LBT Quote Game too easy?
I thought of an idea for a variation of the LBT Quote Game for all the Quote Veterans out there! The idea is simple:
On the player's turn, he/she writes a quote or part of a quote from an LBT movie, in an Alternate Form. The words used in the clue must have the same meanings as the words used in the original quote. the respondant must give the answer with the original quote (preferrably exactly accurate to the original, but it is up to the choice of the questioneer how close it must be), the film it's in, and who spoke the line. Preferrably, give the scene where the quote occurs as well.
For example:
A variety of objects are to be observed with your optic receptors, whereas other amenities are meant to be spotted by your vascular organ.
The answer to this clue is:
"Some things you see with your eyes. Others, you see with your heart." Spoken by Littlefoot's mother in LBT 1.
Another example:
Affirmative. Not possible. Perhaps.
The answer is
"Yes. No. Maybe"
from LBT 8, spoken by Cera, Littlefoot, and Petrie, when they are about to leave the Great valley to find Ducky.
As you can see, it requires some thinking on the part of the question writer. :P:
See how this one works? What do you think of this game? I'll start:
Spike was able to locate it!
-
vascular organ
:lol Littlefoot already said "I don't understand" the way his mother said it. I can imagine the blank look if she had said it the way you put it. "Come again?"
Spike was able to locate it!
"Spike finded it!"?
Ducky says this in LBT 5 when he spotted the island.
-
Perfect! :D
Your turn, Malte. B)
-
Myself has been rendered incapable of altering by too much progress in terms of time.
-
"I am small."?
Spoken by Littlefoot in LBT 11, after his Grandpa helps him get over the little cliff.
-
Nope. Read closely what the quote says. :)
It seems to be the (entertaining) point of the game to use terms which, while being synonymous shroud the meaning of a sentence rather than making it clearer. I love this game. Good idea Tim! :yes
-
It could be a Petrie quote since it starts with "myself". Which quote is beyond me.
-
Keep in mind that we are to alter the quotes from the way they appear in the movie. Myself is not the word used in the movie. What does the quote tell you? Once you know that, there is only one possible counterpart in the series.
It is not a Petrie quote.
-
Hmm... interesting twist on the good ol' LBT Quote game. I'm gonna take a stab at this and say:
It's Doc from LBT 6. The true line being "My footsteps were planted on the wandering trail long ago...I'm too old to change now."
-
Correct Jason!
"I'm too old to change now" is the part I "translated". The funniest thing about it is that there are so many more possibilities to translate it into something that sounds... incomprehensible ;)
Your turn :)
-
Hey cool! First time winner! LOL :DD
OK here goes:
"One does make a very interesting and accurate highlight of current affairs"
-
Is this one from LBT XI?
-
Nope...not what I had in mind
-
Ok, ok I have a guess:
"The threehorn speaks the truth!"
LBT 3, spoken by another adult after the fire in the great valley.
I may be waaay off, but it's the best I can come up with right now. This game is tough! :P: If I'm wrong, we may need a hint! :p
-
That wasnt the one I was thinking of Action. If you need a clue here's some to get ya thinkin'
It's from LBT 7...and one of the gang members says it ;)
That should help you out
-
okey dokey, here's another shot in the dark! :lol
Petrie: "You right about that!" while he and Pterano are talking about their exciting lives.
-
Maybe this game would be easier if by default you told which movie it was from and maybe even another clue to go more in depth. Some of these are not so precise and could apply to more than one saying. I couldn't even begin to answer any of these! :slap But maybe that's just because of my lack of knowledge of the movies, as I haven't seen most of them in a long time.
-

When I set up this game, I intended it to be for those people who perhaps considered the original 'quote game' too easy. This is *supposed* to be hard! Muahahaha :lol
I do like your idea though; perhaps if the clue giver adds clues after each wrong guess, it would help. We actually have been doing that though; Littlefoot1616 stated that his clue is from LBT 7.
