Looks like you're in a car....around the dash probably because it looks like plastic.

Hmm...it has something to do with NASA, with sounds, have symbols, and is man-made...

Was this thing ever mentioned in a movie? I may be thinking of the space satelite Voyager, but I'm not sure.
