what Trinity was; but instead of putting her in confinement, they let her have the job. Their promise to her was that, if she continued to be of value to them, she would be the first to be treated if they found a way to reverse the effect of the evolution.

Name: Tiffany Barker
Age: 16
Appearance: Tiffany has long brown waves that reach just past her waist and is constantly tied up. Her eyes are a peculiar shade of violet and are large, making her look innocent and sweet in any situation. Tiffany wears clothes to match her eyes, sweet and innocent, usually with a few bows. She doesn't like dark colours and usually wears bright pastel colours and hair accesorries that stand out in a crowd.
Personality: With Tiffany, what you see is what you get. Tiffany is very gentle and loves just about everything and anything, an optimist at the least. She is not easily afraid, but is completely defenceless in any case. She is almost always smiling and will join in with conversations. Tiffany can make the best of most situations, but disaproves of many things. She stands by her beliefs and is not afraid to say what she thinks, which usually gets her in trouble, but not much trouble. It's hard for most people to stay angry at her. Tiffany can get quite emotional, and never cares to hide it, but would rather make a bit of a scene. You can trust Tiffany, unless it's something extremely against her morals, then she would most likely judge you, but would still never tell anyone.
Background: Tiffany's father died when she was a toddler and her mother was stricken with grief, soon spiraling into depression. Tiffany does all she can to make her mother happy and that means working hard in school, doing all the chores and even cooking meals on bad days. Her mother was improving until her sister, Tiffany's aunt Lorraine, died. Once again, Tiffany was left to pick up the pieces and spend another chunk of her childhood helping her mother get back on her feet.
Powers: Telekenesis, Fire Manipulation and Animated Hair ((Basically, she can grow her hair whenever she wants. It's totally random, but oh well.)) Time Manipulation.
Other: Tiffany, has some habits that she does when in different moods, like twisting the hem of her dress when she's nervous or scared, running her hand through her hair when she's been complimented, playing with strands of her hair when she's tense, etc.

Affiliation: Jayden is his own person and affiliates himself with no one but is not unknown to work with gangs, even the occasional 'hero'

Appearance: Jayden is 6'5" and firmly built, with a lean frame. He has a four inch scar on the left side of his face. There are a multitude of scars along the rest of his body, but they are generally hidden. His eyes are green with a hazel hint around the edges. His hair is an unruly black that he wears longer. He has a bad boy look about him. He tends to wear simple jeans, and an old leather jacket that he has owned for years. But it is not uncommon to see him wearing different clothes. He is just more comfortable in jeans and a simple t-shirt.
Personality: Jayden has a dark disposition, though he is not evil in any way. He just lacks the capacity to care deeply. He tends to just do as he wants, despite what it might mean for others. There is some capacity in him to care, he just doesn't know its there. When he does care, he doesn't really show it with words. He does it with acts. He will got to the ends of the earth for something that he believe is right, it does not matter what will happen to him when it comes to this. He's smart, especially mathematically, and with statistics. He knows how to work the streets, and because of that he is a fighter - mentally and physically.
Background: Jayden grew up in the bad part of the Bronx, making his living with little assistance from his parents. He has done just about every type of drug and has dealt them. Made good money off of it as well. When his gifts manifested Jayden took advantage of them, until his younger sister was killed by another dealer he ripped off. Her death was gruesome, and Jayden was forced to watch the whole of it. It is largely the cause of who he is today. Jayden withdrew then, disappearing for several months. His gifts manifested after her death.
Power: flight, telekinesis, and healing (He heals quickly, but when he heals others he takes on their wounds and has to endure the pain. It can also be destructive, but only if he is touching a person.)
Other: Jayden is open about his powers, he does not care if anyone knows what he can do, but he won't tell them if they don't ask.

Jayden landed on the roof of the NBC building in Rockefeller Plaza. It had been months since he was last in the city, let alone the state. He rubbed his arms, trying to warm them again, but the cool fall air was not helping. With a small sigh, Jayden leaned against the low wall and looked down at the Plaza and the people moving around in it. It was be strange to be around people again, but Jayden had to find a place to start. He didn't have anything but the cloths on his back at the moment, though he had plenty of stuff hidden around the city. He also had some favors he could call in, but he did not want everyone to know he was back yet, and contacting one of them meant going public. Jayden wanted nothing but to be left alone. But this was New York, how could he expect to be left alone?
Tiffany pulled her jacket closer to her as she walked, making hardly a sound other than the small taps her crimson shoes let off against the ground. She sat on a park bench and pulled her knees up to her chin, mainly to hide her face. It was risky being out in public, but she couldn't stay inside forever.
A small child stared at her when he walked by, before being scolded by his mother for being rude. Tiffany didn't mind much, in fact, she found it flattering as children usually stare at attractive people. She began to wonder whether this was true, or he could just sense there was something peculiar about her. She spared the child a glance before he disappeared around the corner and,from the look that he was giving her, guessed that he did sense at least something was up.
Turning away, Tiffany rolled her eyes and stood up. She couldn't even go to the park anymore. Feeling highly disappointed, she set into a thicket of trees, where she could sit safely in a tree and enjoy the cool air without disturbance from children. Children couldn't see her from her height unless they tried hard to.
Settling in between two branches, Tiffany rested her back against the thick trunk and tried to ignore the discomfort the bark let off on her skin through her top and jacket's thin materials.
Trinity flitted through the alleyway, silent as a whisper. Her pale lips curved into a smirk of satisfaction as, pausing behind a Dumpster, she saw the scene playing out before her. A robber, preying on a young woman, was being slammed against a wall by another man - a stronger, much deadlier man. Trinity's eyes glinted as her hand twitched towards the gun on her hip. The young girl had already made her escape. The robber was easily dealt with. And the third man? A low, soft chuckle escaped Trinity's lips. No need to be rash. You'll have your chance . . . soon. . . . Her teeth gleaming white in the shadows, Trinity turned and melted into the darkness of the alley, the image of the Evolved burned into her brain.

Drake landed on top of the Empire State Building and crouched down, over looking the streets of New York City down bellow before he spread his wings and took off again, flying down a bit lower to glanced at everyone upon the streets.
Zoe on the otherhand, had left the old abandonded church and walked down the streets, glancing at all the paserbys, keeping her hands in her pockets as to not bring attention to herself, or have people wondering why she had metal guantlents on her hands.
She stepped into Times Square and stopped as everyone else walked past her. She gave a glance around to see if she could at least spot Drake somewhere.

Zaine had been strolling the streets for some time now. He had no specific destination in his mind, and at this point he didn't really care. He just kept walking, minding his own business and ignoring everybody else. Zaine didn't really care for people anyway. They were always the same to him, whining and complaining about problems that weren't his. When would they finally realize not to go to him about their problems? Not soon enough. A woman who had just escaped a robber ran towards him. She pleaded for him to help her escape her attacker. Zaine continued walking, not even acknowledging her presence. The woman yelled back "Cold-hearted bastard!" Zaine showed no expression, but he was close to laughing. He hadn't said or done anything to provoke her. Then again, maybe it was because he didn't do anything that she became so pissed off. Either way, he continued walking.
"Story of my life," he muttered.

Jayden caught sight of Drake in the distance, but it took him a moment to realize what he was seeing. When he did, he nodded to himself before letting his gaze travel over to central park and then back down to the Plaza. He needed to get moving, he would need a place to stay before night fell and that was barely two hours away.
Trinity lounged against the trunk of a large oak, having not yet left the park. Her arms were crossed over her chest, her mouth pressed into a hard line, as she watched the number of pedestrians dwindle. She was sure of what she had seen in the alley. New York City had at least one Evolved roaming its streets. Probably more, if her instinct was correct. The question was, when to interfere? She had to keep the element of surprise on her side. Trinity's scowl deepened as her phone began to buzz. Turning on her bluetooth, she spoke quietly into the apparatus.
"What is it, Sullivan?"
A gruff, masculine voice grated in her ear. "Hawthorne, we've located one of the targets. Whoever it is, is hiding in an abandoned warehouse in the city. I'll give you the coordinates - you have a pen on you?"
Trinity scribbled the coordinates on a piece of scrap paper and then shoved the paper and her pen into the pocket of her trench coat. A malevolant smirk played on her lips. "I'm on it, Sullivan. You want him alive?"
"Preferably. Don't be getting carried away on me, Mindfreak."
"Understood." Ending the call, Trinity shoved away from the tree and headed towards the inner city. Following the coordinates Sullivan had given her, she soon found the warehouse in which the Evolved was hiding. Trinity's distorted smile grew more pronounced as she reached the door. With a low, malicious laugh, she laid her left hand on her handgun and pushed the door with her right. The door swung open slowly, with a drawn out creaking sound.