-
Well, maybe yea :P: I've never played the original one so I don't really know. But everyone seems to be doing well at this o.o God my head will explode if I try to figure one of these out! :wow
-
Yeah Action! I'll let you have that!
I was initially thinking of the scene where Cera complains about apparently always being the last one in line and normally suffers for it (which we know isn't normally the case). :lol At that point, Petrie says "She do have point!"
Anyway, your turn Action...fire away!
-
Sorry, I just recently remembered this game!
my my my, thy relatively inconsiderable constitution shocks and stimulates my psyche; should it?
-
This may be a tricky one.
Be on the lookout for hints! Here's another one!
-
Here's a hint:
The actual answer is considerably shorter than the text I wrote above.
-
I'm putting everyone on even terms. I noticed that Tails_115 figured out that it's from LBT 11 so I'll give everyone that hint. Keep working at it!
-
155 :p
it's either
"woah, you are short aren't you?" - Cera to Skitter or whatever his name is....
"I used to be taller" XD i love it
-
155
heh, whoops. :p
my my my, thy relatively inconsiderable constitution shocks and stimulates my psyche; should it?
translates to...
"woah, you are short aren't you?" - Cera to Skitter or whatever his name is....
We have a winner! :wow B) Nicely done. :yes
Your turn Tails!
-
at the time i rise in the morning, my primary action...
I'll cut it off there or it's far easier
-
I think this is Ozzy during the song "Eggs":
"When I wake up the first thing I do... eggs ...is to look around for something to chew."
-
figured that'd get covered pretty quick :p
your turn
-
Okay, here is the next one:
"If vapours in the air cause the interruption of visual contact with you this is a state likely to continue."
-
Okay, here is the next one:
"If vapours in the air cause the interruption of visual contact with you this is a state likely to continue."
"If you get lost in the mist, you stay lost" - Ali: LBT IV
-
"If you get lost in the mist, you stay lost"
That's right :yes
Your turn Tails_155 :)
-
shall soar completely synchronized, and thusly succeed at my touchstone of such...
touchstone is really stretching the word btw
-
Me fly along with all the rest, Me going to pass the flying test.
Petrie - LBT 12
-
A WINRAR IS YOU
-
Stitch, you going?
-
Oh, sorry
"The only thing my ocular sense perceives is the 24 hours perpendicular to our position"
-
All I see is the day in front of us - the intro to the TV series
-
That's it.
Your turn.
-
um, it's commonplace for myself to promulgate such...
-
This sounds like fun! :D
Okay here's mine:
"Hey whipper snapper!"
-
um, it's commonplace for myself to promulgate such...
Is that from the 12th sequel when Guido is asked about where he's from and who called him "Guido" and he repiles, "Um, I'm not so sure."?
-
"Hey whipper snapper!"
"Hey kid," spoken by Doc in LBT 6?
I'm almost hoping I'm wrong, since then I'd have to come up with one, and I don't know if I could do as good as some of the others on this page (no skipping me over though!)
um, it's commonplace for myself to promulgate such...
This one is frustrating me. I've boiled it down to two possible solutions, but they're both such generic statements I've no clue if they're ever spoken in LBT.
-

"Hey kid," spoken by Doc in LBT 6?
I'm almost hoping I'm wrong, since then I'd have to come up with one, and I don't know if I could do as good as some of the others on this page (no skipping me over though!)
Unfortunately, you got it right! :DD :lol
You get cookies!
-
"Turvy, the female is of the higher capablities! Hold on for when I relay the information unto the married woman who walks on a single pair of legs!"
-
"Topys, She is so advanced. Wait til' I tell Mrs. Twoped."
Tria from LBT XII
-
Bingo! I've always been fascinated by Mrs. Twoped. We never see her, she's never been mentioned before, and yet in one line we learn three important things about her (the 3rd being that she's a friend of Tria).
You're up, Stitch.
-
...Stitch?
