Silver Bolt sighed as he trudged through the stainless steel hallways of the mine entrance. It was his seventh year working as a hard rock blaster with Platina Mining Corporation.
It was difficult and dangerous work but the owner of the company, Rarity, paid him handsomely for his work.
Today, he would be working with Sweetie Belle and Ann Foe to open a new tunnel.
He finally arrived in the staging area and looked at himself in the mirror. A black Unicorn stallion with mismatched eyes stared back at him. His glowing white eye blinked with a clicking noise. He winced as he recalled how he had lost his natural eye.

It was his sixth month on the job and he was assigned to work in the then newly excavated tunnel six with Saxifrage and Sledge.
"So how's Rarity treatin' ya?" Sledge asked in an attempt to make idle conversation as the elevator descended into the depths. All he got in reply was the whirring of the elevator's powerful motors.
He turned to Saxifrage, a wiry Unicorn clad head to toe in heavy dull grey armor. Saxifrage's expression was unreadable underneath the helmet that covered her head. Even her horn was protected by a sheath of metal. Attached to her back was a set of saddlebags that contained an emergency air supply and magic transponder in case she got trapped or the life support. The elevator jolted to a stop as a sign above the door lit up with "Tunnel Six - Level nine".
The whir and clank of the heavy Core-II mining exoskeletons the three ponies wore echoed through the tunnels as they stepped out into the mine.
The rest of the journey was in silence as they approached the rock face.
"Let's do this," Silver Bolt said. Luckily, the Core-II exoskeletons had radios so they could communicate easily.

Silver Bolt shuddered as the rest of the memory came flooding back. All he could remember was a powerful explosion as he was using his magic to bore holes so Sledge could place the charges and then waking up in the hospital.
He shook his mane out of the way and moved forward towards the sliding metal door labeled "Mine Entrance - Authorized Personnel Only".
"Welcome Silver Bolt," a feminine voice said. The voice was a synthesized rendition of Rarity's voice.
"Greetings, Elusive," Silver Bolt replied.
As soon as he said that, a section of the floor slid back, revealing four metallic hoof boots. He stepped into them and the boots gently clamped around his hooves as multitude of metal arms came out from behind various ports with pieces of his exoskeleton in hand.
He stood still as the exoskeleton was assembled around him. The last part was the helmet, custom made to fit him. As the helmet was lowered onto his head, the ring on his horn was connected to the suit. The ring in question augmented his magic powers.
The second to last piece to be installed was the high energy magi-gem battery that was slid into a port on the suit's back. As soon as that was installed and connected, the whir of the suit's powerful motors coming to life could be heard.
A set of armored saddlebags containing an emergency air supply, clean drinking water and and emergency transponder was lowered on his back. There was no need for a girth as the saddlebags were actually bolted onto the armor.
Silver Bolt was soon able to look at himself in the mirror. He saw a hulking Unicorn clad in a heavy dull grey exoskeleton. Two glowing patches (in the shape of Rarity's tripe diamond cutie mark) on his croupiere replaced his cutie mark and his exoskeleton had his cutie mark engraved on the peytral.
He then stepped through the door and headed down the hallway to the staging area where the elevators were located.

Not all that far from the mining company, Dawn was on her daily patrols as she yawned to herself. The day was rather dull at the moment as she soon landed upon the ground with a slight groan to boot. Her eyes gazed around, her mechanical eye in particular, just scanning the area with nothing of interest happening.
"No crimes, nothing...." Dawn muttered to herself before her ears flickered at the sound of a scream. Her head snapped around at the direction of the screaming as her mechanical eye turned red, her mechanical wings activating as she took off.
Soon though, she landed at the scene of the crime, a mugging seemed to be in order of happening. Her eyes fell upon the mugger "Cease and desist, you have five seconds to comply"
"Five seconds?" the mugger asked back, but in that small time, his time was already up as Dawn tackled him, slamming him into the side of a building, slamming his head against the wall with a mechanical hoof, knocking the mugger out.
She turned around, but the victim had already gone as her eye returned to normal again, to which Dawn rubbed her forehead "I hate when that happens..." she muttered, looking at the knocked out mugger before shaking her head with a groan.

Ponyville--Undercity
A lone pony raced through yet another maintenance tunnel, bursting out the other side onto another of the dark, crowded streets. Pushing his way through the crowds, ignoring any angered outbursts, focusing only on getting away from...something. He ran into a side alleyway, leaning against the wall and hoping that he had eluded his pursuer. After a few heart-pounding moments, he took a deep, gasping breath, confident he had eluded the mysterious pony that had followed him from the building he had just been sent to relieve of some...sensitive documents. He looked back over his shoulder at the street he had just come from, sticking his tongue out at his pursuer, and turned to make his way deeper into the alley...until he ran squarely into the armored chest of the pony he had been running from. His eyes went wide with fear, and he started backing away, finally turning and making a mad dash for the street, for some measure of safety...until he felt the magic clamp around his body like a vise. He struggled fruitlessly against the power holding him as he felt his body being pulled back towards the mystery pony. As he turned around, still suspended in mid-air, he finally got a good look at the pony who he had been running from. Standing in front of him, hovering slightly off the ground, was a unicorn pony, clad in what appeared to be parts of an exosuit. Reinforced fore- and rear- hoof guards covered all four limbs, while their body was wrapped in a black armored saddle and barding. Their face was shrouded both by a large hood, which had somehow not moved at all, and by a black, mechanical mouthguard. A moment later, the masked unicorn spoke, their voice masked heavily by the mouthguard.
"Who hired you to try to steal that data from Rarity and Pinkamena's storage banks?"
The masked unicorn asked, thinly-veiled menace obvious in its voice. The struggling pony chuckled and grinned cockily.
"Why would I tell you, hm? Tha' wouldn't make me a very good...professional, now would it?"
He chuckled, then almost immediately went silent as he was slammed against the wall of the alley, a knife levitating against his neck.
"I'd suggest you talk now. Unless you don't value your life. In that case, feel free to keep silent. I'm sure whoever employed you will hire others. And when he does...I'll simply repeat this process until one talks. Your choice."
The armored one said, a flash of reddish light shining from under their hood. Now realizing the full seriousness of their situation, the pony struggling against the wall dropped the tough-pony act, pressing against the wall in a vain attempt to get away from the knife.
"I-I don't know who it is! All I know is that they dead-drop tasks and send couriers out to ponies they think can handle them! I ain't lying! P-please! Don't kill me!"
They begged, thrashing in panic, their eyes never leaving the knife at their throat. The masked unicorn stopped, then dropped them to the ground, looking down at them coldly.
"Fine. You'll live for now. But if you're lying to me...then I will hunt you down, and I will kill you. Just remember that."
The masked one said, turning and leaping off into the undercity's bowels again. As they did so, the pony they had caught noticed something. The unicorn had been carrying a long, wooden sword across their back the entire time...

(Celestia Institute)
The dull hum of fans circulating air inside Research Lab #2 of Celestia Institute, made Twilight Sparkle's head spin. She was part of a research team working on cybernetics.
"Spike!" she shouted, dropping her soldering iron on the table.
At her shout, a rather young looking purple and green dragon came through the door. "What is it?"
"Can you please finish soldering my latest project. I have a meeting to attend. The sup-"
Spike rolled his eyes. "Twi, I've been working here as long as you have! I know where everything is!"

(Ponyville - Nightmare City)
A brown Unicorn took his position in the stands set up near a deserted maintainence tunnel. He tried not to let trepidition creep into his features as he looked down on the concrete racetrack below him. This was his first foray into the seedy world of "tunnel-running" - a high stakes hybrid racing-vehicular combat motorsport. His friends had suggested that he bet on Scootaloo, one of Ponyville's best racers.

Scootaloo arrived at the staging area with the other racers. Most of them had some mechanical parts (a testament to how dangerous "tunnel-running" is) - mostly wings or horns but a few had artificial legs.
"Hey, Scoots! You made it, eh?" Rainbow Dash said with a smile.
Scootaloo nodded. "Yep, gonna win this one!"
The blue Pegasus slapped her on the shoulder. "Go get 'em!"
Scootaloo then shucked her saddlebags and carefully laid out the pieces of her kinetic suit.
As soon as she stepped into the hoof boots, the suit magically assembled around her (thanks to an implant that simulated a Unicorn's horn but was hidden beneath the skin on her head).
Soon, she was clad in light orange armor - save for her tail - with two small but very powerful engines mounted on her flanks. A saddle completed the assembly.
She then trotted over to the starting line along with her other competitors.
"Everypony, get ready-" the air was perforated by the sound of the kinetic suit engines spooling up. "Go!"
Scootaloo leapt into the air, boosted by repulsorpods on all four of her hooves. She then lit both engines and sped forward, unfurling her cybernetic wings for extra agility (she elected to have her natural wings amputated and replaced with the cybernetic model).

Hikari threaded his way through the halls, levitating a clipboard of notes in front of himself, taking notes on the latest research with Magitech augmentations to allow "created" alicorns. He was on his way towards a meeting with several of the higher-ups of the Institute, including, he hoped, Twilight Sparkle.

The masked and armored Unicorn raced down the side of another building, the wind racing over his armor as he fell. Throwing out a grapple line to another maintenance strut, he caught himself, swinging up and onto a ledge hidden from view. Looking out over the Undercity, his eyes scanned the skyline, until at last he seemed to settle on a direction and leap off of the spire he was on, once again freefalling deeper into the undercity...

Scootaloo flared her wings, slowing her down and letting her avoid several floating mines that a competitor had dropped.
Several explosions behind her told her that the competitors behind her were not so lucky.
She sent a command to her suit and a small cannon deployed from her saddle. With a sizzling crack, blue bolts of energy lanced from the cannon. The first shot missed and scorched some concrete, while some other bolts struck one of her competitors, sending the unlucky pony spiraling to the ground. Luckily, the kinetic suits were designed to take that kind of punishment.

The armored unicorn flipped over, a localized anti-gravity pulse firing off around him and creating a large shockwave as he landed next to a large, ominous building. Shrugging his hood off, he stepped up to the door, pushing a few buttons and watching as the door slid open silently. Once inside, the unicorn tossed his short-cropped mane, nodding to a female unicorn sitting behind a desk. She nodded back, and he stepped past her, entering into an elevator behind her desk, riding it down into a chamber underneath the building. As he stepped out of the elevator, he saw the silhouette of a figure sitting in front of a large monitor, which was displaying the race currently going on under the city. He chuckled.
"Still betting on those races, huh? Have you actually won anything yet?"
He said, his voice still distorted by the mask he was wearing, but his merriment apparent. The figure in front of the monitors laughed harshly, then turned around.
"Not yet, but I think this time'll be different. Put my money on Scootaloo this time. Dash's protege. So there's no way she'll lose."
The masked unicorn laughed.
"Still on about Dash, huh? You've never stopped thinking about her, have you...Gilda?"
He asked, smirking under his mask. Gilda just laughed.
"Relax. How'd the last mission go...Haru?"