As Drake flew around, searching for someone, he managed to catch sight of Jayden who was watching him as it were. At first he ignored it, but then, moments later, decided to fly over to him, landing on a rooftop "I take it you haven't seen anyone quite like myself?"
Zoe remained where she was for a few moments more, before she decided to walk off again, believing that Times Square wasn't the best place to be, as to her, Central Park would indeed, be a better place to wait as she headed over there instead.
Moments later, she arrived in Central Park and just leaned against a tree for the time being, examining her guantlents as well.

Jayden shook his head and chuckled
"Not quite. No, you better be careful you don't want to be caught."
He turned his head towards the warehouse that Trinity was now inside.
Tiffany stood up on the branch and jumped down landing a few feet in front of Zoe her brown hair resting over her left shoulder.

"I know, I tend to keep out of sight out of all these normal people" replied Drake as he glanced over at where Jayden was looking towards.
Zoe looked up from her guantlets at Tiffany and decided to say something "Having fun tree climbing?" she asked rather jokingly, but yet, a bit of a smile upon her face as well.

"Who Trinity? She is no normal human sadly she is a evolved..works for the government."
Jayden scoffed shaking his head again.
"I'm Jayden"
Tiffany laughed.
"Yes actually keeps me out of the way, I'm Tiffany whats your name?"
As she spoke Tiffany fiddled with her jacket that had been ruffled up in the tree.

"I'm Drake, and I take it that you know her as well?" Drake asked him as he continued to watch the warehouse still.
Zoe gave off a bit off a laugh back and moved off the tree "I'm Zoe" she replied to her "And yes, in case you were wondering, I'm one of the....evolved as well" she added on motioning to her guantlets.

Jayden scowled.
"Sadly yes it's a shame someone with that power is against us."
Jayden continued to watch the ware house when Trinity appeared behind them.
"Shouldn't let your guard down boys it gets dangerous out here" Then she was gone again.
Tiffany nodded smiling.
"I thought so..so you a Hero, gang? or are you like me just alone in this?"

Drake turned to face Trinity at that point "So, you must be Trinity, the one that's working for the government" he spoke, his tail now swishing back and fourth.
"Well, technically, I am all alone in this, but I do have a friend at least, but other than, like you, I'm pretty much all alone in this one" Zoe replied, still keeping a smile upon her face "Although, I didn't really expect someone, like you, to be an evolved either, you just seem too....well....pretty for that sort of thing"

Trinity smiled her teeth gleamed in the light.
"You could say that an by the looks of you you must be Drake am I correct?"
Tiffany smiled.
"Thank you"Tiffany pursed her lips.
"But I am..don't mean to pry but do you have any mental powers?"

"I'm impressed, you actually know who I am" replied Drake, his arms folded "And let me take a wild guess here, you're here to either kill us, or turn us into the government?"
"Well, not exactly, no mental powers myself, I however, do have these" Zoe told Tiffany, showing her, her guantlets. She glanced around and saw that no one was around, so she turned around, bought up one of her hands and aimed it at the tree. Seconds later, a blast was fired from the guantlet and struck the tree before turning back to Tiffany.
"But, what of you? I am rather curious, what kind of power do you have?"

Trinity laughed coldly.
"It could go either way but I doubt you would come easily, where as it may be neither I have lost the element of surprise which I'm sure you know I need."
Tiffany bit her lip.
"That was awesome"
"Well I have a few powers, Telekenesis, Fire Manipulation and Animated Hair..I can change my hair lengths..and Time manipulation."

Drake glanced over to Jayden then back to Trinity again "Well, for someone who works for the government, you're actually smart" and it was true, Drake didn't like the government one bit as he extended his wings and stepped back slightly towards the edge of the rooftop.
"Glad you liked it" Zoe smiled back to her "And your powers sound rather awesome too, but, just to be clear, Animated Hair? What exactly does that entice? I am rather curious about it"

Jayden shook his head and flew off towards the appatment buildings leaving Trinity behind she laughed coldly once more and took off in the other direction.
Tiffany laughed and a few seconds later her hair was suprisingly shorter.
"Thats it really I can change it's length"Laughing again her hair was down to her waiste.

Drake watched as the two of them took off as he jumped backwards before taking off in another direction himself, deciding, for the time being at least, to head back to his home.
"Huh, that's actually rather cool, I mean, I have seen a few powers, but nothing like that" Zoe looked at Tiffany's hair as she stepped forward. She reached forward and took the hair in one of her hands, smiling to Tiffany "You could really use that power to either be unseen, in a manner of speaking, or, to make yourself even more.....beautiful"

Trinity grinned she saw the 'hero' from earlier that day, letting her senses drift she possessed the hero and walked onwards in the direction of Drake.
Tiffany giggled.
"Or improve a bad haircut!" Tiffany giggled again looking up at the sky.

As Drake continued to fly onwards, he glanced back to see that Trinity was indeed, walking in his direction, and was wondering if she was actually after him, or just wandering in the same direction as him.
Zoe thought for a second before she spoke up "I just wonder something, do you have any friends? Or a boyfriend? Or anything like that? Because, I mean, it just seems like you could at least use a friend around here....and if it's not too bold as to say, someone for yourself as well" she said with a smile to Tiffany still.

Tiffany shook her head and frowned.
"I prefer not to mix with most people I think they cane sense I'm not 'normal'"

"Well, to me, you're as normal as can be, I mean, sure, we've just met and what have you, but you do seem like a really nice girl and all, and hey, if you want to be, I don't know, friends, well, that would be nice" Zoe smiled back to Tiffany, trying to keep a rather happy atmosphere between them at least.

Trinity laughed as she realized this hero had the power of speed, running ahead of Drake Trinity flew into the sky stopping him in his path.
Tiffany smiled.
"It would be nice to have a friend" Tiffany looked around.
"Lets grab a coffee before the government find us."

Drake stopped in midflight "Can I help you?"
"Yeah, that would be good, I could actually go for some coffee myself" replied Zoe with a smile still "Where would you want to go though? Cause I don't really have any good reccomendations myself, that, and I usually just have coffee back where I stay"

Trinity smiled.
Relaxing her mind she let the 'hero' fall into the passing truck, driven by the government staff.
"Actually yes. yes you can. You can start by telling me where other evolved are. or option b....I become the annoying tag a long"
Tiffany pouted and pointed towards the closest coffee shop.
"I'll buy" Smiling now Tiffany walked towards the coffee shop quickly.

Drake continued to remain in midflight as he eyed her "And what if I refuse both those options hmm? What then?"
Zoe noticed that iffany had pouted "What's wrong?" she asked her in regards to that as she followed her to the coffee shop.

Trinity shook her head.
"You can only refuse one option. option two however you cannot"
Still in mid air Trinity tied up her hair waiting for Drakes reply.
"Oh that umm I thought I saw someone I knew in there but I didn't 'thas all"
Tiffany turned to Zoe and smiled.
"So is that other person you know an evolved?"

"Very well then, you can tag along for all I care, but I'm not going to lead you anywhere interesting" Drake told Trinity back as he flew off again, this time, not heading home, but heading somewhere else for the time being.
Zoe gave a nod back to Tiffany "Yeah, he is actually, a good friend of mine, but that's all we are, friends, nothing more, and besides, he's not my type"

Trinity shrugged.
"I wouldn't be going anywhere interesting either."
Then smiling she began to hum 'I'm Henry the 8th I am' quite loud.
Tiffany nodded.<br>
"That's cool, so what do you want to drink? I'm having a Frappachino"

Drake was heading over to Liberty Island himself and landed on the Statue of Liberty's book, laying back on it.
"Eh, I think I'll just have a Moccachino" Zoe said back with a light shrug "And, I'm just curious too, do you have a certain type of person you like? That is, if it's not too bold for me to ask" she added on with a smile.

Trinity followed and sat by him this time going over all her live & dead pets names over and over again.
"...and thats why guinea pigs should not eat bubble gum."
Nodding Trinity grimaced at the memory.
Tiffany pursed her lips.
"I haven't really thought about it to be honest.." Tiffany smiled and payed for the drinks.

Drake just lay back and closed his eyes, pretty much in an attempt to shut out Trinity for the time being. He however, just nodded lightly regardless.
"Ah okay, I suppose in a way, you are kind of like me, although, there are a few things I tend to like" Zoe told Tiffany "And to be honest, well....you're....one of them actually, which probabally sounds rather stupid...."

The drink Tiffany had in her mouth was swallowed abruptly and it burnt her throat.
"Oh really? errm but you've just met me? "Tiffany fiddled with the end of her dress and bit her lip.
"It's not that I'm trying to be mean it's just.."she frowned trying to think of the write words to fit she accidentally paused the scene.
"Dammit." taking a step back Tiffany focused and sure enough the accurate time continued.
Closing her eyes Trinity sighed.
"So hows your past been?"