-
......Hello?......
-
Sorry... Here's the next one:
"Occasionally, I like to postulate that the male horridus has a lot of fun engaging in spirited discussions."
-
I have no clue if this quote is right, since I don't remember ever hearing it anywhere, but:
"Sometimes, I think Mr. Threehorn just likes to argue."
-
That's right.
It was "thought" by Spike in Throught the Eyes of a Spiketail.
Your turn.
-
"Spectres located amongst the flowing air particles, obtain the knowledge of curving through tension."
-
"Ghosts in the wind learn to bend."
I think.
-
Bingo. You're up!
EDIT: Actually, upon second reading, its "souls", not "ghosts". Whatever.
-
...lbt/cty_lover? Hello?
-
......Is anybody there?
-
I'll restart this game, just to get it up and running again.
Guess this one:
"Have you honestly, really observed all there is to observe? Is there no more conundrums left for you to notice?"
-
This would be one of the rainbowfaces shortly before the song Beyond the mysterious beyond, wouldn't it?
-
Yes. You're turn!
-
Okay.
Good going by the way to revive this thread Rat_Lady :yes
"Myself is not going to inflict physical pain upon them, not to a high degree."
-
Thanks. :)
And I think this is when Cera says, "Don't worry I won't hurt them. Much." in the Land Before Time 3.
-
That's right :yes
I realize I should have included the "don't worry" as more likely to be part of the sentence rather than an independent one.
Your turn :)
-
Hrm...let's see..
"Perhaps you can't attempt it!"
-
Cera in the original movie telling Littlefoot that he can't get across the crack created by the earthquake, suggesting that she can?
-
Yup. :)
Your turn!
-
I reckon us to be in the arcane trans-location.
-
"I think we're in the Mysterious Beyond." I believe Littlefoot says this in LBT II after the rock slide that buries the two eggstealers and shortly before they find Chomper's egg.
-
Perfectly right Drake :yes
Your turn.
-
However your selection of direction is erroneous!
-
"But its the wrong way!"
Littlefoot to Cera in the original movie?
-
Yep, that's correct.
-
So whats the cause of it occurring at this time?
(Love your new avatar by the way Rat_lady. It is really cute :))
-
So whats the cause of it occurring at this time?
I think that's:
So why is it happening now?
Mr. Clubtail, I believe, LBT 8, asking Mr. Thicknose about the reason for snow in the Great Valley
-
Quite correct :yes
Your turn Tim.
-
It's a reasonable hypothesis that our quarry potentially bounded from one side of this relatively large depression to the other.
-
I was going to let someone else have a chance, but I'll guess just to move this game along.
It's when Little Foot says in the seventh sequel when Petrie asks, "Ugh! Why does it smell so bad?"
Then Little Foot says, "Probably an underground river, somewhere way down there."
-
Nope sorry. :)
The quote is not from LBT 7.
-
LBT 2, when Ozzy tells Strut "I think they jumped over that cliff," or something to that effect?
-
Nope, not from LBT 2 either. ;)
-
Hmm, I'll see if I can get this going again. :p
This quote is spoken by a character who is after something but not for themselves.
-
Does Little Foot say this in LBT 3? I don't remember exactly what he says, but it had to do with the water in the Mysterious Beyond.
-
Nope, not spoken by littlefoot and not in LBT 3. :) :angel
-
I remember Cera at some point saying "Maybe they just jumped from rock to rock."
-
"Maybe they just jumped from rock to rock."
Sounds like you're talking about LBT 2?
Either way, nope, it wasn't spoken by Cera. :)
On the right track though! ;)
-
LBT 6? Ducky says something about Dina and Dana jumping from stone pile to stone pile across a giant chasm. I guess since they're Cera's cousins, you could say Ducky isn't finding them for herself.
EDIT: Found it on Youtube. "Maybe they jumped across."
-

EDIT: Found it on Youtube. "Maybe they jumped across."