Dawn paced around for a few moments, trying to decide something in her mind before she came to a desicion and took off, heading back to the mining company, landing at the entrance and entered, taking a look around, wondering where Sweetie Belle was at the moment, unaware that she was busy working right now.
It was rather empty at the moment as Dawn looked around, trying to see if either Rarity or Sweetie Belle were around, well, mainly Sweetie Belle, after all, she did want to speak to her about something.
And that's when the unicorn arrived. She was late to work this time, yet, she did skid to a hault when she saw Dawn just standing there "Dawn? What....what are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be working?" she asked her.
"I should really be asking you the same thing" Dawn joked back, yet, smiled to her "I did want to talk to you before you were to head to work, but first-" she then stepped towards Sweetie Belle, giving her a kiss upon the lips "That's before you're to head off for work for the day"
Sweetie Belle just smiled back, blushing a little bit "You're lips....they're kinda cold...."
"Yeah, I know, still gotta get that fixed" Dawn again, smiled to Sweetie Belle "But anyway, what I did want to talk to you about, is well....we hadn't really gone out anywhere lately, with you being busy, and me being busy and all, but I was still wondering that when we get the time....if you'd still join me for dinner at some point"
"Yeah, about that, sorry I've been busy lately, it's just that getting these tunnels open does take some time, but that still,a dinner date does sound nice....I'd love to do that, that is, dinner and all" Sweetie Belle smiled to Dawn sweetly, already loosing track of time at the moment.
"Hehe, awesome" Dawn spoke, nuzzling Sweetie Belle rather lovingly, as Sweetie Belle returned the same affection back to Dawn, though, a look of concern did appear upon Dawn's face "But just...be careful alright? In the tunnels I mean, it's all dangerous work in there"
"And what you do isn't any different?" Sweetie Belle did pause for a second "I do worry about you, you do know that right? Especially after whathad happened since....what did happen that time anyway? I thought that you were killed"
Dawn didn't answer Sweetie Belle's question in regards to it, well, not entirely anyway "I'd...rather not talk about it still...it's just that, I try not think about that day" she sighed a bit, looking to the side a little as well.
Again, Sweetie Belle smiled to Dawn a little, giving her another little nuzzle "Hey, I didn't mean it like that, I just thought that you'd want to talk about it at some point, cause well, it's just that when it did happen...."
Dawn sighed again as Sweetie Belle nuzzled her "You should get to work, before your sister gets annoyed at you" she told her, trying to divert the subject away from that particular subject "I'll see you after work okay?" she spoke as she again, kissed Sweetie Belle upon the lips before turning away and starting to head for the exit.
"Dawn...." Sweetie Belle sighed as she watched Dawn leave "I just wish you would tell me...." she added in to herself before turning and heading for the mining area herself.

(Rarity Mining Industries - Mine #2)
Silver Bolt looked around the circular staging area. The low hum of fans circulating millions of cubic feet of air pervaded the area as did the low clanking of elevators ascending and descending into the depths of the land.
"Hey Silver! You gonna be mining or not?" a voice said from behind him.
Silver Bolt turned around and spotted his one of coworkers - Anne Foe, a "Cylacorn" (cybernetic alicorn) mare.
"Where's Sweetie Belle?" Anne asked, her voice muffled by the exoskeleton she was wearing. Her metallic wings protruded through two ports in the suit.
Silver said nothing but looked at one of the many entrances.

Sweetie Belle soon, arrived at where Silver Bolt and Ann Foe were, wearing her own suit as well as she looked at her co-workers. Though, upon her face, she did seem a bit distracted in regards to Dawn's visit, that still didn't exactly divert her attention too much, yet, she still would seem distratced regardless.
"I'm here, sorry I'm late, just had....other matters to attend to was all" Sweetie Belle told them, feigning a smile herself as she stepped forward, past the two of them herself.
(ooc: If you want for Silver and Ann to know about Sweetie Belle and Dawn dating and all, it's fine by me ^^)

Gilda smirked and kicked her hind paws back, resting them on the desk.
"Glad to hear that you stopped that thief, Haru. Sucks that we still don't know anything about who..."
She stopped, looking down at something as one of her communication systems beeped. She stared at it for a moment, then swung her paws off the desk, grabbing her armor and heading towards the elevator.
"Bad news, Haru. Normally, I know that I wouldn't stick you right back to assignment, but we got an alert that someone's planning on trying to kidnap Sweetie Belle. C'mon, we gotta haul tail. I'm coming with, so don't screw up, alright?"
She said, throwing her armor on as she and Haru rushed into the elevator and started to ascend towards the uppermost levels of the Undercity...

Inside the mine, a solitary Pony crouched out of sight, his cloak blending him into the surrounding rock as he waited for Sweetie Belle...

(Rarity Mining Industries - Mine #2)
"Fine," Silver said. A silver aura climbed up his horn as he telekinetically summoned an elevator to take him to the excavation area, which incidentially also happened to be a cave, thus necessitating Anne's flight capabilities.
"So Anne, where'd you get your wings?" Silver asked as he waited for the elevator to appear.
The only response he got was the ice blue gaze of Anne's helmet. She was originally an Earth Pony miner who lost all four of her limbs in a brutal assault just outside Pinkamena's nightclub in the so called "Undercity" of Ponyville . Even though she had her limbs replaced, she wanted more, which drove her into the lawless Undercity for illegal augmentations - including her wings and horn. In fact, her artificial forelegs contained razor sharp blades that slid out on command - such weaponized augmentations were highly illegal. Luckily, she had a set of "normal" replacement forelegs for work.
Silver wisely decided to drop the conversation and wait for the elevator to arrive.
Several minutes later, a chime sounded and the three miners filed into the elevator that would take them to their excavation site.
"Equipment check," Silver said.
"Blasting supplies ready," Anne said, as she scanned the contents of the metal box bolted to her armor. Since she was the strongest, she wore the heaviest armor and was relegated to carrying the explosive charges.

(Nightmare City)
Scootaloo was in second place, just ahead of her was the finish line and her only competitor. Her suit was running very hot and the engines were She juked to avoid some blasts from her competitor's rear firing cannon.
The orange Pegasus dropped in altitude and aimed her cannon upwards. She locked onto her opponent and fired off several shots. Those shots struck home, destroying the suit's control vanes and causing him to spin out of control and crash against the wall.
Scootaloo then shunted all the power to her engines, thundering across the finish line at near supersonic velocity. She flared her cybernetic wings and engaged her repulsorbrakes, slowing her down enough that she could land.
"And the winner is Scootaloo!" the announcer bellowed.
Scootaloo waved an armored hoof at her adoring fans before she trotted off to the staging area to take off her armor and collect her payment.

(Mining Industry)
Sweetie Belle in turn, just stayed silent as the other two spoke among themselves. But the moment they stopped talking, she spoke up "Now, I understand that we're to open up a tunnel today, at least,that's what Rarity told me"she turned to the two ofthem as the elevator reached their level "So, who's job is which again? Cause I did kinda miss out on that part" she added in, witha slight nervous little laugh as well.
Though afterwards, she just sighed a little bit and shook her head a bit "Let's just get to work though, I mean, I do kinda want to get this done kinda quickly....as I have a date afterwards and don't really want to have to put it off....again...." again, Sweetie Belle shook her head as she stepped ontothe elevator first, waiting for the other two to get on.

(Outside somewhere)
Dawn in turn, had left the mining industry and instead, was just standing on a cloud. The thought of what Sweetie Belle had bought up, in regards to what had happened that day, now lingering in her mind somewhat "I wont bring it up with you....cause I don't want to worry you about it...." she spoke to herself "I hate seeing you so worried all the time...."
She then paused in what she was saying to herself "Then again, what you do in that mine....that's dangerous enough as it is....I just wish you didn't have to work in there....if you got injured....." she closed her eyes at that point.
"I'll always love you though Sweetie Belle....always...." Dawn then added in, smiling to herself softly.

Haru and Gilda stood in the elevator side by side, looking at the door for a moment, then, without any warning, Gilda simply turned and pinned Haru to the wall, kissing him fiercely and slipping a claw along his chest. She slowly trailed her claw lower, then, just as abruptly, stopped, and sat back, slowly holding a footpaw up, slowly pressing it against Haru's chest, smirking as she flexed her toes languidly.
"Mmm...Hey, Haru...while we're riding up to where we gotta go...I think my footpaws could use a good cleaning...If you know what I mean..."
She chuckled, trailing her footpaw up to his muzzle slowly...

Before the elevator could move, or even before the other two ponies could get on board the cloaked pony darted in, grabbing Sweetie Belle in a sleeper hold and slapping a cuff on her horn to prevent her from using magic. Extending a dagger from his wrist guard, he held it to her throat, staring the other two ponies down.
"Move. Or else, she dies. I'd hate to see you two try to explain that to her sister Rarity..."
He said, slipping past them and making his way down the tunnel towards the exit...

Silver moved aside but Anne flared her metal wings and lowered her head in an aggressive posture.
"Put Sweetie Belle down!" Anne growled. Her voice came through the helmet as a deep growl. Two panels on the side of her armor slid back, revealing two powerful laser borers aimed right at the mysterious pony.
"Anne! It's not worth it!" Silver shouted.

(Mining Industry)
"Once....once Dawn finds out what has happened to me....you better pray to Celestia that she doesn't harm you in anyway....cause she will...." Sweetie Belle managed to speak up before feeling herself slipping into unconciousness "She'll...save me...." and with that, she had indeed, fallen into unconciousness.

(Outside)
Dawn in turn, turned around from the cloud she was standing on, her metalic wings extending, ready to take off in search of more crimes to stop, unaware of what was now happening within the mines right now, and unaware that Sweetie Belle was in danger at the moment as the pegasus took off, flying over the city, silent all the while.

The mysterious pony laughed.
"She'll try. She'll try."
He said softly, darting out of the tunnel and racing off...

The elevator Haru and Gilda were busy in raced to the Undercity's surface, it emerged from a building right in front of Dawn's flight path, the doors hissing open to reveal Gilda with one hindpaw rubbing against Haru's face, the other busily rubbing against his groin...

Anne flared her wings and sped after the mysterious pony. Once she reached the outside of the mine, her laser borers fired powerful pulses at the kidnapper.

Silver sighed and trudged back to the staging area where he took off his exoskeleton.
He then walked out into the clear day and headed to the office.

Dawn wasn't exactly paying attention, her mind still on Sweetie Belle at the moment before her thoughts were snapped out as she skidded to a hault in midflight as an elevator shot up in front of her, opening up to reveal a stranger and....her.
Dawn just floated there for a few seconds as she just looked at Gilda in particular, not really taking in what she and the stranger were doing before she shook her head as she flew upwards, as if she was trying to not let Gilda see her again.
Not after being gone for so long at least as the pegasus landed upon a nearby cloud again, not too far from where the elevator was. Dawn just didn't really want Gilda to see her again, not in the state that she was in.
It already took her a bit of time to get Sweetie Belle to notice her again after that day. And now, there was Gilda to deal with as she just stood there, back turned to the elevator, trying to ignore it in general...

Gilda had glanced over when she heard the doors open, having seen somepony she thought she recognized. She let out a sigh as Haru bucked his hips against her footpaw, covering it in his spunk, then looked at him.
"Haru, get cleaned up and head out. By now, I'm guessing whoever was sent after Sweetie Belle has her. Try to find her, and radio me when you do."
She said, getting up and stepping out of the elevator. Haru looked at her, his mask and hood floating back up to cover his face.
"Understood. Gilda...what're you going to do?"
He asked, his voice once again masked by his gear. Gilda shook her head.
"Just...I think I saw a ghost. I gotta look into it. I'll keep in contact. Now go!"
She said, flaring her wings and taking off in the direction Dawn had gone. Not too long after she took flight, she spotted the cloud where Dawn was, and landed on it.
"Hey. Who the heck are you? Because you look one hell of a lot like somepony...very important to me."
She asked...

The kidnapper Pony looked back, and, seeing Anne, tapped a device on his rear hoof, cloaking out and disappearing from view, Sweetie Belle in tow...

Dawn was silent as Gilda spoke up and stayed silent moments afterwards as well before she finally spoke up herself "That's because...." she started as she turned to look at Gilda "She was...." she then took a deep breath and sighed a bit "Hey Gilda....long time no see" was all she had said as she just sat there upon the cloud, looking at Gilda all the while, waiting for an answer back from her.

Gilda blinked in surprise a few times, then, without a second thought, threw her arms around Dawn and hugged her.
"D-Dawn! It's...you're...I heard you had died..."
She said, then pulled back to smile at her.
"I was so...darnit, Dawn, why didn't you tell me you were still alive."
She said gently, then looked down at her footpaw.
"Erm...sorry about the mess and stuff..."
She said, rubbing her head in embarrassment...