"It's been average if one could call it that" replied Drake, even as he had his eyes closed "Why do you care though? Are you wanting to either kill me or turn me to the government?"
"Sorry, I didn't mean to, ugh...." Zoe scratched her head a little bit "I mean....how do I put it? Um, I don't know okay, and, well, sorry" she added on with a smile, trying to at least rectify the situation somehow.

Trinity smiled slightly amused.
"True. But since I'm doing that I might as well be as polite as possible."
Tiffany smiled.
"Sorry it's just..yeah" Taking another sip of her drink Tiffany choked when she saw a dark outline in the door way.
Jayden stopped infront of Zaine and crossed his arms.
"Kind of you." Jayden raised his eyebrows and crossed his arms.
[Hmm I've been thinking whether to make the charries limit bigger what do you think?]

Drake just nodded back, but yet, didn't answer, just more or less just amused as well.
"Ah, don't worry about it, it's my fault, I shouldn't have said that" replied Zoe before hearing Tiffany choke "You alright?"

Some time passed, and Zaine ran into another person who wanted to say their problem. This time it was a kid, maybe thirteen, and his older brother was getting beat up by thugs. Zaine was very close to abandoning the kid, but then he thought to himself. I've been bored for a while now. Maybe these thugs will provide some fun for me. "All right then kid," he replied in an expressionless tone. "Lead me to them." The kid pointed behind him and sure enough there was a group of six thugs kicking the crap out of another person. Zaine rolled his eyes. These are the thugs he's so worried about? Pathetic.. Zaine slowly walked up to the group. "Looks like a bachelor party. Who's the lucky groom?" The thugs turned and faced Zaine like he was crazy."
"This is none of your business," one warned. "You best leave now before you get hurt."
"Oh please," Zaine laughed. "An incompetent retard is more threatening than you. Why don't you just run back to your mother before I send you crying to her." Enraged, the thug pulled out a gun and fired. Zaine smirked. "Finally some fun." He flipped backwards, but in his place stood an ice clone of himself. The ice sculpture shattered to the ground. Zaine sprinted towards the thug and jammed his fist into his stomach. The thug gasped for air, but he didn't receive any. "Remember when I told you I was going to send you to your mom?" Zaine asked. "Well I lied. I'm just going to kill you now." Without warning, the thug's stomach began to freeze. He screamed in terror as the rest of his body began to freeze over. Finally his head froze until his whole body was nothing more than cold ice. The other thugs were horror stricken as Zaine stepped past the iced thug. "Anybody else think they can do better?" Brushing some dirt off her jeans Trinity looked at Drake questioningly.
Tiffany just pointed towards the door with wide eyes.
"This soo reminds me of the scene before a robbery in cartoons....that's never good."

Tiffany sighed & rolled her eyes as the man came in screaming about a robbery she had heard it a thousand times.
Everyone in the shop was silent and Tiffany turned to Zoe.
"Why is it always the same Scream-Rob-Run"

Zoe looked back at Tiffany, looking at her for a few seconds before speaking "You want to attempt to stop this robbery thing?" she decided to ask her rather quietly so that no one else could really hear.

Appearance: Jason is attractive to say the least. He has dark hair that is constantly ruffled in a carelessly cute way and eyes that dance with emotion. Jason dresses casually, but the way he stands makes him appear important and confident, definately making him look powerful. Jason is strongly built, his muscularity is visible, but he doesn't show it often. Jason is tanned, and his smile is amazingly charming, a grin you couldn't say no to, but his glare is worse. Most of Jason's close friends have seen the way Jason really is, not his charming mask that he usually uses. All of these friends but one find the way that Jason treats Summer as dispicable, but would never say it in fear of getting treated the same way. He has no patience and will build up anger all day before taking it out on Summer at his first oppurtunity. Background: Jason grew up as a single child, living in an orphanage after being abandoned by his parents. Growing up, Jason would manipulate the staff at the orphanage to do things his way, so he always came out on top. With the help of his charm, Jason became the most loved child in the orphanage, as the others never knew how he really acted towards Summer. As far as they know, he and Summer are a perfectly happy teenage couple in love. Jason met Summer after moving to her school at the age of fourteen. Instantly, Jason knew that he wanted her hanging off of his arm at lunch, so at first opportunity, he played his charm on her and she fell like a ton of bricks. At first, Jason continued to play the sweet kind boy. He would buy Summer things and compliment her everyday.Eventually, however, Jason noticed that Summer was still talking with other boys, and even know there was nothing romantic happening between her and anyone else,Jason became paranoid and had forbidden her to talking to other guys. Jason made her feel special, showering her with gifts and affection. Jason gained Summer's trust and she soon fell in love with him, not knowing that he was merely toying with her heart and didn't care for her at all. Summer was fifteen when Jason first hit her. One of the reasons Jason was attracted to Summer in the first place was because of her beauty, another being that she seemed easy to manipulate. Meanwhile, back in Times Square, a portal opened up and out jumped both a young female holding a black cat. She looked at everyone else who were just staring at her as she turned and walked off straight away to blend into the crowds again.

Jason and Summer walked down the path towards the park hand in hand Summers eyes constantly on the floor.
Jason however was looking ahead glaring at any male that set eyes upon Summer, the pressure he had upon her hand increased and summer flinched that just made it worse.

The girl known as Rose, walked down the streets, not talking to anyone as she looked to her cat, whom meowed at her.
"Don't worry, I know we're in the right time period this time" Rose reassured her cat.
The cat, who was called Ruby, meowed again and started to pur as Rose kept on walking still.

As Jason Turned off towards town Summer obviously followed.
"J..Jason where are we going?" Summer looked up at him warily and he smiled.
"We are going to get some lunch"
Summer nodded shakily and looked back at the floor.

"We should get out of here before something happens....and I know just the place to go, no one ever looks there" Zoe told Tiffany with a smile.

Rose continued to walk down the street before she came to a restaraunt and entered it to get something to eat. She sat down at the table as Ruby sat on the table while Rose stroked her.

"Lead the way."
When they reached the restaurant Jason led Summer to the table next to a another girl and her cat.
Jason ordered for summer and himself ordering for Summer a salad he had said she needed to 'lose weight' and for himself steak and chips.
"Hey Summer you okay"
Summer looked up quickly and forced a smile.
"I'm fine really"

Zoe grabbed Tiffany's hand for a second and pulled her along outside at least before letting her hand go and leading the way to her home, an old abandoned church.
She walked in and turned to Tiffany "Here it is, it's not that great, but it's home none the less" she smiled to her.
Inside the church, there were things like a couch, a table and chairs, a tv set, a computer area. In some of the off rooms, there were two rooms, one was actually for Drake, whilst the other one was for her, containing a few things, like a bed and dressing table.
Rose looked over to Summer and Jason as Rose seemed to meow towards them before she jumped off the table and onto their table, meowing once more.

When Summer saw the cat she smiled wider.
"Awww so cute."
Jason just laughed their was little he could do in public.
Tiffany followed her and smiled.

"Yeah, well, like I said, it's not much but hey, just make yourself at home regardless, and if you don't have anywhere to stay either, I would be happy to let you stay here, just finding a bed would be tough, since there's two beds, Drake's bed and my bed" Zoe told Tiffany with a slight scratch of her head and a nervous little laugh.
"Sorry about her" Rose told them "Come on Ruby, leave them be"
'Well, if you say so' Ruby meowed back to Rose and started to head back.
"Ruby, don't be like that" Rose told her cat as she looked to Summer and Jason and let off a a sigh "I'm Rose, and this is my cat Ruby"

Summer was about to speak but Jason interrupted her.
"I'm Jason and this is Summer"He pointed towards Summer and smiled.
Summer just nodded and smiled kindly.
Tiffany turned her head to the side.
"Where is Drake?" Tiffany smiled again and rubbed her eyes.

"Well, he's not here at the moment, but I know he'll be back later on" replied Zoe "I take it you're tired?" she asked as she walked off towards her room, leading Tiffany inside "Cause if so, you can use my bed"
"Well, it's nice to met you both" Rose spoke as she took a bite of her sandwhich, smiling back to them.

"No I'm not tired It's fine."Tiffany smiled and looked at her watch it was almost six.
Jason nodded.
"Well we better be off actually. Come on Summer."
Leading the way Jason walked out of the restaurant followed by Summer.
As they walked down the road Summer looked up top walk Jason wouldn't do anything in public.
When she looked up Jason assumed she saw someone of interest and that's when he saw Zaine.
"Summer. Don't look at him."
Summer blinked.
"Look at who?"

"Well, make yourself at home anyway" Zoe told her with a smile back "I shall go and have a shower myself, you can do whichever you want in here" and with that, she headed off towards their bathroom and started to run the shower, slipping out of her clothes, yet, her guantlets remaind on.
Rose just smiled, yet, Ruby meowed and juped off the table to follow Summer and Jason outside. Rose saw this and groaned a little as she put her food down to get Ruby back "Ruby, come back here this instant"
Ruby ran up to Summer and Jason and meowed to them.