Bingo, nicely done! :D
"Maybe they hopped across the big ditch"!
Your turn! :DD
-
"There not only exists semi-conscious mental activity for uncovering, but also for abandoning abaft."
-
"There not only exists semi-conscious mental activity for uncovering, but also for abandoning abaft."
oo, oo, I get it! :D
"There are dreams to be discovered and dreams to leave behind"?
the line from "No One Has To Be Alone"
-
Score!
You're up, Tiim!
-
Well let's see...
I know whereabouts I'd prefer to be: the nesting place of myself
-
Cera in LBT 2: "I wanna go home!"?
-
Right you are, Malte!
Your go. :)
-
Sorry, I forgot it was my turn:
"Though I detest consenting with a sauropod I must concur with him being correct."
-
"Much as I hate to agree with a longneck, he's right." Sounds like something Mr. Threehorn would say.
-
"Much as I hate to agree with a longneck, he's right." Sounds like something Mr. Threehorn would say.
I believe that exact quote is from..LBT 5?
"Much as I hate to agree with a longneck, I must admit that he's right.": Mr. Threehorn talking to Mr. Longneck about running out of food in the Great Valley.
-
Ah, your response is better. You get next question, action.
-
Aye, you got it right Tim. I must admit it was too easy a chestnut with so telling words and opinions included.
Your turn.
-
Myself has reached the immediate conclusion that I detest my current state of having a relative lack of girth and height.
-
Hmm...I'm gonna take a stab at this and go with it being "I hate being little", possibly said by Littlefoot in II? Pretty sure I'm on the right track with the sentence but don't know if I have it exactly correct or not.
-
That's exactly what I was looking for, nice job! :D
Your go! ;)
-
(Oh gosh, now I've got to come up with one don't I :) Well, this is still way to easy in my own mind, but here ya go)
"Also, I must question the occurance of not a single soul about me relaying the information that the returner had been engaged in discourse with those we should watch"
(warning some word for words have been translated but context would give it to you)
-
"Nobody else saw this thing, how do you explain that?"
Mr. Threehorn(?) talking to Littlefoot in LBT 7?
Whew, I'm a bit rusty on LBT 7! :p
I'm not too sure on this actually but that's my best guess so far. :p
-
Nope, sorry, not it
Um, is it hint time yet?
EDIT:
Here, I'll give a hint anyway. Between movie, who said it and who it was said too, you got 2/3's of it right :DD
-
I love this game (while I haven’t been directly participating, I enjoy trying to guess the quotes before I read the answers), so I’m going to try to revive this thread.
"Also, I must question the occurance of not a single soul about me relaying the information that the returner had been engaged in discourse with those we should watch"
That would be Mr. Threehorn in LBT VII:
“And why didn’t anyone tell me Pterano was talking to the young ones?”
I don’t think it was addressed to anyone in particular, though Petrie's mother had been the last one to speak beforehand.
-
Hey, terribly sorry for not replying earlier, in my checking stuff I forgot to check this recently. Anyway, congrats you got it!
Like I said, I had to refer to Pterano without saying his name so I feel I unfairly changed a few words, but good job!
-
No problem! :)
I actually rather liked the choice of words you used to avoid mentioning Pterano’s name.
Anyway, here’s my first quote. I’m worried might be too obvious, but anything to get this game up and running again! :DD
Those individuals possess locomotory organs, and caudal appendages, and pointed cranial protuberances, and dermal plating, and olfaction apparati as well.
-
That would be from the song Kids like us? "They have feet, and tails, and horns, and spikes, and noses too..."
?
-
You got it! (I knew it was too easy! Ah, it was my first try; maybe I'll do a better job of making 'em harder as time goes on...)
Anyway, your move!
EDIT: It was actually "feet, and tails, and horns, and scales, and noses," but your guess was close enough. (Not sure if they used "spikes" in other language versions...)
-
^ That mistake would have been my memory. The German version I think had the word for "noses" where there was scales in the English original.
