Discuss: Through the Eyes of a Spiketail

Okay, so I switched on LBT on British TV today expecting re-runs, and came across this. Seems British TV is getting episodes before anyone else. Makes a change.

This episode is very much about Spike. You can hear what Spike is thinking a lot of the time, and you see through his eyes too. Quite a few insights into Spike's character.

The plot goes: On the first day of the cold time, Mr. Thinknose tells the gang about Hard Water Sweets (frozen grapes), and the gang set off on an adventure to find them.

Songs - Adventuring (Spike version), Follow Me (same tune as Remembering).

What in tarnation.... Has anyone else on this board from Europe seen this episode? I've never heard ANYTHING about this episode. Truly bazaar.

Chikara, what channel was it, and what was the time? Because I'm sure I'm not the only one on this board who wants to know more about this mystery episode.

EDIT: Also, it seems Chikara somehow got a British television channel in the USA.

I know this one! I was told about it by Aria and her mum last year I was told not to tell anyone. this is the one I look forward to getting to watch... It about Spike point of view of the world it is Episode 26. the last one, which means the UK...

THE UK has Aired ALL 26 episodes!!! That is... amazing, Look like the UK HQ of CN took it more serious then the USA, well the sister channel of CN in the UK Boomerang. that is simply amazing to hear this.

I got to keep a eye out for it when I get back to the UK if I can get Boomerang, they sure to rerun a fair few of them again

I don't get British TV in USA, I live in Scotland, lol.

LBT is showing on Boomerang here. 2 episodes at 3pm every weekday.

The way they did it was, they've been showing re-runs of the first 13 episodes. Then they started advertising "new episodes", which must be then last 13 since they started with Missing Fast-Water Adventure and went back to it after showing this.

It seems like they are showing the episodes in prduction order.

Wait a minute, we hear spike's thoughts in this? As his voice? He can speak in his thoughts?

That what I was told, we hear Spike talking in it from what i know of and see what he hears from the other friends around him. From what I know of from what I been told he hears something like dinosaur sounds or something like that from the others but hear some words. well that what I was told any how. Since it been aired I can tell you what I know.

I only got told this by Aria and her mum, they told me not to tell anyone till it been aired at least in one country.

I have to see this one for myself when it comes out hopfully and they might bring out all 26 episodes on DVD soon

one a month or something like that

still I will be getting those episodes on the DVD

I wonder if we'll ever see an episode that's along the lines of Through the Eyes of a Non-Chomper Sharptooth...

This episodes sound somewhat interesting, though.

Hmm...the first day of cold time?
Could this episode be right after "The Bright Circle Celebration"?
Haven't seen all episodes though.

I was kinda shocked to see this episode aired on Boomerang. Kinda weird to hear that the UK would be one of the first to show it. Normally the US holds the reins for episode preimeres! From what I've heard, this particular episode was supposed to be one of the last ones in the current series! I'm not too sure how much solid ground that statement rests upon but it was a good episode I thought :^.^:

Finally, an insight into the world of Spike! I won't give away any details for those who wish to see it who haven't already but I really liked this one!

The portrayal was very good I thought.

I live in the UK but don't have the right channel so i still miss the episodes. i've only seen episodes 1-20 cos of the saiour who uploaded them on youtube. i want to see the others too