Dawn just seemed to stay quiet as she was hugged by Gilda before deciding to answer Gilda's concern "I...I kinda did die" she spoke, yet, shook her head afterwards "I didn't really want anypony to really know....well, except for Sweetie Belle of course, it's....it's kinda long story, but one I'd rather not talk about, I mean, what happened that day, I hadn't even told Sweetie Belle about it and I'd rather not"
She then decided to change the subject by that point "Who was that other pony anyway? Are you and him....together? As in, together together?" she asked Gilda as she just stood there still, yet, still sounding rather....distant as one might say.

Gilda chuckled and ruffled Dawn's hair a little bit.
"That's Haru. He's...well, we're not really together, per se. Gryphons tend to be a little opposed to the whole 'one mate for life' sorta thing. We're...friends with benefits. Not like I take it you and Sweetie Belle are. Heh."
She said with a smile, then grew serious.
"Speaking of which...The reason Haru and I are here is because we think someone's after Sweetie. Not directly, but to get at Rarity. Something's been...off recently. Like someone's after her."
She said coldly, her eyes hardening slightly...

"Yeah, Sweetie Belle....she....she means the world to me" Dawn replied back with a soft smile to herself, but then froze when Gilda mentioned that someone would be after Sweetie Belle. Her mechanical eye flashed red for a second before her wings extended.
She had to get back to the mine, where she had seen Sweetie Belle last as she looked at Gilda still "Sweetie Belle...." was all she had said, turning in the direction of the mine and in turn, just took off without another word to spare. Not even caring if Gilda was going to follow her or not.
All she seemed to care about right now was the safety of Sweetie Belle.....

Gilda slung her visor on, taking off off of the cloud after Dawn.
"Hey, cool it, Dawn! We're not even sure if she's in the mine or n..."
She stopped talking as Haru's voice came over the Radio.
"G, I've got a bead on something suspicious. Likely to be Sweetie Belle. In pursuit now. Looks like they're headed your way. There's a bar they'll likely pass through to, so that may be your best chance to take a shot at whoever it is. Be warned, they've got cloaking tech, so they may be invisible. But I managed to get a nanotag on them. It coming up on your visor?"
He asked, and Gilda nodded, catching up to Dawn and grabbing her leg.
"Dawn, Haru's found whoever grabbed Sweetie Belle. They're headed this way, but they're cloaked. There's a bar up ahead, so we'll get to a spot above it and wait for them to come through. Don't go off half-cocked, or else...you may put Sweetie's life in danger. Got it?"
She said sternly...

Dawn just fell silent again as she turned direction, not even caring to answer Gilda right now and instead, took off towards the bar, yet, she at least did what was asked about her as she landed upon a nearby roof and looked around frantically, as if she was trying to spot Sweetie Belle and her kidnapper, but with no luck at the moment, even with her mechanical eye scanning the area itself.
One thing that was with Dawn at the moment was panic, panic for Sweetie Belle's safety. But yet, also feeling anger at whoever dared to kidnap her girlfriend like that. And already, she made a promise to herself, get some answered from them....and then beat them to a pulp afterwards.

Gilda landed next to Dawn, unslinging a large case from her back and opening it, revealing a disassembled sniper rifle, which she set about putting together. Stopping for a moment, she looked over at Dawn, then smiled softly.
"Don't worry, Dawn. We'll get her back safe. Promise. Haru's the best at what he does, and as for me...well, let's just say I don't miss."
She said, her tail running along Dawn's back...

"Just don't miss....but don't kill them, I'm going to have a little....word with them afterwards" Dawn replied back, her heart still racing and itching to save Sweetie Belle, but knew that she had to wait at the moment as she had no clue as to where they were.
Though, she did gaze at Gilda as she felt her tail running along her back, yet, said nothing about it. Yet, that did seem to slowly start to calm down the angered and paniced pegasus, bit by bit.

Gilda smirked as she slotted the magazine into her rifle.
"Don't worry your cute little tail about it. I was planning on leaving him for you, anyways. Two shots is all I'll need to get Sweetie loose, and then he's all yours."
She said, her tail continuing to rub Dawn's back...

"Good" was all Dawn had said back, sneering a little bit as well as she just had towait by patiently. Yet, her anger and panic had been lowered rather signifigantly already as she just sighed a little bit "As long as Sweetie Belle's safe...if anything happened to her....I....I don't know what I would do...."

Gilda nodded.
"She'll be fine, Dawn. I promise."
She said softly, leaning over to give Dawn a reassuring, affectionate nuzzle. She then turned back towards the entrance to the bar, resting her rifle and aiming down the sights.
"Haru, what's the target's position?"
She asked over her radio. Haru's voice answered back a second later.
"Target just entered the bar. Hope you're ready to make the shot."
Gilda nodded, steadying her breathing, and watched the door. A few brief seconds later, the door flew open, even though there was no visible pony behind it, and Gilda fired. The first shot took the cloaking system off the pony, revealing a jet-black earth pony with some sort of cybernetic grafts on all four legs. Realizing that he had been spotted, the pony immediately extended his knife again, leveling it at Sweetie Belle's throat before a second shot from Gilda shattered the wristguard, as well as most of the pony's arm.
"He's all yours, Dawn. If he runs, I'll stop him."
Gilda said, her tail giving Dawn's rump a quick, playful swat...

Dawn, still seemed to, for now anyway, ignore Gilda's affection she was showing towards her, even when Gilda nuzzled her. Well, she almost ignored it anyway as she glanced at Gilda as she was nuzzled, but still did nothing back as she just waited.
Soon enough, she was told that all was clear and in turn, she took off, rushing at the cloaked figure, grabbing him and slamming him right up agains the wall rather hard, mechanical hoof at his throat already, pressing against it as her eyes narrowed at him "You dare kidnap Sweetie Belle? Did you really have nothing more than a death wish coming for you? Trying to kidnap the greatest and most beautiful creature I had ever met and you thought that you could get away with it?"
She pulled him away from the wall, only to slam him into another wall instead, mechanical hoof pressed to his throat again "Now, answer me this....why would you go ahead and do something like that for?" she sneered, pressing against his throat rather hard already, as if she was just trying to choke him.
"Answer me!" Dawn then ended up yelling at him, already loosing patience with him.

The would-be kidnapper chuckled as he was slammed against the wall.
"Simple. Only reason I'd go after that little brat is because someone very powerful wants her sister out of the way. Otherwise, there's no way I'd have ever touched that filthy little c--t. Little twit probably has all sorts of diseases. And as for you..."
His remaining forehoof moved up, but before he could do anything, a bright blue blade of energy severed his hoof just below the joint, the heat cauterizing the wound as it did so. Before the pony could do anything else, a series of magical restraints bound themselves around his body as Haru and Jin stepped out of the bar.
"Tch. Lowlife scum. Did you honestly think that would work?"
Jin asked coldly as Haru twirled Bontenmaru and watched the scene unfold...

Filthy. little. c--t. That cause Dawn's eye to twitch as he just insulted Sweetie Belle without a care in the world. She slammed his head repeatedly against the wall after his hoof was severed. Yet, as soon as she had finished doing just that, she sneered at him "The only thing filty around here is you, and you don't deserve to live. Never, ever insult Sweetie Belle like that in front of me....ever" and with that, she took off, taking the figure a bit high up into the air, eyes narrowed at him the entire time.
As Dawn did that, Sweetie Belle just watched on, a bit of horror upon her face as Dawn seemed intent on killing him, just like that "Don't do it Dawn...." she whispered to herself.
But that was just it, Dawn just let him go, without a real care right now as she watched him plumet to the ground. Though the fall wasn't enough to kill him, just enough to badly injure him.
Sweetie Belle at least breathed a sigh of relief when she did notice the figure was still alive, but yet, was still horrified a little that Dawn had still done that as she looked up at Dawn, who in turn, soon landed on the ground.

Gilda dropped off of her perch, then walked over to the pony on the ground.
"She may have spared you, but, since out contract isn't complete yet..."
She casually drew a silenced pistol and finished him off with a single shot to the head, then knelt and closed his eyes.
"You can rest in peace now."
She said with a cold finality, then looked up.
"Well, that bastard was abso-effing-lutely no help at all. We're still no closer to figuring out who's after Rarity or why."
She said, shaking her head...

Dawn walked past Gilda and over to Sweetie Belle "Are you okay?" she asked first, giving her a nuzzle, only for Sweetie Belle to step back a little bit. It did occur to Dawn as to why Sweetie Belle stepped away from her "Oh that, sorry you had to see that"
Sweetie Belle shook her head back "It's fine, I just didn't expect it was all....but, at least you didn't kill him" she smiled to Dawn, nuzzling her back after stepping forward again "But yes, I'm fine, thanks to you"
Dawn returned the smile back, kissing Sweetie Belle on the lips "Well, if Gilda hadn't helped out....I may not have been able to rescue you in the end....I just can't think of what would happen if something were to happen to you...."
"Hey, I'm safe already, that's all that matters, isn't it?" Sweetie Belle asked back, still smiling to Dawn, returning the kiss back to Dawn, followed by a second one "But, I still don't know why anyone would be after my sister, and would want to kidnap me to do so"

Haru shook his head.
"Not sure. I mean, my only guess would be simply because she's in charge of such a large company. That, or whoever sent this scumball just has it in for her. Either way, it's dangerous."
He said, his hood obscuring his face again. Jin nodded.
"Indeed. Long time, no see, Gilda."
He chuckled, looking over at his one-time second-in-command. Gilda nodded back, then walked over to Sweetie Belle.
"Glad to see you're alright. Sorry about all that, but...well, Dawn was really worried about you, so I had to do what I had to do. Also, nice to meet you."
She said, smiling a little, then looking down at her foot again.
"Also, don't mind my footpaw there. Just...yeah, don't mind it."
She added.

Dawn in turn, did smile back at Sweetie Belle a bit, but then, when she did mention about what they wanted with her, Dawn just shook her head, unsure on it herself "Not sure either, but...if they ever lay a hoof on you..."
Sweetie Belle nuzzled Dawn a little bit "Hey, relax alright? I know you're worried about me, but I'll be fine, I promise" she spoke, still smiling to Dawn all the while as she looked to Gilda "Thanks for the help as well"
"Oh yeah, this here is Gilda, she's a friend of mine as well. Gilda, this here is Sweetie Belle, my girlfriend" Dawn spoke, introducing the two to each other with a small smile upon her face.

"Yo. I can totally see why Dawn fell for you."
She said with a grin...

Sweetie Belle just smiled back to Gilda "I know, she's the greatest" she spoke, nuzzling Dawn once again, but yet, just looked at Gilda still "By the way, with what is going on too, what will you guys be doing anyway?"
"Hmm, good point" Dawn added in "I'd imagine that for you at least, that you should head back to the mining area....maybe...." she told Sweetie Belle "Well, either that, or somewhere safe, but where....not too sure" she then looked to Gilda "What do you reckon?"

Gilda smirked.
"Well, we may have something hidden around the city."
She said cockily, her tail brushing lightly against Dawn's flank...

"That's good to hear" Dawn replied with a bit of a smile, yet, shifted away a bit from Gilda, towards Sweetie Belle as she looked to her "It'll probabally be best, alright?"
Sweetie Belle just nodded back "Sure, so long as you also tell Rarity about what's going on, otherwise, she'll end up worrying as well, probabally just as bad as you do" she joked as she nuzzled Dawn a little bit before looking to Gilda next "So, who's going to take me there?"

Gilda smiled.
"Haru? Would you take Sweetie to the Raven's Nest? She'll be safe there, at least until we can find someplace safer to hide her."
She said, to which Haru nodded and acknowledged Sweetie Belle.
"This way, please. Also, don't worry. We'll keep Rarity and the others informed."
He said softly...
As he walked away, Gilda nodded to Dawn.
"Hey, so...you've gotten pretty darn strong since I saw you last time, Dawn. Umm...I was wondering if you'd like to...well...Join up with me and Haru. N-not romantically of course, but as a part of the Ravens. Just something to consider. I mean...if you want to help Sweetie, then we should work together. It's just something to consider."
She said gently...