"Bloody cat. Go on go back to your owner" Jason motioned his hands to the cat while Summer just watched silently.

Ruby seemed to hiss at Jason as Rose approached them "Ruby, I told you not to follow them"
Ruby meowed back at Rose.
"Look, don't give me that excuse, that is no excuse to follow them" Rose told Ruby.

Summer nodded smiled at Rose then followed after Jason.

Rose looked in the general direction of Summer and Jason and decided to approach them one last time "Ruby wants to know, are you two one of those evolved? She wont stop pestering me about it...."
Zoe on the other hand, had finished her shower and was now in the main area, sitting down at the table half dressed, wearing only her shorts and that was it, now tinkering a little with her guantlets.

Tiffany tapped her fingers on the table growing then shrinking her hair repeatedly.

Zoe looked over to Tiffany "Are you bored or something?" she asked her rather curiously "Cause if you want, we can talk or something, I don't mind at all" she paused for a second "I know, why not tell me a bit about yourself? I'm curious"

Tiffany shrugged.
"Not much to say I have lived an okay life."She shrugged.

"You gonna go back to what I assume is your hida away or you gonna stay here and worry your little friend?"

"Um thanks and errm likewise." Tiffany looked back at Zoe and smiled.

Zoe grabbed her shirt and put it on as she walked over to Tiffany, still smiling to her. She put a finger to Tiffany's cheek and just started to stroke it softly.

"Umm I actually better go I have to find someone"Tiffany smiled once more and walked towards the door when she opened it sure enough there was Jayden.

Zoe looked over and walked over to him "How the hell did you find out where she was?" she scratched her head "Who exactly are you anyway?" she asked Jayden.

"I've healed her before which means we're sorta mentally connected, and I'm Jayden."
Jaydan folded his arms and smoothed his hair out of his eyes.

"Ah, well then, that would make sense, I'm Zoe" Zoe said as she extended her hand out to shake Jayden's.

Jayden shook Zoe's hand and nodded smiling slightly, he hated smiling.
"Tiffany we have to get going I'm afraid Trinity is with Drake." Glancing at Zoe he frowned.
"Which I'm guessing is her friend."

"Hold up, Drake, you know him?" Zoe asked now rather curious "Although, if he is with this Trinity girl and is in actual trouble, then I'm come too, he is, like you said, my friend"

"I have spoke to him yes.In danger I'm not yet sure of she didn't attack him when she found us before so that I'm not sure on...you can come to..you will be of help"Jayden spoke quickly looking at Zoe then to Tiffany.
"But remember Trinities powers I know one of them is to posses her victims.."

"Don't worry about that, if she manages to posses Drake, then I'll be able to tell if he's himself or not" Zoe replied back with a fold of her arms "But yes, where should we start looking for them?"

Tiffany walked over to where he stood wrapped her arms around herself.

She then looked over at Jayden and gave him a nod "Alrighty, if you can hold us both, then I say go for it, it needs to be done" she then told him.

Tiffany smiled slightly and grabbed his left hand.

"Yeah, I'm not exactly light, not counting these anyway, they're pretty light regardless" Zoe also told Jayden, motioning to her guantlets.

Tiffany bit her lip her head felt as if many cans were getting thrown at it instinctively she leant into Jaydens shoulder.

Nodding Jayden walked out through the door and took up into the sky.
Trinity turned to Drake.
"So like..do you always do this just lie here thinking?"

Zoe looked down at the city bellow as she kept her grip held onto Jayden, especially considering the fact that she couldn't fly herself.
"Yeah, it's better than actually being in the city, I mean, I don't exactly look like everyone else" Drake told Trinity back.

Jayden tightened on Zoe's grip.
"Worried?"
Trinity nodded.
"No but is that such a bad thing? I mean you don't look well...yeah.."Trinity raised her eye brows and then looked at her feet she bit her tongue.

"Well, you could say that, I mean, I can't exactly fly, and if I fall, well....I think you get the picture" Zoe told Jayden.
"Well, with people wanting to kill me, or pretty much hating me, thinking that I'm different, that I'm just a freak, then yes, to me, it's a bad thing" Drake seemed to sigh back.

"You wont fall and if you do Tiffany will control you using her telekinesis"
Tiffany nodded smiling one of her hands extended to the leaves below them.
"Don't worry we've got it covered."
Trinity pouted.
"I don't see how people could hate you. Sure your..different but aren't we all?"
"I mean..I can posses, stun, knock out or possibly kill people...not to mention any other power! I'm known as a freak....I don't exactly have friends but I guess i'd like some.."
Trinity swallowed the lump in her throat and continued.
"...Yes your different but I'm pretty sure your a okay guy and so far I dont want to kill you I..just want to aggh "Trinity covered her eyes and hid in her hands glaring at her self.
I cant believe I almost said that! I can't believe I said what I did!

"Well, that is rather comforting indeed" Zoe smiled back to the two of them, especially smiling to Tiffany.
"Well, why would you work for the government in the first place? I mean, no offence, but that wouldn't be the best way to and get some friends" Drake told Trinity "But I mean, well....I wouldn't mind being your friend though, especially since you don't want to kill me now" he more or less joked to her.

Tiffany smiled back as did Jayden.
"So Tiffany hows life been treating you?"
"Not bad as it so happens the usual ya know..since you saved me I've kept out of trouble."
Jayden nodded and continued to look where he was headed.
Trinity inhaled deeply before responding tears brimming in her eyes at the memory of her mother.
"Well the only parent I cared for was killed by an evolved i wanted my revenge so...yeah I know it's not the best way to earn friends but it's the only idea i had until i met you and thought maybe i dunno we could be friends."
Trinity spoke that quickly she didn't know if her understood or not.

"Yeah, that's good to hear too" Zoe smiled to Tiffany as she looked over at where they were heading toward.
Drake looked up at Trinity "You know, you don't have to work for the government, I mean, if you need a place to stay and all, well, you could always come stay with me and my friend, that is....if you promise to stop killing people" he told her back with a small laugh as well as he finally sat up.

"I can promise not to kill them purposely...my temper can put me in awkward situations.. and I would quit...I just wouldn't like to pry.."
Wrapping her arms around her knee's Trinity looked over at Drake and smiled weakly.

"Until today I haven't felt such an adrenaline rush ya know."

Drake smiled back at her, extending his wings in a stretching mood before retracting them, his tail wrapping around his waste "Well, I can help you to control your temper if you want, I mean, if you are willing to atone for your actions or whatever you call it, then yeah, I'd be happy to help you out"
"I do have to say, today has been rather eventful, different than what I am usually used to, but still, rather awesome regadless" Zoe laughed back as well "I mean, I met you two for starters" she added in, looking mainly to Tiffany though.

Trinity ran her fingers through her hair and nodded.
"I'd like to yeah.. are you sure I'm not exactly an easy errm student." Trinity smiled slightly wider this time but continued to hide in her knees.
Tiffany giggled.
"Yeah Jayden is awesome"
Jayden laughed.
"Nahh..hey is that it" nodding to something in the distance Jayden squinted.

"Yeah, I'm sure about it" Drake told her as he moved and leaned up against the statue, now just sitting next to Trinity "Everyone deserves a second chance"
Zoe looked over as well "Yeah, that's it, Lady Liberty" she told Jayden "He usually hangs out there, peace and quiet he calls it"

"Thanks."
She sighed and looked into the sky.
"Huh. It seems you have a search party." Looking at Drake she smiled.
"Sorry they must think I'm gonna try to hurt you or..something"
Jayden raised his eyebrows.
"Huh we get prepared for landing you two" He said as he skid to a halt not far between Trinity and Drake.
Tiffany smiled and landed gracefully still grasping onto Jaydens hand.

Drake looked to Trinity "Wait here, I'll go talk to them" he told her as he flew over to Jayden and Tiffany.
Zoe swung over to the statue and struck her guantlet claws into the side of it and used it to get down to the ground by scraping down the side of it before metting back with Jayden and Tiffany "You okay?" she asked Drake.
Drake gave her a nod back "I'm fine, why do you ask?"

Tiffany gave a smile to Drake and walked closer pulling Jayden with her.
"Because Trinity happens to be an evolved killer."Speaking kindly she gave a quick glare at Trinity.

"Yes, I do realize that, but I've already spoken to her about it, she's explained everything to me" Drake told the group of them as he looked to Zoe "And speaking of which, I've offered her to stay with us as well"
"Are you sure that's a good idea?" Zoe asked back with a raised eyebrow as she folded her arms.

Tiffany rolled her eyes and scoffed.
Jayden glanced at her then at Drake.
"Well how do you know she's telling the truth."