I guess mine won't be too difficult either:
"Everybody is going to link up with a conglomerate of representatives of the personal species."
-
Geez, I'm really having a hard time figuring out this one.
Could we grab a hint, Malte? :)
-
The scene is about something that the gang dreads.
-
Is that from LBT V, when Mr. Threehorn decides the herds are splitting up?
-
You almost got it. It is from LBT V.
-
I had hoped that more people would become involved in this game, but it would seem that this thread has been largely forgotten. :( With today being the one-month anniversary of Malte's latest submission, I'm going to respond to it myself.
"Everybody is going to link up with a conglomerate of representatives of the personal species."
It’s Mr. Threehorn in LBT V (addressed to Grandpa Longneck, if anyone in particular):
From now on it’s every herd for itself!
-
I don't know if Malte is going to post here again since he's so infrequent, so I'll try to post something here.
"I would absolutely, positively love to descend him off his high horse.'
-
I got Malte's quote. It's:
"Probably join herds of our own kind", spoken by Cera.
-
Sorry, I had all but forgotten about this thread, but you got the quote I gave more than a year ago right Stitch :)
-
I guess Stitch can go since he got it? :)
-
While his turn for solving the quote I gave you too already gave a new quote which I think was a good thing to keep this thread from dying. Do you have a quote ready to post here Stitch? Otherwise I'd suggest we solve Amy's first. To me it sounded like something that was said about Rhett in the TV series.
-
*shrugs* I guess so.
Nope, that's not it. :)
-
You can solve Amy's quote first.
-
I suspect Amy's quote is “I'd like to knock him off his perch”, uttered by Sierra during the song “Very Important Creature” in LBT VII.
If this is correct, it'll be Stitch's turn, right?
-
That is correct. You are the strongest link. :D (I always wanted to say that)
Sure, Stitch can go.
-
With the new rules, I’m free to take a turn of my own now. Being as this has been down a long time, to make the restart comfortable, I will make it really easy:
Hm, so is there a reason you refer to the unknown as simply that? Couldn’t you say the aspect of life pertaining to no interest? Hey, what about, blah, this place is totally not cool to us in any way?
-
Ah, then why do you call the mysterious beyond mysterious? Why not the boring beyond, or the ooh, nothing out here of any interest to us beyond?
Male Rainbow Face, just before Beyond the Mysterious Beyond.
Land Before Time 7
-
Excellent. Completely right, you are. Go ahead whenever you'd like.
-
Descendants to descendants, everyone continuing the sequence of moving to the following one a legend relating to a previous generation's trip with a destination between two mountains in a previous time.
-
... generation upon generation, each passing on to the next the tale of their ancestor's journey to the valley long ago.
The narrator near the end of the first movie.
-
That's right.
Your turn.
-
Albeit this one was unlike any other. I intended to like it most.
-
The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure.
Ducky.
Yes, but this one was special. It was going to be my favorite favorite.
-
Correct! Your turn, TFS.
-
Remain near. If your sense of direction becomes distorted in this obstruction of sight, you will continue to be without bearings.
-
I know the quote but I don't know it word for word but here goes
The Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mist
Ali
Stay close. If you get lost in the mist, you stay lost.
-
Perfect, sir, perfect. Word for word indeed. You're up to post the next one whenever you are ready.
-
I can't believe I got it!
Now for the difficult part.
We'll cajole him to subterranean part of the body of water. He can't do the act of moving through water with those gaunt appendages.
-
I got it!
Littlefoot, the orginal movie.
Littlefoot: We'll lead him to where the water gets dark. He can't swim with those scrawny arms."
Or something like that...
-
You got half of it correct.
-
Okay then. This time I got it!
Look, we’ll coax him to the deep end of the pond. He can't swim with those scrawny arms.
Littlefoot, the original movie.
Did I get it that time?
-
You got it! :D
-
Hooray!