Before Sweetie Belle followed Haru off, she approached Dawn again "Just don't forget our dinner date alright?" she asked, giving Dawn one last kiss upon the lips before she headed off after Haru.
Dawn nodded back "I wont" she smiled as she turned to Gilda as she spoke up to her "Well, it's helpful that I am part....cyborg now" she spoketo Gilda, showing her front cybernetic hooves to Gilda as well as the rest of hercybernetic implanets, but then considered what Gilda had said.
She fell silent for a moment before speaking again "Not sure if I should, I mean, I already have a job as it is, being an enforcer and all" Dawn looked at Gilda "But then again, I do want to see Sweetie Belle safe and all that....I don't know, I might have to think on that one" she added in, sounding rather distant as it was with what she was saying.

Haru hovered down the street of the Undercity, looking over at Sweetie Belle.
"So...you and Dawn, huh? You make a good couple."
He said, trying to make conversation...
Gilda smiled at Dawn, nodding a little bit.
"Makes sense. But, I mean...well, the thing is...damnit, why do these things have to be so hard. The thing is that I really want to spend more time with you, D. I haven't always been the best friend, and I just...when I heard that you died...I realized that that was my biggest regret. So...I mean...if you wanna hang out until your date or whatever..."
She said, looking aside...

Sweetie Belle just smiled back at Haru "Yeah, I do believe that we do, I mean, we've only been dating for a few weeks now, but in those few weeks, it's been great, she's great" she then smiled to herself.

Dawn looked up at the skies as Gilda spoke up about wanting to hang out as she shrugged back "I guess it'll be alright, I mean, it's been rather dull today as it is, except for what had just had happened with Sweetie Belle and all, bu other than that....yeah, I suppose so" her wings then extended at that point as she looked to Gilda agin.
She walked over to Gilda though, wings still extended as a small thought entered her mind "I've got an idea, follow me" she spoke, before she took off into the skies, heading for a high altitude until she stopped and landing upon a cloud, waiting for Gilda to join her.
Dawn looked at the sun as she smiled to herself. It was just one of those views where she could look over the entire city and at how beautiful it was. Well, that's how Dawn saw it anyway.

"She seems like it. Gilda's told me a lot about her, and she sounds like she's more than great."
He said, then looked down.
"You're lucky."

"Heh...wow. This is some heck of a view. Never realized that this place was so...beautiful."

"I know, I mean, when I'm not doing anything, I do tend to go and do other things instead, such as coming up here and looking at the view. Too bad I never can really share it with anyone, I mean, Sweetie Belle doesn't know any magic that'll let her walk on clouds and all that, and I don't want to have to bother Twilight about that either" Dawn replied back as she just stood there, looking down at the city bellow "But it's not all that bad in the end, I mean, just spending time with her whenever I do get the chance is good enough for me anyway"

"So, Gilda and Dawn were friends? Dawn never really mentioned Gilda to me, well that they were friends, then again, she doesn't really talk all that much about the past anyway" Sweetie Belle replied as she kept on walking still "She tends to just push it away you know"

"I guess that makes sense. Heh. One of the upsides to dating a Gryphon. We can stand anywhere we'd like, no prob."
She sighed a little.
"I'm jealous of you, Dawn. You found someone you...really are in love with."
She said, her voice quiet, soft...almost vulnerable...

"Apparently, Gilda was the one who first taught Dawn how to fight. Said they were close like sisters before...well, before Dawn disappeared from her world. Tore her apart inside, when she thought Dawn died."
He said, undoing his mask and slipping it back into one of his saddlebags...

Dawn looked to Gilda for a moment "Well, it did take a bit of time to do that, I mean, asking Sweetie Belle out and all that, especially after what had happened" she smiled to Gilda and walked over to her "Hey, it'll be alright, I mean, I'm sure you'll still find someone for youself"

Sweetie Belle smiled to Haru, but then seemed to frown a little "Yeah, she also vanished from my life as well, I mean okay, we weren't dating before she had vanished, just friends, but then she did leave and I was just certain that she was dead. But then she returned after a few weeks without an explantion as to what had happened....she...she justrefuses to even talk about it. But after she had returned, we did start dating and all that"

Gilda chuckled a little.
"Heh...it isn't finding someone that's the problem. It's that...the gal I've fallen for...well, she already has somepony else."
She said quietly.

He said, bowing as an elevator popped up out of one of the unused buildings on their route...

Dawn arched an eyebrow at Gilda, but just shrugged it off in the end "I guess that does tend to happen in the end.....is it anyony I know? Granted, I don't really know that many, but still, doesn't hurt to ask I suppose. So tell me, who is it? Perhaps I could, I don't know, talk to her about it or something" she shrugged again "I mean, does she even know that you like her like that or anything along those lines?"

"So, you sure it'll be safe here? I mean, I don't really want what had happened earlier on, to happen again" Sweetie Belle replied back.

Anne yelled several profanities as she lost sight of the kidnapper. She then flew back to the mine at the edge of Ponyville.

"-And that's when Anne gave chase," Silver Bolt finished.
He was standing inside the plush office of Rarity, the company CEO, and telling the story of the kidnapping. When he was finished she clopped her forelegs together with a severe expression on her face.
"While I am extremely loathe to do this, these ruffians have forced my hoof. Silver, you and Anne are to find Sweetie Belle. You will he handsomely rewarded if you succeed. If you fail, I will be forced to hire bounty hunters from-" Rarity visibly shuddered "Pinkamena's cafÈ or worse, Nightmare City!"
She finished her sentence with a foreleg over her head as melodramatic flourish."

Gilda smiled and looked down.
"Well, she doesn't ... doesn't know. And well...I guess I probably shouldn't spring this on you like I'm about to, but...shit...The pony I've fallen for...well, it's you..."
She said, then looked away.
"Feel free to hate me or punch me or something now..."
She whispered...

"Don't worry. Raven's nest is the most secure location I can think of. Short of anyone with a keycard, nobody'll be able to get even close to you."
He said, smiling as he motioned for Sweetie Belle to join him...

Dawn just fell silent as Gilda had said just that. She hadn't really expected that herself as she looked at Gilda "You know I'm already with Sweetie Belle, right?" she finally spoke up before she shook her head "But why me?" she decided to then ask, sounding a bit quiet the entire time.

Sweetie Belle nodded back to Haru "I just hope you're right about that, I mean, I don't want Dawn to get annoyed again if I'm kidnaped once again....after all...she is rather protective of me, I do know that at least" she stepped into the elevator with Haru "And....you gotta remember to tell my sister what's going on"

"Yeah. I know. That's why it's...well, it's hard. I mean...I don't know, I guess I started falling for you when I was training you, but...when you died...it all just...clicked for me. I realized what I felt. I...yeah..."
She said softly...

Dawn again, fell silent as she just looked at Gilda still before her wings cerberntic wings extended, still looking at Gilda before she turned without a word really "I...I should really get back to work and all...." she started, glancing back at Gilda again before looking ahead again, getting ready to take off....

"Hey. Wait, Dawn. Sorry that I freaked you out like that. I just...had to say it I guess. Look, this doesn't change things between us, okay? I'm still here for you, and hey...there's gotta be something cool to do together, right?"
She asked, looking nervous...

Haru grinned as the elevator reached the Raven's Nest, and, as the doors slid open, flicked a smile and a gentlemanly wave to Sweetie Belle...

Dawn stopped as Gilda placed her claw on her flank and listened to what Gilda had said, her wings retracting in the process. Yet, she just seemed to stay silent a few moments after Gilda had spoken, glancing to her for a second "I guess so" she finally spoke up, sighing a little as well "And...I'm sorry too, I just didn't really expect you to say that to me and...I guess I just wasn't sure on how to react....and" she stopped as she turned around to face Gilda properly, just staring at her for a second until she sighed again, stepping forward and giving Gilda a single kiss upon the cheek.
She then looked to the side slightly after giving Gilda the kiss "That still doesn't mean anything...."

Sweetie Belle took a look around at the surroundings as she entered the room, following Haru inside.

She said, nuzzling Dawn's cheek gingerly...

"It's not much, but it's home. We'll call your sister, and then I'll show you to a guest room, if that's okay with you."
He said, leading Sweetie Belle through the halls to a large conference room, and flicking open a camera system. A few taps later, he chuckled.
"Okay, so we're calling Rarity now."
He chuckled slightly...

Dawn did seem to roll her eyes lightly at Gilda nuzzling her cheek, but in the end, just shrugged it off as she let her do just that. She glanced at Gilda for a moment as well "So....what is it that you'd want to do right now then? I mean, I'm still all for hanging out and what have you" she spoke, again, sounding rather distant with what she was saying.

"Um, you mind if I also try and explain things to Rarity as well? I mean, she would probabaly want to hear my voice, just to know that I'm just fine, instead of hearing it from anypony else is all" Sweetie Belle smiled back "And also....how is Dawn going to find me again? Cause we have a date later on tonight is all...."

"I dunno. Maybe go catch a movie or something? Just a thought."
She said softly...

Dawn thought for a moment as she started to pace around, but then just shook her head afterwards "No, no, that wont do. Unless, I dunno, just hang out here for a bit or something like that" she then groaned "Sorry, not all that used to hanging out with others other than Sweetie Belle, I mean, I haven't even seen Scootaloo or Apple Bloom lately myself. And I mean, with Sweetie Belle and I....we just do what others do when they're dating and all that"
She again, groaned "Why is this so hard as it is?" she asked herself, but enough for Gilda to hear her.

"Yeah, well, only to the date, I don't want you guys hanging out and all that, no offence" Sweetie Belle again, smiled to Haru as she waited for him to call her sister.

Silver sighed as he turned around to exit.
He stopped as Rarity elegantly cleared her throat. "If you can find Dawn, that should lead you to Sweetie Belle. Good luck."
Silver nodded and exited Rarity's office where he then ran into Anne.
"You find Sweetie Belle?" he asked.
Anne folded her metallic wings back into place and shook her head. "So what's the news?"
"Rarity wants us to find Sweetie Belle. We'll get a bonus if we do."
"Let's do it! But first we need to make some preparations. Meet me at my house."
With that said, the armored Cylacorn flew off to her house.
Silver then trudged back to the mine entrance. He was planning to "check out" his heavy mining exoskeleton along with some tools and explosives he could use.

As Silver had left Rarity's office, another pony entered without a single word, not even knocking on the door for that matter. Well, that was until she spoke up about what she had overheard "So Rarity, I understand that Sweetie Belle has gone missing" she spoke up.
Her name was Skye as she looked to Rarity as a cybernetic alicorn entered and stopped next to Skye, as Skye in turn, spoke again "What if I told you that I have an idea on how to find her? The exact details on it, you need not worry about it" she then paused "But I also understand that you know about Dawn as well? I was under the impression that she was dead"

Gilda grinned slightly.
"Why does what have to be so hard? Coming back from the dead, or something else?"
She asked softly...

Haru tapped the device, sending a call through to Rarity's office. The Ravens had access to direct lines to each of the heroines of Equestria, in case they should be needed.
"Rarity, this is Haru of the Ravens. Are you there?"

Dawn just shook her head a little bit "I guess it's a bit of both, I mean, coming back from the dead is one thing, seeing old faces again, like you, but then it's the whole hanging out thing which is also, well...hard to do as well" she then groaned at that as she looked at Gilda.
She looked to the side slightly "After all, you should know me by now, having very little friends as it is, only real friend I have now is Sweetie Belle and that's it, and well, doing what I do with her, I can't really do with you is all...."

Gilda nodded.
"Trust me, I know how that feels. You and Haru are pretty much my only friends."
She said softly, placing her claw on Dawn's shoulder...