Drake folded his arms "I don't know exactly, but something about her voice, her tone, the way she says it, I just believe her is all" he looked back up at Trinity with a bit of a smile again.
Zoe looked at Drake for a long hard second before she spoke "Fine, whatever, it's not like we can convince you otherwise...."

Rubbing her face with both hands Trinity sighed and looked at her feet.
Jayden cleared his throat.
"Well..be on the watch Drake.."
Tiffany nodded stiffly still watching Trinity.
Jayden looked down at Tiffany and let go of her hand he his hand on her shoulder with a suspicious glance at Zoe.

Zoe thought for a second before she spoke again "Well, as much as I don't like this, it's not like there's much a choice anyway" she looked over to Jayden to see what he was going say next.
Drake flew back up and over to Trinity again, landing on the edge of the book and held out a hand to her, still smiling to her.

Jayden sighed and shook his head.
"Anything bad happens tell us?" He held his hands out to them both again.

Zoe seemed to sigh "Yeah, drop me back off home" she looked to Tiffany as well "What about you?"
Drake at first, just stood there, just holding her hand before he finally spoke "Huh, your hand....it's....soft actually" he told her with a smile.

Holding onto Jayden's she smiled.
Trinity smiled softly.
"Really hadn't noticed except compared to mine your hand is actually warm"She said looking at Drake whilst fiddling with her hair.

Zoe just smiled back to Tiffany "Sure, I wouldn't mind it, I would actually welcome it" she told her as she also took Jayden's hand.
Drake smiled back to her, looking at her eyes at that point "Thanks, and I do have to say, I believe that you can change and atone for your past mistakes"

"I hope so" Trinity said smiling at him almost blushing at his gaze.
Tiffany nodded in thanks and Jayden tightened on their gripping and flew up into the air.

"So then, I take it, for now, you just want to stay here?" Drake asked her with a shrug.
Zoe just smiled still as she was taken back to her place.

"Nothing as per usual"
"Want to catch a movie or something?"
"Umm sure I guess" Tiffany smiled then yawned.

"Yeah, it has been a rather long day too, can't wait to get back and just go and lay down" Zoe laughed back as they approached the church.
"Hmm" Drake thought for a second "Well, I don't really have any other places I like to go, well, save for perhaps the Empire State Building, it's actually got a nice view of the city from up there, especially at night"

Trinity nodded along to Drake.
"I honestly don't mind" As she said this she was becoming more conscious she was holding his hand.
Tiffany pursed her lips.
"Yeah about that if me and Trinity are staying what are the sleeping arrangements?"

"Well, we can still sort that out when we're there" Zoe told Tiffany as they landed on the ground. She turned to Jayden at that point "Thanks for the help anyway, it was much appreciated"
"I'm sure you'll like it actually, come on" Drake told Trinity, motioning her to follow him as he made his way towards the Empire State Building.

Jayden nodded.
"No problem."
Then he turned to Tiffany.
"I'll see you Saturday kay?" without another word he waved them both goodbye and flew off.
Trinity smiled and flew after him.

Once inside, Zoe then turned to Tiffany again, giving her a smile as well "So, what do you want to do?" she decided to ask.
Soon enough, Drake had landed atop the Empire State Building with ease as he turned to Trinity as the sun was indeed, starting to set "Beautiful isn't it?"

Tiffany shrugged.
"I dunno what about you?"
Trinity turned around and looked at the sun.
"Wow your right it is."

Zoe thought for a second "Well, I don't know myself either" she looked at Tiffany some more, actually looking at her eyes at that point as she smiled to her "Wow" was all she could say.
Drake sat down and patted the ground next to him "Come, sit with me, enjoy the sunset" he smiled to her.

Tiffany frowned and patted the area around her eyes.
"Wh..what have I got something on my face?"
Trinity nodded and sat down next to Drake her knees once again resting under her chin.
"It's lovely."

Zoe laughed a little "Oh no, I was just looking at your eyes is all....they're pretty" she told her, smiling to her still.
Drake smiled to her still "Yeah, I know" his tail wrapped around Trinity slightly as well.

Tiffany giggled.
"Ohh right.Thanks."
Trinity blushed slightly as Drakes tail wrapped around her slightly.
Stop it Trinity it means nothing..just stay calm..

"Hehe, it's okay" Zoe told Tiffany as she smiled still "Just a question too, just out of curiousity.....have you ever, I dunno, kissed anyone before?"
Drake glanced at her, noticing her blush a little bit. He didn't say anything at first as he was trying to think of the right words to say before he decided to just go ahead and ask "Do you have a....boyfriend by any chance?" he asked her.

Tiffany chuckled.
"Yeah..but that's another story." Laughing again Tiffany brushed her hair back.
"Why?"
Trinity blushed a slightly darker crimson.
"Umm no..I don't. umm..do you umm have a girl friend that is."

"Oh no reason, just was wondering if you....would...." and that's when Zoe gasped to say the next part "Like a kiss....from....me...." she then breathed heavily after that.
Drake shook his head "No, I don't have a girlfriend" he paused again before speaking once more "Do you, oh, I don't know, want to be....my girlfriend?" he asked her with a shrug.

Tiffany smiled and crossed the spaces between them she wrapped her arms around Zoe in a gentle hug.
"Zoe..oh I don't know it's just me and then you then theres..yeah I'm .."
Tiffany kissed Zoe on the cheek and then returned to her seat where she curled her legs up to her chest.
Trinity's eyes widened slightly.
"You..your being serious?.."
By now Trinity was sure her face was bright scarlet.
"Umm would it seem weird if I said yes? course I would."

Zoe touched her cheek as Tiffany had kissed her before looking over to her. She walked over to her, sitting down next to her "That was a nice kiss, then again, I didn't expect anything different" she smiled sweetly to Tiffany before she decided to lean over and give her a kiss as well.
Drake looked to her "No, I wouldn't think that you're weird by saying yes, and yes, I was being serious as well, I find you to be rather, well....beautiful actually" he told her.

Tiffany sighed.
"I'm sorry, it's just complicated to explain ya know.."
Trinity smiled.
"Thanks..Your actually the first person to say that to me..ever...well it is a yes" Smiling Trinity tried to calm down enough to reduce to her usual complexion.

"Hehe, well, try me" Zoe said as she looked to Tiffany "Because I would like to know" she added on with a smile still.
"It's no problem at all" Drake told her back as he used one of his wings to bring her closer to him, his tail now wrapped around her more properly.

Tiffany shook her head.
"I'm indecisive.."
Trinity smiled and leaned into Drake.
"Hmm what do you think Zoe will say? that is her name right your friend?"
Looking up to Drake Trinity turned her head and smiled again.

"Indecisive?" Zoe arched an eyebrow at her with a smile as she scooted closer to Zoe before placing an arm around her "It's okay, I mean, there's no really hurry....although, just for the record....I would like to go out with you, you know, be your girlfriend and all...."
"Not sure really, well, that is her name, I mean, she doesn't seem to like the idea as much, but knowing her, I'm sure she'll warm up to it in the end" Drake smiled back to her as he put his arm around her.

Tiffany pursed her lips.
"Zoe I like you but I also like..Jayden..he knows. it's the whole healing thing again..it's just..I'm indecisive."Hiding in her hands Tiffany sighed.
Trinity put her other hand over his and sighed.
"Hmm hope so she seems cool"

"Don't worry about it, I'm not preasuring you into anything you don't want to do, just take your time is all" Zoe smiled back at her.
"Yeah, she is actually rather cool indeed" Drake told Trinity as he then held her hand as well, looking out over the city still.

Tiffany nodded.
"Wonder whats taking them so long.."
Trinity looked out over the city too.
Without looking at the bad points it looked peaceful and for once Trinity could see the happiness that was around her if she only looked sooner.

"Who knows really, my best guess is that Drake, at least, is going to stay out for a bit....and speaking of which, we need to sort out sleeping arangements, you could take my bed if you want, and I can just sleep out here on the couch" Zoe told Tiffany with another smile.
"So, do you want to head to my place now? Or do you just want to stay here for a bit longer?" Drake asked her, allowing her to choose.

Trinity thought for a second.
" I don't mind, how about we go back?"
Tiffany smiled.
"I'm fine with the couch, yeah they may be back soon anyway huh."

"Yeah, I know, but my bed will be much more comfier than this couch, and I wouldn't want to see you getting a sore back or anything like that" Zoe offered to Tiffany still. She was actually determined to sleep on the couch whilst Tiffany was staying with them, and she wasn't going to take no for an answer.
"Yeah, alrighty, come on" Drake told Trinity as he stood up and helped Trinity up as well "Stay close to me" he added on as he then took off to head back to the church.