My turn...*Puts on thinking cap* Hmm...okay, I got one.
In which direction shall I accomodate comrades such as yourselves?
Yeah, I'm a n00b. :p
-
More of a guess than anything else, but, is it from The Land Before Time V: The Mysterious Island?
Littlefoot.
Where would I ever find friends like you?
-
Indeed, it is! Your turn, TFS! :D
-
Alrighty, let's see how this one turns out:
There will be moments when the dinosaur I’m speaking to assumes that what is correct is clear, next another dinosaur will enter the scene and whoever it is will reveal that the one I’m addressing has knowledge that is actually false.
-
Alrighty, I'll give two hints for this. The speaker is a male, and it takes place during a movie created after the eighth one.
-
If I'm allowed to join in...
Littlefoot in XIII during the start of the how do you know song?
Sometimes you think you know what's right, then somebody comes along, and they show you what you thought was right might be a little bit wrong?
Amirite?
-
You are correct. Feel free to go ahead at your convenience.
-
I feel immensely displeasured and annoyed at my fellowman (or fellowdino in this case?) who does not share my bloodline.
-
No one? I'll give a hint then. The speaker is short and there is no snow in the backround.
The 2nd one should help. ;)
-
Ducky about Spike before it snowed in movie 8?
-
Since this game has not been up for the longest time, I may as well take a shot at this game.
*puts on thinking cap* Ah, I've finally got one!
"I do not want to replay the occurrence in my head again. Such a retelling is filled with terror."
-
"Petrie not want to think about it. Story too spooky."
Petrie in "The Stone of Cold Fire" while they were all talking amongst the trees about previous events.
-
Correct. Your turn.
-
"All individuals cannot stand those minute, disturbing creatures."
-
"Everybody hates those little, creepy crawlies!"
-LBT 11, song of the same name.
-
Yes! Your turn.
-
Okay, partner in crime, the time has come for me to place in my hands the oval-shaped, eatable object.
-
No guesses, huh? Alright, I'll give you a couple of hints. The speaker is a male, but the actual line is not spoken by any of the gang.
-
"OK, Strut, Now it's MY turn to hold the egg."
-
Close enough, although considering it was Ozzy who said it, the movie or scene did not have to be stated. After all, he only appears in movie II anyways.
In any case, your turn.
-
"Then literally everywhere there will be misfortune."
-
"Then maybe the whole universe will have bad luck." Said by Ducky in The Stone of Cold Fire, when discussing the negative consequence to damaging Saurus Rock.
-
Yep. :yes
-
Whenever you are ready, Justin.
-
"I expect this organic vessel to be of value."
-
Hint: It is spoken by a male character.
-
"I hope this egg is worth it." by Strut in the second film after Ozzy and him had climbed up the rock face of the valley in order to escape from the children,
-
Si, seÒor. Your turn.
-
"Take a gander over yonder, there are two clones of a sauropod organism."
-
I'm not familiar with the first part of the sentence but it should be enough to decode this
"Hey... there are two Littlefoots!" Ducky says. ("Feet?" :D), LBT 4
-
Yep, you got it! :yes It is now your turn.
I am not surprised that you were not familiar with the first part of the sentence. "Take a gander" is archaic slang for "Take a look" (derived from thieves slang in the 1800s, literally meaning "to steal a male goose", to indicate that another thief might have left a valuable behind and that they need to take a second look), whereas "over yonder" means "over there". Obviously, almost nobody talks like that anymore in everyday speech.
-
Oh nice :angel Now I hope the synonymes will be alright since this is a bit of a weak point of mine
"The trunk is exclaiming something!"
-
I think that is this quote: "And it does not sound like a tree trunk. Oh, no no no!" from Ducky in the Land Before Time VI. She says it after Cera rams what she thinks is a trunk, but it turns out to be the leg of a rather large sharptooth.