Dawn looked to Gilda again as a claw was placed upon her shoulder and gave her a little smile as well, shifting her head a little to rest it on Gilda's claw lightly "Yeah, I know what you mean" she moved her head away moments later and stepped a bit closer to Gilda and shook her head a little bit "So, I guess I should ask you with what you'd like to do right now. "Heh...I really don;t have any good ideas. I mean, I guess we could just hang out or something."
She said, shrugging slightly...

"Yeah, I suppose hanging out would be good enough, I mean, I'm just out of ideas on what we could do together is all" Dawn then thought of something and quickly looked around "Unless, say....how about a race? You know, a friendly one and all that? It's something to do, and besides....I want to show you that I could beat you in a race any old day, especially with these" she spoke, showing off her cybernetic wings to Gilda.
"So what do you say? A simple race? Winner takes all sort of thing?" Dawn then asked "I mean, let's see if I win....I get bragging rights that I'm faster than you" she told Gilda, grinning and in turn, giving her a small kiss on the cheek "Which'll be easy, seeing as how I'll win with ease"

Silver stepped out of the mine entrance with his exoskeleton in place. Two heavy laser borers were mounted on his flanks. A specialized ballistic launcher for placing explosives in high areas when Pegasi or Unicorns were not present along over one hundred pounds of assorted mining explosives were placed inside hard armored boxes that were bolted his armor.
He then headed to Anne's house.

Rarity nodded. "I know but- Please, hold on," she said as she took the call from Haru.
[This is Rarity.] she said telepathically. Even though few Unicorns could naturally use telepathy, Rarity was not one of them. Consequently, she had a chip implanted at the base of her horn allowed her to use radio waves as a substitute.

(Anne's Apartment)
Anne was inside her small but comfortable apartment. On the dull green carpet lay her mining exoskeleton. The exoskeleton was only a partial one that covered her head, neck and body thanks to her artificial legs.
On a table in front of her were her variety of artificial limbs - some with repulsorpods for enhanced maneuverability, some with built-in weapons and some ordinary ones.
A specialized wrench levitated in the air thanks to her Unicorn magic as she carefully detached her standard hind legs. A few more movements and her hind legs were replaced with a new set. This particular set did not have the enchantment that made the legs match her emerald green coat. Instead, they were a gleaming silver. These legs in question used artificial muscles and a reinforced metal skeleton to give them immense strength. A pony with these legs was quite capable of bucking through a concrete wall.
A few more minutes and her forelegs were finished. These were the same gleaming metal as her hind legs but they were not as heavily built. These were the illegal legs that she had purchased from Nightmare City and they contained deadly energy blades that were capable of slicing through metal and concrete in addition to a small magnetic launcher that fired quarrels containing various payloads - usually explosives.
She then strapped on her exoskeleton and slid the six round clip into the magazine of her pastern mounted launchers. The last act she did was don her saddlebag, which contained food, water, extra clips of explosive rounds and several additional crystal batteries for her exoskeleton and her legs.
She then sat down and waited for Silver to arrive.

Gilda chuckled.
"Think you can take me in a race, Dawn? Well, we'll just have to see about that."
She laughed, flaring her wings and ruffling her feathers slightly...

"Ah, finally. I was starting to worry. Anyways, I was contacting you to let you know that Sweetie Belle is safe. I'll let you talk to her. Whoever kidnapped her was after her to get to you, so I'll also inform you that the Ravens are going to start looking into that."
He replied, looking over to Sweetie Belle with a smile...

Dawn shrugged lightly "I don't think, I know I can....but, if you win this race, and I do mean if you win this...let's just say, we can do what you'd want todo next? Sound fair?" she asked, still grinning away as her wings extended "After all, I'm sure you'd love to do a few things with me as it is" she teased Gilda, still grinning away at her.

"Hey Rarity" Sweetie Belle started "I'm fine now, Dawn and her friends saved me and I'm with the Ravens at their hideout at the moment....but I wont be back till later on, but it's only cause I have a date with Dawn tonight and I don't want to miss this one is all, since we hadn't had much time lately to go on a date"

Gilda smirked.
"And if you win?"
She taunted, her tail flicking a little...

"I already said, bragging rights" Dawn grinned back as she stepped past Gilda to the edge of the cloud and got ready, looking ahead at the designated finish line she had decided up "You see that tall building in the distance there? That's the finish line, the top of that buidling shall be the finish line. Now....get ready to loose in 3, 2, 1...." and with that, Dawn leapt off the cloud and already, took offtowards the building the distance.

Gilda chuckled and took off after Dawn, racing up high before diving down to pass Dawn with a grin, flipping her tail playfully, unintentionally flashing Dawn for a moment...

Dawn had to slow down as Gilda passed in front of her before she again, took off again, starting to catch up to Gilda, matching her for speed already as she grinned to herself as an idea entered her mind. Good thing Sweetie Belle wasn't around at the moment as Dawn flew even closer to Gilda until she flew ahead of her to get Gilda to stop, so that Dawn would be able to do one thing....
She leaned in and kissed Gilda, right on the beak, giving it a passionate kiss in general, hopefull enough to leave Gilda love-struck and in turn, enough to allow Dawn a better head start in the race as she broke from said kiss and just took off for the finish line.

Gilda smirked and, as Dawn tried to take off, Gilda reached out and caught her by the middle, pulling her back to her.
"Nice try there, Dawn."
She said, smiling teasingly...

Dawn groaned a little, seeing as how her little plan had failed as she looked to the side "Not a word of that to Sweetie Belle...." was all Dawn had told Gilda as she felt herself being pulled closer towards Gilda.

Gilda grinned and placed a small kiss on Dawn's lips.
"Hey, I wouldn't dream of it. You two are happy together. I'm not that mean to ruin that."
She said softly, running a claw down Dawn's belly teasingly.
"So have you two...y'know...?"
She asked mischievously...

"Yeah, we have....and yes, I do know what you're talking about too" Dawn smiled a little to Gilda "I mean, whenever I do stay over at Sweetie Belle's, we get to have some....fun together" she told Gilda, again, smiling to her a bit.

Gilda smiled a little sadly.
"Mmm...lucky you. I wonder what it's like...actually being with someone you really love."
She said, resting her head against Dawn's...

Dawn looked at Gilda and just shook her heada little "I wouldn't want to...well...bore you with how it's like with Sweetie Belle in regards to myself" she smiled to her again "But still, I didn't really expect for you....a Griffon, to fall in love with myself, a Pegasus....but I suppose it's still cool and stuff, I mean, you're still a good friend Gilda, that's for sure....and well, I'm sorry for being gone for so long...."
By that point, Dawn did sound a bit distant again "I guess I just didn't want you to see what I had become in the end....a freak...."

Gilda smiled and gently gave Dawn a sweet kiss.
"Dawn...you aren't a freak. At least...you aren't to me. You're still the same Dawn I fell for. Just...with a few new parts."
She said, her eyes gentle and kind...

Dawn again, looked to the side a little "Yeah, I suppose so....but still, I didn't mean to be gone for so long in the end" she looked back to Gilda again "I mean, I did it to Sweetie Belle as well, but I at least then had the courage to find her again, but then, there was also you too, and you're like a sister to me in a way....but I just couldn't find you again...."
"I'm sorry about that Gilda....I really am" Dawn added in, just looking down as she just hovered there all the while.

Gilda shook her head, gently using her talon to nudge Dawn's chin up.
"Hey, it's okay, D. It's okay. You're here now, and that's all that matters. I'm so glad you're not...y'know...dead..."
She whispered the last word, looking almost scared...

Dawn just stayed quiet at that when Gilda spoke "Technically....I did die...." was all she had said before she turned and just took off in order to finish off the race they were suppose to be doing, landing on the roof of said building silently, glancing back to where she had left Gilda last.
"I did die that day...." Dawn just whispered to herself as she looked away from where Gilda was and to the ground "I'm just lucky to be alive...."

Gilda smiled and stroked Dawn's cheek.
"You really are lucky, Dawn. I'm just so...so glad that you're...still here...That you...came back..."
She said, gently standing up and wrapping her arms around Dawn...

"Luck had nothing to do with it....it was" Dawn trailed off before she shook her head, letting Gilda at least hug her "Nevermind, I'd rather not talk about it anymore....after all, there's no point in doing so...." she sighed as she pushed Gilda away softly and just started to walk towards the edge of the building, as if she was just ready to leave Gilda behind again....

Gilda reached out, pulling her back into a reassuring hug, stroking her mane softly.
"Dawn...if you just keep bottling this up inside...it'll only hurt you more. It'll just keep eating at you. It'll make you lash out at the ones closest to you. It'll just end up making people suffer..."
She said softly, gently holding Dawn...

Dawn just fell silent at that as Gilda hugged and stroked her mane, listning to what she had to say as her, well, her normal eye widened a bit. Sweetie Belle, she'd end up hurting Sweetie Belle if she wasn't careful. But that was just it too, she still did not want to talk about the past as she just stayed silent all the while, her normal eye closing as her mechanical eye shut down for a few seconds, showing that her eyes were closed to the best of her ability.
"I...I guess you are right, I don't want to hurt Sweetie Belle....but...the past....what had happened that day...." Dawn again, trailed off before her eyes opened again, stepping away from Gilda. Dawn still could not come to talking about it to anyone at all. Not even to Gilda.

Gilda looked at her.
"I understand, D...but...if...if you ever feel like letting some of that steam off...I'm always gonna be here for you. I'm...never going to leave you alone again. Not like I did before. This time, no matter what happens...I'll be here for you. I promise. Because...you have my heart."
She said softly...

Dawn didn't say anything back and instead, just looked to the ground, silent as Gilda had spoken to her. But then she looked to Gilda again, wanting to say something, but still not really sure in what to say as she instead, looked to the side and then finally, she spoke up "Never leaving me alone...you...you shouldn't really make promises you can't keep in the end...."

Gilda smiled softly.
"Who says that I can't keep my promise, D?"
She whispered softly...

Again, Dawn didn't really say anything back in regards to that and instead, she just turned around, her cybernetic wings extending as she instead, without a word, just took off towards the sky, leaving Gilda behind.
Dawn headed up higher than what she had taken Gilda to earlier on, to the higher clouds and landed upon one of them, as if she wanted to loose Gilda for the time being, but whether she did or not, she didn't know....

Gilda slowly touched down on the cloud next to Dawn, sneakily placing an electromagnetic binder on her wings.
"Dawn...why do you keep running away from your past?"
She asked her firmly, yet concernedly...

Dawn struggled with the binder on her wings, ignoring Gilda's question as she didn't want to have to answer that question in particular. Her eyes did seem to narrow at Gilda and instead of answering her, she leapt off the cloud to a lower cloud instead. And again, she leapt off that one to another lower cloud, still struggling to get the binder off her wings.

Gilda sighed and swooped down, picking Dawn up and holding her.
"Listen, Dawn...I'm not going to let you run away from this, okay? I...love you too much to let you go down that road. It doesn't ever end well. I'd know."
She said, looking Dawn square in the eyes...

At first, Dawn did struggle in Gilda's grasp, but soon, just gave up as she just hung there in her arms, looking to the side "But...you just wouldn't understand....I failed alright? I failed and this was the result of me failing!" she soon just yelled at Gilda "I became this freak in front of you, all because I failed" she soon just sneered at Gilda without realizing it.
"Take them off" Dawn then seemed to order Gilda, not at all, sounding happy right now.

(Rarity Mining Corp.)
Rarity let out a sigh of relief. She knew that Sweetie Belle was in good hooves. [Thank Celestia you're okay!] she telepathed. [And have fun on your date.]
Suddenly, a warning light on her desk lit up. She bought up the viewscreen and was immediately alerted to a haz-mat incident in the factories. She immediately ordered evacuation from the stricken area and deployed the haz-mat team.
In her haste to deal with the emergency, she forgot to tell Silver Bolt and Anne Foe to not bother looking for Sweetie Belle.

