The Party Room / Re: The Corrupt a Wish Game.

They make another appearance...but it’s in a flashback  :lol

I wish there’d be an “epic” battle between all the Longnecks in the franchise and all the Sharpteeth in the franchise

The battle is epic, but it ends with a Rainbowface named Willy Wonka charging in with a laser and frying all the Sharpteeth in the area, before breaking the fourth wall and making the cringiest joke possible. :rainbowwave

I wish people liked Wild Arms better.

Deinonychus is a type of dromaeosaurid...

I knew that, I was just saying that that wasn’t their species.

Granted. But in that remake of LBT X, the longnecks take over the Great Valley and kills everyone that refuses to leave. Also, the segregation of species has returned again due to this, and Littlefoot is exiled from the valley for being friends with other kinds. Shunned by his own family, he can only look forward to spending time with the first ever friends he made since he first searched for the Great Valley.

I wish I could meet Mo at the ocean in real life. :Mo

With him is the Liopluerodon, which eats him before you can get a good look at him.

I wish Disney’s the Jungle Book can become more popular than Frozen.

Well, they are in my universe! :duckyhappy :)petrie

What did Pterano get his name for?

He time travelled and found out what his species was called, so naturally he named himself after it to mess with the minds of flatheads.

Is Ruby a Spinosaurus?

Is “dromaeosaurid” too broad of an answer?  :lol

If it is too broad I’ll go with Deinonychus

Incorrect! Screech and Thud are Deinonychus (some merchandise dropped revealing this) and these Raptors don’t even particularly look like a colour morph of them.

We get told what the species are...but not who was what  :lol
(We didn’t actually  x(cera)

I wish that there’d be a 2nd season to the TV series (LBT)

Granted! But it sucks! And Red Claw is identified as a Diplodocus!

I wish a Land Before Time encyclopaedia was made  (I like finding out species)

Opposite Day has ended...soooo...

Granted! But you get fired the next day for making illegal wishes.

I wish we finally knew what all the raptor species in LBT were supposed to be...

Just walking in and saying what I believe the Raptor species in LBT to be.

I Raptor: Velociraptor antirrhopus

III quilled Raptors: Deinonychus (early version)

III Raptors: Velociraptor antirrhopus

VII Raptors: Achillobator

XI Raptors: Deinonychus

Screech and Thud: Deinonychus

XIII Raptors: Oversized Saurornitholestes

Now I’m walking out.

(This is based on an old post by Nate56mate from when I was on the LBT wiki)

Welcome to Guess that species, I’m your host and I will select a LBT creature and you have to guess its species. One guess each, whoever is closest to what the species most likely is wins! First species, The Raptors from The Stone of a Cold Fire!

1988 Theatrical Release / Re: dinosaur census
« on: July 14, 2019, 01:05:37 PM »
Okay, so in he name of science and boredom, I have counted all the dinosaurs that appear in the original movie, a sort of census.  I think you'll be interested in my findings.
FIRST MOVIE
First of all pterosaurs are the most common type of creature in the movie, including 12 pteranadons, 8 peteinosaurus, 1 dimorphodon, and finally, sordes counting the group at littlefoots hatching and the swarm at the beginning of the movie they number in at 168 individuals... And the fact that they don't show up ever again, in the sequels or otherwise is terrifying.
Moving on to the stars of the movie, we have 18 Apatosaurus, 15 saurolophus, and 34 triceratops- 27 of which are present in the valley at the end of the movie. Spike's the only stegosaurus.
There are 20 archelon, 6 struthiomimus, 3 pachycephalosaurus, 1 Rooter, 6 lonsquama, 1 colossochelys, 3 lesothosaurus, 2 hylonomus, and 4 edaphosaurus.
There are three types of sharp teeth in this film and 1 of each, tyrannosaurus, dimetrodon, and metriorhynchus.
There are seven other species that only make one appearance those creatures are: erops, lystromysaurus, steropodon, diphyontosaurus, cimolestes, proganochelys, and platyhystinx.

SECOND MOVIE
I think I should re-tally the creatures of the first movie first. So in a addition  to our main 3 Apatosaurus, 7  others made it into the great valley. The trike herd, if you include Ceara and Toppsy, has dwindled to about 19. There are 2 adult stegosaurs and 14 new pteranodon- if you count eggs. The saurolophus herd 19 members counting the 7 adults,  ducky, and her 11 sisters (6 from the first brood, 5 from this one).
Finally, 2 struthiomimus made I into the valley,  but are likely dead by the end of the movie.
4 tyrannosaurus appear in this movie, this may explain the decrease in trikes :p.
Other animals such as the maiasaura and her clutch of 6,1 kuchneosuchus, 1 brachiosaurus, 1 plateosurus, 1 europlephalus, 1 scutosaurus, and a moschops, have such low numbers its unsurprising they don't appear again.

Do with this information what you want , but know that I'm going to update this list of every movie.

I am aware this is old, but I feel like bringing up that there is a Velociraptor, one Struthiomimus (The other egg stealers in the 1st movie are Ornithomimus) , two Seismosaurus, and one Torosaurus, as well as two Parasaurolophuses.

Just felt like bringing that up.