"But I don't want to be awkward"
Tiffany pouted.
"It's far easier and That way i wont have to rewind time until i get my way!"
"Yeah okay."
Trinity smiled and followed after him keeping as close as she could with out actually crashing.

"Believe me, it's no trouble at all, I wont take no for an answer" Zoe gave off a little laugh back at her too.
"The place I stay at, it's not much, but it is still home regardless" Drake told Trinity as he motioned to the nearby, rundown looking church.

Trinity smiled at him looking down too.
"Its not bad anyway, home is home eh."
Tiffany sighed.
"Fine. but I still think I should sleep on the couch."

"Yeah, well, that's how I see it anyway" Drake smiled to Trinity as he landed on the ground in front of the church.
"Okay, okay, you win, you can sleep on the couch if you want" Zoe told Tiffany, finally giving in to her request.

Tiffany smiled.
"Yay." Clapping her hands she paused.
"Oooh I think their back."
Trinity landed after him and tied her golden locks into a lose ponytail.
Walking over to Drake she took his hand kissed him on the cheek.
"Thanks for giving me a second chance."

Summer and Jason ran out of the alley and almost crashed into a passer by who happened to be Zaine.
"Sorry" Summer apologized with wide eyes she knew Jason would hit her for this but said it anyway out of habit.

Drake smiled back to Trinity and returned the kiss back to her "It's no problem at all" and he showed her inside "Well, here we are, home"
Zoe looked over to the two of them, looking to them holding hands as well and whispered to Tiffany "Yeah, and I think they've become more than friends too" motioning to what they were doing.
Meanwhile, little did Jason and Summer know, they were being watched. A shot was fired, blasting the ground in front of them before a noise was heard, a noise that sounded like someone dropping down....yet, there was no one, well, not at first, until his camoflauge was worn off as he looked at them "You two, evolved scum...." his name was Ghost, well, that's all he was known as, his real name was unknown and he hated the Evolved, he wasn't called an Evolved Hunter for no reason either.
"I have been watching you, I have seen your powers....such a waste too" he chuckled as well. He had weapons on him as well, but that didn't mean he wasn't good at hand to hand combat either.

Tiffany giggled.
"Sweet"
Trinity bit her lip and smiled.
"Hi"
Summer turned pale and looked at Jason who was glaring at the one known as ghost.
"No evolved here."His words were sharp and cold as he pushed Summer behind him.
Her eyes peered over his shoulder as she looked at their threat calculating his defense she whimpered slightly.

"Do not push my patience" Ghost replied as he stepped forward to them "Like I had said, I have been watching you, I saw what you did when you were with that other girl and her cat"
He looked at them still, but one could sense he was glaring at them underneath his armoured mask as it were, his voice sounded cold as well.
"Hey" Zoe replied back to Trinity, still eyeing her as well.
Drake looked to Zoe "So, I take it you've got Tiffany there all sorted?" he asked her.
"Yeah, she's taking the couch, but what about her?" Zoe asked back.
Drake looked back to Trinity, then to Zoe again "Not sure actually, I mean, everything's taken where one could sleep" he then looked to Trinity once more "Well, where would you want to sleep anyway? We can sort something out, I'm sure of it" he smiled as he gave her another kiss on her cheek.

Summers complexion by now was the purest of whites.
She took a step around Jason and nodded to her self once.
Grabbing Jason's shoulder she was prepared to run him out of there if possible.
Tiffany arched an eyebrow at Trinity and smiled.
Trinity ran her hand through her hair and looked up at Drake.
"I don't mind, honest."

Ghost continued to walk forwards towards them "So, prepare yourselves and take a good look around.....this will be the last thing you two are going to see"
Drake thought for a few more seconds before he whispered into her ear "Well, you could always sleep in my bed with me, only other thing I could think of" he whispered as he glanced over to Zoe and Tiffany again.

Summer pursed her lips and walked for wards closing her eyes she transformed into the mirror image of ghost.
"Gosh heavy this." She said lifting her arms before returning to her self.
Pursing her lips she shot a pleading look at Ghost grabbed Jason and sped off in the other direction at a speed not other evolved could even see.
Trinity nodded.
"Yeah sure." She whispered back quietly having to tiptoe slightly.

Ghost just seemed to smirk to himself and activated his camoflauge again before he took off after them. All they could hear would be footsteps following them, but yet, could not see anyone following them.
However, between Summer and Jason, and Ghost, appeared a portal, to which Ghost stopped as he took his camoflauge off.
"Don't worry, I've got this!" it was Rose who looked to Ghost. Problem was, she hadn't quite thought it through properly as Ruby ran over to Summer and Jason, meowing in an attempt to get them to help out.
Drake took Trinity to his room, showing her inside it. All he had was a bed and a dresser, nothing else "Yeah, it's not much, but hey, it's a way of sleeping anyway, besides, I'm sure you'll love it as well" he smiled to her as he continued to hold her hand.

Summer paused.
Sinking to her hands and knees she transformed into a tiger.
"What is it."She spoke quickly to Rose hoping this transformation was enough.
Tiffany stared after them shocked.
"Huh."
Trinity smiled at Drake and nodded.
"..I think their..erm surprised."

"Push him through the portal, trust me on this one...." Rose told them as she continued to concentrate on keeping the portal open still.
"You know, I'm sure your friend, Jayden wasn't it? He'd be pretty pissed off at that eh?" Zoe asked Tiffany.
"Well, I suppose I wouldn't blame them, especially after what happened back at the Statue of Liberty" Drake replied as he sat down onto his bed, looking at Trinity with a smile still as he was leaning up against the wall. It may have been a single bed too, but hey, it was better than nothing.

Summer looked at Jason and nodded still in her Tiger form she ran at Ghost her giant paws thumping on his chest.
She hoped she hit him with enough force, she had never been good with violence.
Tiffany nodded.
"I don't think so no...but...wow. I mean..they just wow."
Now shaking her head head Tiffany smiled.
"Not an ordinary day huh."
Trinity sat on the edge of the bed and chuckled silently.
"I guess your right. " She smiled wider and let her hair down her bangs fall down over her face.

Ghost stumbled back a bit, enough to fall into the portal to which Rose allowed it to close before looking over at Summer and Jason "Don't worry, I just hope that's enough to keep him there for the time being...."
"Yeah, not your ordinary day today" Zoe replied as she looked over to Tiffany "So, are you sure you'll be fine on the couch tonight, because like I said, you can always sleep in my bed if you want"
Drake just smiled at her still "You really are beautiful" he told her as he leaned forward and stroked her cheek a bit.

Summer nodded once again back in her usual form was next to Jason and holding his hand.
"Umm..what..what was that! and..umm thank you..allot."
Tiffany nodded.
"Yep I'm fine here trust me" Smiling Tiffany cleared her throat. "Umm do you have a pair of p.js i could borrow?"
Trinity's face became a subtle shade of pink.
"I..i'm not no..but..thanks..again. really" By the end of her messed up sentence Trinity's face burnt.
Lifting up her hand she cupped her palm around Drakes face too.

"It's a time portal" Rose told them as Ruby meowed as well as Rose picked her up.
Zoe thought for a second "Hold on, I'll go and have a look" she told her as she walked into her room and returning moments later with pair of pajamas "Here, you can use these, only pair I have, but I hardly wear them anyway, so if you want, you can keep them"
"Oh yeah, like I look any better" laughed Drake as Trinity had cupped her hand around his face. He moved closer to her again, smiling to her once more before he leaned in and gave her a kiss, right on the lips.

Summer nodded.
"Okay thanks "Jason replied nodding.
Tiffany smiled and took the P.j's.
"Thanks..sorry to be a pain.."
Trinity kissed Drake back and smiled.
"And hey you can call yourself what you like, but there's no better personality than the one you have."

"Yeah, I suppose that's also true" Drake replied back "By the way, have you got any pajamas or anything to wear tonight? Cause, well, I don't really have any myself, sorry"

Summer shook her head.
"No he didn't luckily Summer ran us out."
Tiffany smiled and sat down on the couch.
"So ..what ..what was your past like if you don't mind me asking.?"
Trinity bit her lip.
"Actually I do..I always have to carry clothes you know..being an ex..hunter..yeah"
She looked over at Drake and shook her head.
"Why apologize" Smiling Trinity stood up.
"Umm where is the bathroom?"

Rose thought for a second before she spoke again "I've seen him around before, but have never used my powers in front of him because of what he's like, an Evolved Hunter....as far as I know, they call him Ghost"
"My past? Not much to say about it, my parents raised me for most of my life....well, that is until they were killed" Zoe replied back as she then went quiet, her smile having faded away "It sucks too, because they didn't mind that I was an Evolved either, they still loved me all the same"
"Ah, don't worry about it, as for the bathroom, it's just down the hallway there, you can't really miss it" Drake smiled back at her "I take it you want to get changed?"