(Anne's Apartment)
Anne heard a knocking on her door, which she magicked open to reveal an armored Unicorn. Before she knew it, she aimed her magnetic launchers at the Unicorn.
Immediately recognizing Silver thanks to the cutie mark engraved on his armor and his half metallic horn, she powered down her launchers.
"Ready to go?" she said.
Silver nodded.

Gilda shook her head.
"No. Dawn, I'm not going to let you keep hurting yourself by running away. Just...tell me what happened, how you failed. Because...I want to help you, okay?! Just...Just let me help you..."
She said, resolute and adamant...

Dawn just snorted back at Gilda, starting to just get annoyed with her now as she again, struggled in Gilda's grip, eyes narrowed at her, still refusing to answer about what had happened in the past "I already told you, I'm not talking about it....I'm....I'm not talking about it...."
By that point, Dawn's eyes did start to water a little bit before she just shook her head a little bit "It was just one of those days as an enforcer....they were...well...I don't know what they were, but they had a hostage....I tried to save her....it was in a warehose of sorts, filled with explosives, but I got there too late....it exploded, she died....and I was caught in the explosion too and...well...I did technicaly did die as well, my heart was pierced by a piece of flying metal"
She looked to the side slightly "They found me, said they could save me and turned me into this, an artifical heart to boot as well....and a chip of some sort in my mind, puts me in rage mode....I can't stop what I'm doing....while I clean up the streets more efficiantly...."

Sweeit Belle smiled to Rarity "Thanks, I'm sure it'll be just wonderful" she sighed happily.

Skye looked at Rarity, then to Sweetie Belle on the screen, eyes narrowed at that as she looked to her partner "Seems like a plan is needed to bring Dawn out of hiding...." she then looked to Rarity again and waited for herto finish speaking with Sweetie Belle.
"So....Sweetie Belle knows who Dawn is? How does she know this? What is her connection to her anyway?" Skye asked Rarity, just to make sure "As what I do understand is that the two are dating, am I correct on that? Well, that is what I had picked up with what Sweetie Belle had said anyway"

Gilda shook her head.
"Then what happened to you wasn't your fault. If the blame's anyone's, it's mine. I was the one who trained you, then...because of what I felt for you...I ran away, didn't finish training you...so if you're going to hate anyone, hate me for it. And Dawn..."
She reached out, gently emitting a low-powered EMP from her armguard.
"There. That should...at least in theory...let you control that chip in you. Let you unleash rage mode when you want to, when you need to."
She said softly...

The two armor-clad ponies walked through the dingy streets. While it was scheduled to be a clear day, the Cloudsdale weather industry often produced so much excess clouds that this part of Ponyville was perpetually cloudy.
As was usual, no one paid the two any attention.
A Unicorn beckoned to Silver from a dark alley. Silver ignored him.
"Probably selling nectar," he muttered. Nectar was a powerful but addictive drug that substantially boosted the magic abilities of a Unicorn or Alicorn (natural or cybernetic) but at the cost of a debilitating crash after several hours. Silver Bolt knew the power of nectar; it had cost him part of his natural horn.

"Why would it be your fault? I failed at saving the girl in the end, I wasn't good enough to do so...." Dawn shook her head "You can't blame yourself for something you didn't do in the end" she added in, giving Gilda a bit of a nuzzle to boot as well, smiling to her lightly, only for the smile to fade seconds later as she just sighed.
"Can you please just take this...binder thing off?" Dawn then asked.

Gilda nodded.
"Exactly. Which is, at least in part, because I didn't finish training you. Like I said, Dawn...don't blame yourself for it. We all screw up. We all have screwed up. So stop...being...so...hard...on...yourself."
She said, drawing out each word...

"But it's just that too....I guess at times, it's all I'm good at doing really...." Dawn spoke, sounding distant again as she just sighed yet again, glancing to the side again as she closed her eyes, from her normal eye, tears starting to roll out from it.
"It's just that, other than Sweetie Belle, I just haven't had anypony else....and I never really wanted to tell her anything....in case I would hurt her, and I just never could hurt her...." Dawn spoke a bit quietly "I just love her too much to do anything like that...."

Gilda reached out and wiped Dawn's tears away with a gentle talon.
"I understand, Dawn. So from now on, I'll be here anytime you need to vent, or let off steam...anything, okay?"
She smiled softly.
"Also, if I take the binder off, promise you won't go flying off on me?"
She added...

Dawn nodded back lightly "Yeah, I promise" she tried to smile to Gilda, but just in the end, just didn't really smile so much as she just waited for Gilda to take of the binder instead "I wont run or fly away....I mean, I guess I'd want to still hang out with you and all that...." she spoke, sounding a bit distant still.

Gilda smiled and reached around Dawn's back, pulling the binder free.
"There. And hey, Dawn...? Thanks for telling me. I...hope you feel better with that off your chest."
She said, giving her a small peck on the cheek...

"Yeah, I do actually....I guess I was just afraid to tell others about my failure in the past, that they'd just push me away, they'll just hate me....like you, I just thought that you would hate me in the end....for getting another pony killed for what I had failed to do, that you would think that I'm nothing more than a pathetic failure of a pegasus...." Dawn sighed as she landed down on the nearest cloud and just stood there.

Gilda landed next to her.
"Dawn...anyone who thinks you're a failure is an idiot. What you did was brave. Just because it didn't pan out the way you expected it to, that doesn't make you a failure. Hell, most ponies wouldn't have even tried. They'd've run off like cowards. But you...you dared to try. You've still got more courage than anyone I've ever know. Just remember that anytime you think you failed, okay?"
She said, wrapping a wing around Dawn...

"How....how can you still say that?" Dawn asked, looking at Gilda, yet, leaning into her as she felt Gilda's wing wrap around her, thinking on what Gilda had said a bit more as she sighed "But then again, I guess you are right as well, I mean....I did at least try to save her, even if I did fail....I did try...."
She looked at Gilda again, silent at first before speaking once more "Thanks as well...for um...being there for me....even if you didn't have to either...."

"Hey, that's what you do when you love someone, right? You're always there for them."
She said, half-teasingly...

Dawn's eyes widened slightly as she did tend to blush a little as well as Gilda told her that "I guess that's true...." she spoke with a slight little laugh as well "And...it's not going to change is it? That...you'll just always love me? I mean....I don't....mind it and all....it is nice and all that...."

Gilda leaned in and kissed Dawn.
"No. It'll never change. I won't ever leave again. Not like last time..."
She said, eyes wet with tears...

Dawn watched as tears formed in Gilda's eyes after she kissed her. At first, not too sure as to what to say about it herself before just smiling to Gilda instead "Hey...um, you...you don't need to cry alright? Please don't cry..." she told Gilda, returning the kiss back to her.

Gilda smiled and shook her head a little.
"Sorry...I'm just so...so happy..."
She said...

Dawn just, finally, smilled back to Gilda again "Well, I guess that's a good thing then....it's good to see you at least happy" she stepped a bit closer to Gilda and gave her a little nuzzle "You want to spend some, I dunno, other time together? Cause I mean...."
Her hoof pawed at the cloud "I mean, I shouldn't suggest this....as I am with Sweetie Belle....but perhaps....if we don't tell her...." she then stopped herself and shook her head "You know what, never mind....it's not important"

Gilda chuckled and leaned in close to Dawn.
"Hmm~? Whatever could you be suggesting, Dawn?"
She teased...

Dawn shook her head "I shouldn't....cause if I did, and Sweetie Belle finds out, she'd hate me...and will probabally breakup with me and if she did that....I don't know what I would do then...." she felt, by that point, that she was breathing a bit heavily before taking a few deep breaths to calm herself down.
"Forget I said anything on that, it was just a stupid idea anyway...."

Gilda smiled coyly.
"There's no such thing as a stupid idea, Dawn. Sometimes, what you don't think is a good idea is actually brilliant. C'mon, just tell me what you were thinking."
She said, her tail playing over Dawn's flank gently...

Dawn just looked around a bit nervously before taking a bit of a deep breath until she replied "Well, I was just thinking that....since you well, love me and all that, having a crush on me and all, that I could do something....nice for you you know, as in....well...." she trailed off, seeming to still act a bit nervously in the matter.

Gilda smiled and leaned in close.
"Yes~?"
She said in a purring whisper...

Dawn shook her head a little and took another breath "You know, just....well...." she gulped as Gilda leaned in close "It's just that you do have a crush on me....and....ugh, I don't know how to explain it properly...." she hessitated and in turn, just kissed Gilda on the beak, but a bit more passionatly instead, this time, not breaking it so suddenly, hoping that Gilda would just take the hint that way.

Gilda smirked and rolled onto her back, landing so that Dawn was on top of her, kissing her back the entire time...

Dawn just lay on Gilda, still kissing her all the while, though, she did stop to say something to Gilda "You just um....can't tell Sweetie Belle about this....cause if she found out...." Dawn looked to the side slightly "But this is only cause that you have a crush on me....and I did want to do something for you....but still, you just can't tell Sweetie Belle okay?"

Gilda grinned and nuzzled Dawn's neck gently.
"Wouldn't dream of it, Dawn. Just cause of how I feel doesn't mean I'd try to hurt you or Sweetie Belle."
She said reassuringly, her tail wrapping around Dawn's gently...

Dawn closed her eyes lightly as Gilda nuzzled her "Thanks" was all she had said as she looked to Gilda again, giving her another kiss upon the beak once again, giving her a soft smile back, feeling Gilda's tail wrap around her as well.

Gilda purred happily, the tip of her tail teasing along Dawn's legs...

Dawn just smiled away as she heard Gilda purring, letting off a light giggle at that as well as she then kissed the griffon around the neck, still looking up at her still. Though, she did then run her tound along Gilda's neck, ignoring the taste of the feathers in the process.

Though, she did then run her tounge down towards Gilda's stomach in succesion, still glancing up at her friend all the while, seeming to also grin away lightly.

He said, grinning a little...

Dawn in turn, just murmered away, her eyes glancing up as Gilda moaned her name, seeming to smile a little to herself as she probed her tounge deeper inside her friend, by that point, as deep as she could as her own juices leaked up as they started to leak upon Gilda's tail.

Haru shook his head.
"Oh, no no. I'm not asking you to join us. It's more so that, in the event that something happens, you can make a break for the Raven's Nest, and, if something like what happened today happens again, we can immediately come find you."
He said reassuringly.

The pink pony stood there, eyes gazed upon the partons of the cafe as she grinned away. Yet, her eyes did soon, shift towards Silver and Anne before she stepped forwards, eyes watching them all the while.
Her footsteps stopped right at their table as she glanced upon them all the while until she finally spoke up, the grin vanishing from her face "So, might I ask as to what you two ponies wish to order? After all, this is a cafe...."

"It's an ID band used by all of the Ravens. It'll give you access to our elevator network, several doors in the Raven's nest, and, should you ever need the function, as a GPS locator system."

Diamond Tiara looked at the clock, then to Silver Spoon "Seems as though we have an appointment right now, at least, that's what I'm sure about" she had to think on that for a moment "Unless I'm mistaken....keeping up with all these appointments gets rather tedious"

Masamune simply grinned.
"The group I'm speaking on behalf of is the vigilante group known as the Ravens. They operate in the undercity, making sure that it stays relatively controlled and chaos-free. Besides that, they are frequently very...generous in assisting those who help them."
He replied, coolly looking Diamond Tiara in the eyes...

A gasp escaped Diamond Tiara's mouth at the word "Ravens", yet, it was only in response to what Silver Spoon was doing underneath the desk as she nodded to him "Ah yes, them....I've heard about them before, but haven met them myself before, however, what they are doing does seem rather fair. But from what I gather by what you are telling me, is that theyrequire some financial assistance?" she asked back, still doing her best to keep her cool, despite what Silver Spoon was doing.