-
Good guess but sadly this is not the quote I have in mind. If you guys need a hint, I'm willing to give one. :)
-
"The tree is talking!", by Ducky just before Petrie's headaching debut.
-
That's the one! Your turn! :)
-
"Don't let it enter your mind."
-
"Don't--even--think about it!"
-Cera, from movie 10, before Ducky can tag her.
-
I was thinking about something else.
-
Is it Mr. Threehorn/Topsy in LBT 12 when the Gang tries to find Guido a new home?
-
Yes.
-
^I think Topsy said "Don't even think about it" as well in LBT 12 :smile
"Attempting to act sweet won't change my mind!"
-
^Yes. I wasn't thinking of a different sentence, but a different situation.
Care to give a hint to this one?
-
Nope, I don't :)
Hint: The quote is from LBT 12: The Day of the Flyers
EDIT: Hint 2: Spoken by a female character
-
HINT 3: The quote in question was in my signature for a few weeks :angel
-
Is it Cera's "Don't try the cute thing on me. It won't work" to Tricia when she babysits her in LBT 12?
-
Yep, yep, yep! Finally a guess :p Your turn!
-
"Could it be that there is someone just like him?"
-
Hmm, let me have a bold guess...
Ducky: "Hey, there are two Littlefoots! Feets?" LBT4 when Ducky sees Littlefoot and Ali playing for the first time.
-
Nope. Try again.
-
Could it be that the quote in question is from LBT 11, spoken by one of the tinysauruses? I don't remember the exact quote but it was something about one of them saying "Could've sworn it was you" and Littlefoot responding "No, it must've been somebody else; we all kinda look alike"
-
Right movie, and the scene is very close to the right one. But still not I'm looking for.
-
Dusty & Rocky: "Hey, maybe he's a twin?"
-
That's the one. :yes
-
"I believe it was too heavy to stay afloat."
-
Cera in LBT 5 when the gang pushes a log into the water and it initially sinks: "I guess it was too big a stick."
-
Yep, correct. Your turn now :)
-
"Though I cannot say much about what is the right thing to do or not, our friendship shall never break ties, even in the farthest of travels."
-
HINT #1: This line is preceded by the start of a song immediately afterwards.
HINT #2: The character speaking is a male.
-
I think that the quote is spoken by Petrie in the tenth film. Right before Littlefoot is thinking about following his father's herd.
"Me can't tell you what best for you. But we always your friends. No matter where you go."
-
Correct. :yes
-
"I have strong doubts about that elder's intellectual capacities."
-
Ducky: "Hmm, I do not think grown-ups are too good at it though."
This scene is in LBT 11. Ducky observes the grown-ups while searching for the tiny longnecks with Spike and they are terribly goofing up indeed
-
That isn't quite the quote that I was looking for, but it is an excellent guess. :yes
Here is a hint: this quote is spoken during the fourth film with regards to a specific adult.
-
Ah, then this has to be this:
Littlefoot: "Well, I don't think she's that smart..."
He's saying this as a reply to Grandma Longneck telling him about the wisdom of the Old One.
-
Yep, yep, yep! You got it! :yes Your turn, Ducky.
-
Very well! :smile
"Now let's not get carried away and show our strength!"
-
"Get a hold of yourselves! Show some backbone!" - Toppsy when they decide to leave the Great Valley in LBT 5.
-
Correct! :yes
-
"I don't understand. What does it have to do with us?"
-
I think I'm going to revive this. *grins evilly* :bestsharptooth
"It is no wonder the others have been discombobulated into losing all sense of direction when your posteriors and your countenances bear such a similar appearance."
-
It's "Your rear ends look just like your faces so, uh, how can he tell which way to go?" Guido said it. :feelsgoodman
-
@Little Bro That's right! Your turn to do a quote if you want. :ChomperPOG
-
I want to get myself moved to a higher altitude until I reach the highest point of a rock structure, in an area where the land gets hot enough to cause an inferno, and gravity starts to get bits of sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous down to the bottom.