"Huh."Summer and Jason both looked at each other.
Tiffany sighed.
"Oh..sorry."
Trinity nodded.
"Well yeah..I was also going to ask if I could possibly have a shower?"

"Yeah, so just be careful of him" Rose told them as she bought up her hand as another portal appeared in front of her "Now, if you'll excuse me, I do wish to go and speak with Abraham Lincoln" she smiled to them as she stepped through the portal with Ruby.
Zoe just shook her head "Don't worry about it, I already know who was responsible for it, but finding him is just near impossible is all" replied Zoe "So I know....have you heard of him before....Ghost?"
"Sure, this is your house too, so just do what you wish, if you want to take a shower, go ahead and just take one, no need to ask" Drake told her as he lay on his back on his bed.

Tiffany shook her head.
"Nope I haven't but..maybe you should ask Trinity after all.."
Trinity smiled and kissed Drake before turning around and walked through the door she passed Tiffany and Zoe.

"Hmm, good idea" Zoe said as she looked over to Trinity "Very quick question I have for you, do you know of a Evolved Hunter by any chance? Since you're practically now an ex-hunter....he goes by the name of Ghost"

Trinity paused and looked over at Zoe.
"Umm yes he is highly respected by most of the hunters....no one knows him much though rarely see him.."

"I thought so, have you ever met him before? Because I need to find him, I still can't forgive him for what he had done...." Zoe told Trinity, doing what she could to not linger on the thought of her parents.

Trinity nodded.
"Yes I have but only in passing thats terrible.."

"Great....just great" Zoe sighed rather sadly "Thanks anyway" she added on with a small smile.

"Okay.." Trinity nodded and headed towards the bathroom she locked the door and turned on the shower.
Once she was done Trinity slipped into some shorts and a long sleeved shirt.
Walking from the bathroom she went in Drakes bedroom and smiled.
"Hey"

Drake opened up his eyes again as he looked over to Trinity, smiling to her "Hey....have a nice shower?"

"Yep"
Trinity sat down next to Drake and smiled again.
"It's nice here."

"Yeah, it is rather nice here, chose this place because no one would really look in an old run down church like this for any Evolved, but yes, thank you anyway" Drake then thought for a second "How long would you like to stay here for?"

Trinity had to think then .
"As long as you guys allow me too really"Trinity rubbed her forehead and smiled.

"Well, I don't mind at all, you can stay for as long as you wish" Drake told her "I mean, it doesn't bother me one bit" he then sat up and gave her a reassuring kiss as it were.

Trinity smiled at him then kissed him back slightly longer this time.
"Good cause im not really planning on going anywhere"

Drake just smiled back to her "That's good to hear" he told her as he lay back down, motioning for Trinity to join him, well, only if she wanted to.

Trinity lay down also and laughed.
"..By now I bet they've sent hunters out for me..thinking I'm...'missing'"
Trinity smiled.
"If they only knew." As she said this she lent her head against Drakes shoulder.

Drake smiled back as he wrapped an arm and a wing of his around Trinity, bringing her closer to him a bit more "Hehe yeah" he gave off a laugh back.
Zoe on the other hand, loooked to Tiffany and let off a sigh "If you need me, I'll be in my room" she stood up and gave Tiffany one last smile before she started to walk off, yet, she walked back over to her and just decided to give her a kiss, and right on the lips as well. She paused again before letting off a quick nervous laugh before heading off to her room.

Trinity sighed happily and kissed Drake on the cheek before yawning.
"You know..I don't remember when I've been this happy." Trinity's words slurred a bit before she drifted off to sleep.
Tiffany groaned and rubbed her face.
What was she going to do?
I'm gonna have to decide...

"Well, I'm glad that you're happy anyway" Drake said as he returned the kiss back to her before pulling the covers over the two of them as he too, soon enough, driffted off to sleep with Trinity in his arms.
Zoe entered her room, shut the door and slipped out her clothes and into a pair of boxer shorts only, wearning nothing else as she groaned and collapsed onto the bed, laying on her stomach. It didn't even take her long either till she had drifted off to sleep as well.

Trinity's eyes opened as light shone in the room and she smiled.
It wasn't all a dream.
Tiffany rolled over and fell onto the cold floor.
"haha.." Standing up Tiffany quickly got changed into her usual wear and made herself a drink.

Drake was still asleep at the moment, unaware that it was actually morning just yet.
Zoe on the other hand, was already up and at her work station, wearing what she had gone to bed in, just the boxer shorts as she was fiddling around some more with her guantlets when she heard Tiffany get up. She spoke to her without even looking "Good morning Tiffany, did you have a nice sleep?"

"Mmmhmm you?" Tiffany replied groggily running her hands through her hair.

"Eh, I could be better, couldn't sleep well last night, got up a while ago and have been up since then" Zoe replied as she got her guantlets fixed up, now with retractable claws on it, as in, she could make them sharp if she wants to or not.

"Oh."Tiffany nodded and smiled.
" Umm I have to go Uni... so is it okay if I come back later?"

"Sure, just come back when you're....finished....." Zoe said as he mind wandered over to her computer that was beeping "What the hell?" she asked herself as she zoomed in on what the beeping was coming from "Times Square? A power outage there? Impossible...."
Drake soon enough gave a stretch as he opened up his eyes, looking over to Trinity and giving her a kiss on the lips "Good morning, did you have a nice sleep?"
Meanwhile, in Times Square, a few minutes ago, lightning had surged from the ground and struck most of the screens in Times Square as portal started to form, becoming bigger before it stopped to the height of a human, electricity still surging from it, causing screams from within the crowds who immediatly started to scatter as out from the portal stepped someone rather familiar, Ghost, he had escaped from the time period, and he was rather pissed off indeed.
Zoe looked to Tiffany "Yeah, you do that, I'm going to go and find out what's going on in Times Square....hopefully this time, it is Ghost...." she told her as she headed into her room and got changed before heading out.

"Umm..I'm not gonna let you go alone"
Running after Zoe Tiffany tied up her hair and exhaled.
"Okay so..how powerful is he exactly?"
Trinity grinned.
"Yep just perfect."
Summer over heard the commotion slipping from Jasons grasp she ran to the scene.
"Hello ghost."

Zoe looked to Tiffany as she walked on "You said you had to go to Uni, so go ahead, I don't want you getting hurt as well, I'd rather it be me than you okay?"
"Ah, now that's good to hear" Drake told her as he kept an arm around her still.
Ghost glanced over to Summer "You there, where's your little time traveling friend? The one who sent me through time? Tell me" he more or less ordered her as he stepped forwards towards her.

Summer sighed.
"You know I'm getting pretty tired of getting ordered. So no I wont say."
Grinning Summer morphed into his mirror image once again and stepped forward.
Tiffany shook her head and sighed.
"If this is the only way..." Pausing all time for 5 seconds Tiffany ran ahead towards Ghost in about 10 seconds Zoe would be there too.
Trinity kissed Drake on the cheek.
"I think the others went out... I don't know where though."

Ghost just chuckled "Very good, however, can you actually keep up in a fight as myself? Becoming one is one thing...." and in the middle of talking, he swung a fist towards Summer before using his other free hand to pull out his stun rod and strike Summer with it.
Soon, Zoe was also on the scene as well "Don't do that, please...." she looked over and saw Ghost attacking Summer. They may both have been the same one now, but Zoe could tell the difference as she stepped forwards "This is my fight" and it was true, she wanted to take on Ghost on her own.
She looked to Tiffany "Can you do me one favour? Please, don't do anything unless I ask you to do so....I want to do this on my own" she told her, giving her a kiss of reassurence at least before walking towards Ghost.
Ghost raised a leg and kicked Summer backwards before he turned his attention towards Zoe who in turn, was looking at him rather pissed "Well now....if it isn't the one called Zoe, where's your friend Drake? Has he decided to back out?"
"This isn't his fight, this is between you and me" Zoe told him and swung a fist at him, only to have Ghost grab her arm and knee her in the stomach, yet, as he did that, Zoe blasted him back in the stomach as well, causing Ghost to stumble backwards.
"You want to go find out? Or....do you just want to stay here for now?" Drake asked Trinity back.