"They could always use financial support from ponies such as yourself, and your partner Silver Spoon, who I would assume is out of the office at the moment."

Diamond Tiara nodded back to Masume "Yeah, she's....out at the moment" she spoke, a few breaths in between every other word "But I was under the impression that the Ravens were able to handle themselves financially"

"We were told that she may know where Sweetie Belle is. Rarity's looking for her sister," Anne replied as she ate her hay fries.
Silver returned from the bathroom and levitated the glass of water up to his muzzle. He silently watched as Anne engaged the two armored Ponies in conversation.

Pinkamena entered the back area and stepped into her office. She stepped up to the mirror situated in said office "So, Sweetie Belle's gone missing" she smirked lightly "And if this Dawn character knows where Sweetie Belle is..."
"What are you planning?" Pinkie Pie asked back, arching an eyebrow.
"That doesn't concern you" Pinkamena answered her reflection "Not yet anyway. Let's just say that I am rather curious as to this prediciment that has been bought up" a grin appeared upon her face "But you don't need to know about the details of what I have in mind"
Pinkie Pie just sighed a little "Fine, but just do not harm any of my friend, ya got that?" she asked, eyes narrowing at Pinkamena.

"Me? But...I don't know anything about running a club" Vinyl retaliated back, almost letting the music stop.
"It'll be just for, say, an hours worth, I just have....business I need to deal with is all" Pinkamena replied back as she turned "Oh, and one more thing Vinyl, just don't screw this up, otherwise, you might just regret this" she added in and headed off.
"Okay...." was all Vinyl said back, but to herself as she watched Pinkamena leave before gulping a little "Me? In charge of the club?"

Spike had finished soldering Twilight Sparkle's latest project, which was a horn implant that allowed non-Unicorns to cast spells. Unfortunately, he needed to carry the valuable item to the meeting hall. For obvious reasons, teleportation bafflers were installed throughout the area to prevent somepony from sneaking things in or out.
Even though the security in the campus was very tight, criminals and other miscreants have snuck in several times and have absconded with valuable protoypes.
When he was ready to go, he chained the briefcase to his left wrist and stuck the key inside a pouch on his side that served as a pocket. He then summoned two armored guards to accompany him. He rolled his eyes; he wondered why he needed to be accompanied by the two guards. After all, why would anypony attack someone whose claws can tear through even the heaviest armor like paper or whose fiery breath rivals a heavy laser borer in range and power?

"Well, let's hope she's okay," he said.
He looked around the area; it was the same dreary grey skies that he had come to expect. The pale blue glow of streetlights illuminated dingy buildings with faded neon signs advertising everything from food to magical artifacts and technology.

Spike arrived at the meeting room with his two escorts. He used his key to unlock the case from his wrist and handed it to Twilight Sparkle, who took it from his with her telekinetic grasp.
"Everypony, I would like you to examine our latest product," she said as she unlocked the case.
There inside, a cocoon of foam lay a horn like that of a Unicorn, except it was made of gleaming metal and it had two long wires protruding from its base.
Spike pulled up a chair and sat near the entrance. Once the meeting was over, he was to take the prototype and return it to the lab.

"I'm afraid that that would be impossible right now, as all I need from you is an answer on a particular question. Are you aware that Sweetie Belle is missing right now? I had overheard two ponies in my cafe saying that she had been kidnapped" Pinkamena started, looking at the screen as well for a moment, then to Rarity again, approaching her "Am I to assume that this is correct?" she asked, ignoring what else was going on so far.

"Five thousand bits? Seems a bit steep, however, having said that, I am still willing to pay that much, after all, if it's to help keep everything safe around here, then I'll be more than happy to help out with the price that's required" Diamond Tiara replied back, still remaining tense all the while with what Silver Spoon was doing.

Dawn just looked to the side a little as Gilda licked her face clean and listened to her speak as well. Yet, she in turn, said nothing back at the moment as she just looked to Gilda again, still without so much as a word. It was as if something was on her mind, yet, she didn't seem to want to say anything on the matter just yet.

"Your generosity is most appreciated, Miss Tiara. With that said, I shall be taking my leave now, unless you have any further inquiries. Oh, and before I forget. Here. It's a contact card for the Ravens, should you ever require our services."

Well, okay, it is important....it's just trying to find a restaraunt to take Sweetie Belle is all, but thing is, I've no clue on which one to take her to is all. I mean, I can't exactly afford anything expensive, but I don't believe that she'd mind either"

Pinkamena stopped "The Ravens you say? What an....interesting turn of events that is" she spoke before she walked again, pacing around the room "Question though, how do you know that you can trust them in the end? That they weren't the kidnappers in the end? After all, I'd hate for anything bad to happen to Sweetie Belle if she were in the wrong hooves, all thanks to yuor own....incompetence...." she smirked lightly, putting a hoof around Rarity in the process.

Anne said nothing but powered up her magnetic launchers. She looked around; she could see several ponies lying unconscious in the streets. Most of them appeared strung out on salt, nectar or some other illegal drug that the Undercity offered in great supply. She could also see ponies in the alleys; possibly offering drugs, weapons, cybernetics or sexual services - none of which was legal.

Within the cafe, all did seem to be rather peaceful, something Vinyl was rather pleased about. Well, that was until an arguement started to rise up, but in turn, it did started to get rather heated. Vinyl in turn, wasn't so sure on what to do about the arguement, yet, she still tried to speak up regardless "Uh guys....could you perhaps keep it down....and...." she started until one pony attacked another "Oh, now that's not good...."
And in turn, a fight started to break out, and all the while, Vinyl had no idea as to why a fight had broken out, nor on how to stop it as instead of getting into the fray....she just hid behind her turntable, glancing out every so often "Pinkamena is going to kill me when she finds out about this....that I screwed up...." she gulped.

Gilda smiled.
"I know I didn't have to, Dawn. But...I wanted to. I'm glad that you're happy..."
She said, looking down and away from Dawn a little...

(Pinkamena's Cafe)
As the two patrons started fighting, a solid wall of telekinetic force manifested in front of the pair, preventing them from even getting near each other again. Jin sat in the corner of the cafe, then looked up.
"Geeze. You're being too damn loud. Either quiet down and relax, or I'll make you both relax."
He said, nonchalantly taking a drink from his coffee...

Vinyl popped her head out again slowly but surely, realizing that the fighting had stopped with the two ponies both huffing and instead of fighting again, just headed off outside. The music unicorn just sighed in relief as she slumped down onto the ground again "Running a restaraunt is hard....I told her that I only know music and that's it...." she grumbled to herself before getting an idea.
"I should just close the cafe for the night, at least, until Pinkamena gets back" Vinyl grinned to herself as she stopped the music and standing up straight, clearning her throat "Ahem, yeah, listen everypony, sorry, but we're closing the cafe early tonight....and um yeah, so could you all just....leave?" she asked.

Dawn looked at Gilda again "Yeah, it's....it's no big deal really" she told her friend, but then realized that she was looking away "You alright?"

Jin looked around.
"Ma'am, if I may suggest...perhaps stay open. I'd be more than happy to volunteer my services to prevent any further trouble."
He said calmly...

"Y-yeah... It's...nothing."

Vinyl looked over at Jin "You? Are you sure about that? I mean, I would like help....but I can't exactly deal with all these ponies and their problems, it's not my area of expertise" she spoke with a little nervous chuckle.

Dawn just shrugged back "Well, if you say so" was all she said as her wings extended "But, I've got to go and find a restaurant and make reservations" she nodded to Gilda "So I guess I will have to see you a little later on alright?" she asked and in turn, just took off, heading down towards the city bellow.

Jin smiled and stood, walking over and standing next to Vinyl.
"Positive. I'd be happy to help a gorgeous young mare such as yourself."
He said with a grin...

Vinyl nodded to Jin, again, giving off another nervous little chuckle "I am in way over my head with this...." she spoke to herself without realzing that Jin would have heard every word of hers.

Dawn landed on the ground and took a look around rather quickly "Restaraunt, restaraunt....why are there no good restaraunts around this city?" she groaned and started to walk down the street, trying to find a good on to make reservations at.

Jin smiled and nuzzled her slightly
"Well, then I suppose it is a good thing I was here, hm?"
He said softly...

"Well, yeah, I mean, I still don't understand why Pinkamena would just throw me in charge of this place, I mean sure, she trusts me and all that, but I know nothing about running a cafe, as I keep on telling myself, I only know music and that's it" Vinyl replied back with with an exasperated groan to boot, glancing at Jin through her sunglasses.

Jin chuckled.
"Perhaps she's considering giving you a promotion. Managing a place or something of that sort?"
He half-said, half-asked...

"She'd better not, as I said, I'm only good with music, nothing else" Vinyl replied back, looking at the cafe people once again, then to Jin once again, lowering her sunglasses a little "You do know who I am, right? Vinyl Scratch? Music....legend in Equestria? Ring any bells?"

Jin smiled and laughed.
"Of course I do. How could I not? You're rather famous, after all."
He said teasingly...

Vinyl used her magic to push her sunglasses back up again to conceal her eyes again as she did blush lightly at Jin's comment "Well, this is...kinda embaressing, I mean, I'm suppose to be a music legend and all that, and look at what I have to do right now, play in clubs and bars in order to get by" she then sighed a little bit "But I suppose it's better than nothing right now"

Jin nodded.
"Times are hard right now. I think most ponies are just trying to make it by. I mean...I was once one of Luna's personal guard, and now look at me. A vigilante, spending most of his time in bars, and cafes. Though the company here is...much more pleasant."
He said with a small wink...

Vinyl just sighed a little bit as she continued to look over the cafe goers still as she listened to what Jin was saying "Yeah, I suppose that's true, trying to get by, as you said, I was a legend around Equestria, but lookat me now, playing in clubs and bar and....it's just not good"

Jin nodded, smiling a little as he slid closer to Vinyl.
"True, true. But I'm sure that things will get better. And in the meantime... I've figured that having someone to spend time with...someone close to you...can help immeasurably."
He said gently, letting his tail touch hers ever so lightly...

"Well, it better get better" Vinyl answered back, eyes still upon everypony else around through her sunglasses, at first, unaware that Jin's tail was touching her own tail as it didn't exactly register to her straight away.

Jin chuckled.
"I'm sure they will. So, umm...perhaps after Pinkamena returns, and once you're off of work...would you perhaps like to go for dinner or drinks or something?"
He asked smoothly...

"Drinks? Dinner?" Vinyl asked back, seeming to be a bit suprised by being asked out by that. As first, she did have to mull it over with the pros and cons before looking to Jin again "But....why me? I mean, I'm sure there are better ponies around here than just...me"

Jin smiled softly.
"Because there's just something about you that's just...wonderful. Something that just draws me to you, I guess. Plus, you're gorgeous, talented, and above all...you're just...so amazing."
He said, blushing slightly...

Vinyl just stood there, mouth agape a bit as just spoke to her like that. Though she shook her head a little bit and had to at least say something back to him to break the silence between them. But the question was, what could she say to him "Um, I guess we could go for dinner or something along those lines...." she finally spoke with a small nervous little laugh.

Jin smiled and gave her cheek a quick nuzzle.
"Excellent. Then I'll stick around and help you out until then."
He whispered...

"Yeah, cause if another fight breaks out here over....Celestia knows what....geez....Pinkamena will kill me if something happens to her cafe..." Vinyl again, nervously chuckled, feeling a bit of discomfort with that thought in her mind.

"Well, we can't have that. It'd kind of kill the evening, don't you agree?"
He chuckled...

"Well yeah, I mean, if I'm dead...then yeah, I wouldn't be able to go to dinner with you....and all that...." Vinyl again, chuckled nervously the idea still in her head. After all, Pinkamena did, in a way, freak her out.