Summer scowled.
Back in her usual form summer could move fast and undetected.
Summer ran behind Ghost and towards Zoe.
"I'm pretty sure you can take him..but others want him gone too..."
"Even if you want to do this alone..I don't think that's an option."
Tiffany shook her head.
"No Zoe I'm not agreeing to this."
Now a giant flame erupted all around Tiffany as she walked towards ghost slowly.
"Hey Ghost remember me? It's Tiffany"
Trinity sat up and cleared her throat.
"We should find out"

Ghost grabbed Zoe by the throat and slammed her into a nearby building, to which Zoe yelled out in pain before grabbing Ghost by the head and blasting him, which caused him to let go of her.
Ghost glanced over to Tiffany and let off a chuckle before he started to walk towards her "Oh, now how could I forget you either? You, along the rest of you Evolved scum will be killed, one way, or another"
Zoe got back up and rushed towards Ghost, only to have him turn and elbow her right in the chest before striking her across the face with the stun rod.
Zoe staggered backwards as she rubbed her cheek whilst Ghost turned his attention back to Tiffany once more "I can assure you, if you wish to defeat me, it will be no easy task, I have designed this suit to take down the likes of you and your kind" and with that, he started to run towards Tiffany, his stun rod in his hand, ready to strike her with it as well.
Drake sat up "Yeah, good point, but question is, where would they be...." he started to think on any possible places they would be at the moment.

Tiffany giggled and paused him frozen in time she took 5 paces to the left.
Before throwing a flame at his face.
No it wouldn't help but it would distract him hopefully.
Unfreezing him she was further away than just now.
Summer laughed speeding around Ghost she jumped on his back and focused on being a ghost herself she was now light as air.
Trinity sighed.
"Umm maybe they left a note?"

"Ah yes, the ability to freeze time, I had just about forgotten all about such a power" Ghost told Tiffany after being struck in the face by a fireball "However, that will not save you, neither will her either" he added on in regards to Summer.
Zoe shook her head and started to blast in Ghost's direction, two shots struck him on the back as well.
Ghost only chuckled as he bough his arm up and touched something on it which sent off a signal that would cause any Evolved within a metre of him to get a headache.
Zoe was one who felt it, as if it was pounding in her head, like someone was striking her head with a hammer, falling down to her knees as she grabbed her head "Arg..."
Ghost took this chance to toss Summer off his back and into Tiffany before pulling out what seemed to be a knife and throwing it in their direction an attempt to impale one of them.
"Hmm, yeah, hold on" Drake headed out of his room and over to Zoe's computer, seeing what seemed to be a news report that had Summer, Tiffany and Zoe all fighting Ghost in the middle of Times Square. He headed back to Trinity "I know where they are, Times Square, they're fighting someone there, one who wears armour, the news is calling him.....Ghost"

"No. We must get there..now they could..die"
Trinity shook her head her blond locks falling in place.
Tiffany fell backwards.
"Woaah"
"Ghost really you could pick on someone your own size."
Jayden ran around him before healing Tiffany then quickly towards Zoe.
"Need help?"

"Then get changed, if this Ghost character could end up killing them, then we need to help" Drake told Trinity.
"Hmph, another one" Ghost said in regards to Jayden's presence "No matter, you will die along with the rest of them" he told Jayden, motioning towards the new choppers "And on national television as well"
Zoe nodded to Jayden "Yeah, I'll be fine" she told him as she stood up and glared over at Ghost's direction "Ghost! Why don't you fight me!?"
Ghost looked over to Zoe "Very well then, if you are in such a hurry to die, then I shall grant you your wish" he spoke as he walked towards her and soon enough, the two of them were now exchanging punches, yet, blocking each others attacks, going hand to hand more or less.

Jayden scoffed.
"I can't believe this hunter...."
Tiffany jumped up and laughed.
"I know it's sweet really"
Summer walked over towards them and transformed back into herself.
"If i wasn't a ghost...that would of hurt."
Trinity nodded and walked out the room changing into combat trousers and a short sleeved top.
"Im ready." Trinity ran into the room and tied her hair back waiting for Drake.

Both Zoe and Ghost continued to go at it, Ghost getting a few punches in onto Zoe before he got a blast or two to the face. Zoe was indeed, getting tired, but she was still wanting to fight him "Look at yourself, you can barely keep up now" he laughed at her as he kicked her backwards.
Zoe stumbled backward as Ghost then punched her again, now harming her quite a bit before he rushed forwards and knocked her right through the side of a building. Zoe slid along the ground, now rather badly injured as Ghost continued to follow her still "Time to die...."
Drake followed her out of the room and nodded to her "Let's get going" he told her as he flew off with Trinity towards Times Square.

Trinity nodded and in no time they were there Trinity ran at Ghost and jump kicked him in the head.
"Hey you sadistic freak "
Jayden zoomed around before healing Zoe.
"Sorry but you need it."

Ghost looked at who had kicked him "Well, well, well, if it isn't Trinity, such a shame you haven't killed anyone as of late...." he begun as he looked over to Drake "And I see that you've bought a much bigger prize as well"
Drake glared at Ghost "What are you talking about?"
"Simple, amongst hunters, you are believed to be the most valuable prize one can kill....however, I am not looking for that myself, but instead.....I'm going to kill you for the fun of it" he chuckled back "Unless, she will do so instead"
"She's not like you lot anymore" Drake spoke as he stood inbetween ghost and Trinity "She's changed"
Ghost seemed to let off a sigh "Very well then....it looks like I'm going to have to kill her as well, it was to happen sooner or later anyway"
And that's when Drake flew at Ghost, charging him through multiple walls until they were back out in the open.
"This shall be fun" Ghost chuckled as he slid to a halt, still on his feet.
Zoe looked up at Jayden as she was healed "Um....thanks....but I didn't expect him to be that good" she looked over at Tiffany as well before standing up, glancing at where Drake and Ghost had gone off to "I'm sorry, but he's my friend and friends help each other out" and without another word, Zoe begun to head over to where Drake and Ghost were.

Trinity's hands curled up in fists and she charged towards the two leaping over them in a single jump she flipped behind Ghost and kicked his legs out from under him.
"Always wanted to see how good your balance id Ghost."

As Ghost's legs were kicked out front underneath him, Drake rushed forwards and did a single backflip, striking Ghost underneath the chin, causing him to stumble back again....until he recieved a few blasts in the chest by none other than Zoe, who was indeed, looking at Ghost with a pissed off look at him.
Ghost stumbled back some more as his suit actually begun to spark a little bit.
"We shall meet again....in due time, but for now.....I believe I shall allow you to live" he activated his cloaking device as well, managing to make his escape from the battle.
"No!" was all Zoe called out, not believing that Ghost had escaped, clenching her fists in the process "He was suppose to die!" she shook her head after that and turned around and just started to walk off without saying a word to anyone.

Trinity sighed and shot a glacial look in the direction Ghost left in.

Drake glanced over at Zoe who was leaving, then back over to Trinity again "Someone should go and talk to her"
Zoe continued to walk down the streets still, rather angry still that Ghost had escaped, however, that is when she heard a voice speaking directly to her "Such a shame that you could not defeat him, and yet, I could give you what you need to defeat him with"
That's when it appeared in an alleyway, a demon, all black with rather large wings with holes in them. It's neck rather long and its head a rather strange shape indeed. Its arms and legs were fairly long, but not too long. Its fingers were longer than most humans as it used a finger to motion for Zoe to follow it down an alleyway.
Zoe wasn't sure of trusting such a creature, feeling rather reluctent to do so at the moment as it spoke to her once more "What, you don't trust a creature, such as myself?" it grinned at her as it stepped backwards into the alleyway some more.
Zoe continued to stand there at first before shaking her head and decided, for now, to see what this demon had to offer.

Trinity bit her lip.
"I don't think I'd be the best for that.."
Tiffany, Jayden and Summer walked towards them.
"I think..she needs to be alone.."Tiffany muttered glancing at Drake.
Summer looked around and exhaled Jason had not yet found her.

Drake thought for a second before he nodded back "Yeah, I suppose you're right"
Zoe however, followed the demon deeper into the alleyway "So, what is it you can give me?"
"It's rather simple my dear little child, I can give you all the power you need to defeat him with, all I require from you.....is your soul" the demon told Zoe back.
Zoe was indeed, reluctent to do so "Isn't there some other way?"
The demon let off a chuckle "You're afraid aren't you? Good" a piece of paper and a quill appeared in front of Zoe "All it require is you signing this contract"
Little did the demon know, was that he was being watched as the figured bounded off to go and tell Rose about it. The figure in question was Ruby whom explained the situation to Rose.
Rose nodded back and took off to go and tell Tiffany and the others, arriving on the scene "Do you guys know a girl, one who has these metal glove things? Cause if so, um....she's talking with a demon....something about her soul for more power"

Tiffany choked and spluttered.
"Yeah..Zoe what..um..Drake?"
Summer & Trinity's complexions paled with a green tinge reflecting in Summers cheeks.

Rose nodded back "Yes, that's right, it looks like a demon or something"
"That's not good" Drake spoke back "Stay here, I'll see if I can help her out" he spoke as he turned and took off down the street in order to find Zoe and the demon.
The demon continued to talk to Zoe still, placing an arm around her as well "There could be other ways, but why take those paths and have power but that's just a little over average when you can have the power of darkness.....all it takes is a simple sign of the contract"