(Undercity)
Silver nodded. He saw a building with a flickering neon sign. The sign read "Sol" - a hole was blown through the sign - "Tavern". "This it?" he asked. The laser borers on his flank deployed with a dull clank.
He then looked around and noticed that Anne was missing. "Anne? Where are you?"

Anne Foe was inside an alleyway where a pony peddling some illegal drugs had dragged her into.
She ignored the intoxicated Earth Pony and walked out of the alley.
Unfortunately, the pony was addicted to Heart's Truth - a powerful and addictive herbal stimulant that also had tendency to make the user quite violent.
She felt something slam into side as the strung-out pony body slammed her, sending her flying into some trash cans.
Anne shook herself off and telekinetically hurled the trash cans aside to see the pony rearing and pawing the ground in preparation to charge.
She fired both her magnetic launchers at the same time, embedding both explosive quarrels into the pony, where they detonated, instantly killing the addict.
She sighed and walked out of the alleyway.

Twilight Sparkle had finished explaining everything about the implant that she had developed. "Now anypony, have questions?" she asked.
Spike kept an eye out for trouble; not only was he Twilight's assistant, he was also her bodyguard.

(Rarity Mining Institute)
"Pinkamena, perhaps you misunderstand. I am the owner of one of Ponyville's most powerful companies. If needed, I can buy off anyone I damn well please. I would prefer to do things the legal way, but when push comes to shove, well anything goes," Rarity said with a frown. She then levitated the teapot over to Pinkamena. "More tea?" she asked.

Pinkamena stood up as she looked at Rarity "That maybe true, that you are one of the most powerful ponies around, but you still need to know....not all ponies can be trusted, after all, there are few ponies I do trust myself....you being one of them" Pinkamena spoke, ignoring Rarity's tea offer "After all, I'm just looking out for those that I do trust....as I'd hate for anything to happen to yourself for any careless behaviour you may tend to show"
The pink pony stepped up to Rarity, stopping short of her, her own muzzle just inches away from Rarity's muzzle as she did grin slightly, her eye twitching just a little bit "So, do me a favour....and be careful on which ponies you do speak with" she leaned in a bit more, their noses almost touching.

Something about Pinkamena's tone and her words made Rarity uncomfortable. She discretely powered up a magi-bolt thrower disguised as a bracelet on her right foreleg. "In the time that I have met the Ravens, they have not done anything to earn my suspicions.

Pinkamena had yet to move away from Rarity as she remained still, justinches away from the unicorn as she did snort just lightly "Very well then, but I would still advise you to be careful, wouldn't want that pretty little face of yours to get scratched, now would we?" she chuckled lightly and in turn, actually kissed Rarity, right upon the mouth a bit softly.
Yet, as Pinkamena stepped back after said kiss, she just grinned lightly all the while, whether that kiss was suppose to be a real, passionate one or just a fake sign of affection was rather hard to tell in general.

The two masked ponies looked over at him.
"Pu' those away. We don' wanna start any trouble in there. We jus' ask fer information. Nothin' else."
The second of the two said as the first one pushed the door open...

Silver nodded and retracted the laser borers as he followed the two ponies inside.
The interior was dimly lit and it smelled of alcohol and poison joke. A corner of the bar was occupied by two Unicorns playing darts.
A female Cylacorn was apparently trying to seduce some of the other ponies present.

"Pinkamena," Rarity said icily. "I have some business to attend to."

Pinkamena just chuckled back "Very well then, but as I said....be careful....we'll talk again at another time" she smirked lightly at Rarity, stepping towards her again "Trust me on that, but for now, I have to get back to my cafe again, hopefully Vinyl Scratch hasn't screwed anything up while I've been gone" she told her, as if she was ready to kiss Rarity once again, but instead, she turned around and simply started to walk off again, the grin upon her face all the while.
"So...the Ravens do have Sweetie Belle....makes me wonder what they really want with her in the end" Pinkamena spoke to herself, still seeming to just grin away as she walked on still.

The first masked pony nonchalantly walked through the bar, stopping at the bar itself and tapping a hoof on it.
"'Ey. We're lookin' fer information on a certain pony named Dawn. 'Eard she was seen in 'ere."
He said as the bartender looked over at him.
"We heard that name from outside. Never saw here here though. Saw somepony dash through here holding a Unicorn mare, though."
He responded, using his magic to wipe a mug...

Silver approached the bar and ordered some beer. "So did this Unicorn mare have a pink and purple mane and a white coat?" he asked.
Anne walked into the bar. "Sorry I'm late," she said.

The bartender nodded, levitating a beer over to Silver.
"As a matter of fact, she did. Whoever grabbed her took her outside, then there was what sounded like some hell of a fight, then it got real quiet. After things settled down though, I did hear someone mention the name Dawn. Sounded like a Gryphon."
He replied, then looked over to Anne.
"Anything I can getcha?"
He asked...

It had taken her sometime, but Dawn had finally found a restaraunt and in turn, placed a reservation down there before leaving said restaurant and stood outside for a moment as she glanced up at the sky. It seemed to getting late as her wings extended again as she had to now, find out where the entrance to the Ravens were, so that she could go and get Sweetie Belle.

Pinkamena stood outside, not far from Rarity's mining industry, looking into a puddle in order to speak to Pinkie Pie this time.
"That was rather....generous of you, looking out for Rarity, I thought you hated everypony around" Pinkie Pie spoke up.
"Don't remind me, just think of it as a gesture of niceness, or whatever it is you want to call it" Pinkamena replied back "But it is true, those Ravens, I still do not trust them"
"But they do keep the order around the Undercity and all that and....why did you kiss Rarity anyway?" Pinkie narrowed her eyes a little.
"I have my reasons as to why, but until then, we do have to get back to my cafe, if Vinyl has screwed up anything....she is dead meat" Pinkamena sneered as she started back for her cafe again.

Gilda smirked as she watched Dawn from a high-up cloud.
"Heh...glad that she picked a good place for dinner."
She chuckled softly to herself...

Dawn looked at the bracelet that Gilda had given her earlier on "Yeah, she tells me that it can get me to the hideout, but I've no idea as to how it even works...." she groaned "And all I want to do is to go and get Sweetie Belle...."

As Dawn moved through the city, an elevator slid up from an out-of the way alley...

Dawn stopped as the elevator rose up in front of her before she looked around "I guess this is it then" she shrugged and entered it before it lowered down towards the hideout "Hopefully Sweetie Belle is still there"

Gilda smirked and stretched out on her cloud, sighing and wiping her eyes...

"Hmm... Sounds like Dawn's on her way. Maybe."
He said, smiling at her...

Sweetie Belle's eyes widened as she looked around for a moment then towards the entrance of the base as the elevator soon opened and Dawn stepped out of it. A smile appeared upon her face as she walked overto her, straight away, giving her a kiss upon the lips "Hey Dawn"
Dawn returned the kiss back "Hey Sweetie, I got us a restaraunt booking thing, you know, for our date, it's in half an hour"

Haru smiled and sat back.
"Heh. Glad to hear you get a romantic date after all the stuff that's happened..."
He said gently...

"Well yeah, I mean I just don't want what had happened to damper the mood on our date" Dawn replied back to Haru, smiling to Sweetie Belle and giving her a little bit of a nuzzle as well "So, shall we?"
Sweetie Belle smiled back "After you" she spoke as Dawn then turned and headed for the elevator as Sweetie Belle turned to Haru "I guess we'll be back a bit later on...so, see you then?" she shrugged a little and followed Dawn off towards the elevator.

"Absolutely. You two have fun now. Be safe."
He said, smiling and nodding...

Anne shook her armored head. "No, thank you."
Silver slowly sipped his beer. "So where did they go?" he asked. He was getting closer to finding Sweetie Belle and he felt that tingle of excitement running up his spine.

"Yeah, will do" Sweetie Belle answered back as the doors closed and the elevator headed up to the city "So, where are we heading for dinner?"
"It's a suprise" Dawn replied back giving Sweetie Belle a bit of a nuzzle as she waited for the elevator to head up before she in turn,kissed Sweetie belle upon the lips again, to which Sweetie Belle returned the gesture to her "I love you by the way Sweetie Belle"
"Yeah, I know, I love you too Dawn" Sweetie Belle smiled to Dawn as she continued to kiss Dawn still, while Dawn in turn, returned the kissed back to Sweetie Belle, just as the doors of the elevator opened up.

The bartender shrugged.
"I don't know. Heard some talking, then, by the time I got out there, all that was left was a dead pony."
He replied casually, as if this sort of thing was routine to him...

Sweetie Belle looked as the doors opened up then to Dawn as she did groan lightly "Do we have to go straight away? I mean this is...fun" she nuzzled Dawn happily.
Dawn thought for a moment and shrugged back "I don't see why not, I mean, we still do have time before our date does start and all that" she nuzzled Sweetie Belle back before again, kissing her upon the lips, still not leaving the elevator just yet.

Gilda looked over the edge of the cloud she was on when she heard the elevator emerging, and saw Dawn and Sweetie Belle kissing each other full on the lips passionately. She watched them for a moment, then she turned and flopped down onto her front, her head hidden under a drift of the cloud.
"Heh...she never...kissed me like that... Damnit Gilda...why the hell did you think...that you stood a chance with her? All you are is a damned failure of a Gryphon...while she's...something you can never be. Successful...unburdened...Heh...she's everything you're not... Face it, you're not meant to find someone..."
She whispered quietly, her eyes brimming with tears as she punched the cloud next to her...

Of course both Dawn and Sweetie Belle had no idea that Gilda was watching them as they did continue to kiss each other passionatly all the while until Dawn broke the kiss "Come on, let's go on our date, besides, we can always do more later on afterwards" Dawn told her.
Sweetie Belle just smiled back at her and kissed Dawn once more "Oh, now that sounds like....fun" she did giggle lightly at that as she turned and in turn, the two of them headed towards the restaraunt.

Gilda sat on her cloud, then flared her wings and launched herself into the air, blinded by her tears until she collided with the cloud she had moved above the restaurant beforehand....

Silence was all that was heard as another griffon landed on a cloud not all that far away from where Gilda was. The youger griffon said nothing at all as her eyes scanned the ground bellow before taking off and landing on a second cloud a bit further away. She scanned the ground again before her eyes narrowed slightly, bringing up her left arm and touched, what as a bracelet on it as in front of her, a transparent monitor appeared.
The young griffon touched it as it changed, as if she was searching for something upon it, yet, she still said nothing at all as she kept a screen in particular active, as if she were then thinking on the matter at hand before touching the bracelet again and it vanished, all the while, remaining silent, not needing to say a single word at all.
Though her gaze did shift to where Gilda was for a second, understanding what it was that she was doing and only shook her head on the matter as her gaze then shifted up towards the sky, eyes squinting as little, as if she were trying to find what it was she was looking, up in the sky.

Gilda sat on the cloud, then looked over the side and sighed sadly.

Dawn and Sweetie Belle entered the restaraunt and took their seats at their table and waited to be waited upon, but until then, they did decide to at least talk to each other all the while "So um Sweetie Belle, what did you get up to at the Ravens anyway while I was gone?"
"Well, not much really, just hung out was all, waiting for you to get back" Sweetie Belle smiled back to Dawn "What about you?"
Dawn shook her head back "Same really, just trying to sort out everything for our date was all, nothing else"

The young griffon that was outside, kept her eyes up upon the sky still until a zepplin came into view. Her eyes narrowed at that as she took off for it, still without a single word to boot.

Anne paid for her beer and sighed. "Well, might as well call it a day. Sweetie Belle's not here."
Silver munched on some hay fries. "Anne, we haven't been here for even five minutes. We need to look harder. After all, a cutie mark of a golden pickax is hard to miss."
"Cutie marks don't really help because you can now have tattoos over them, have them replaced by electronics or have them covered up. Haven't you noticed that?"
Silver looked around; most of the Ponies in the bar wore either light exoskeletons, concealing dresses or black trenchcoats. He and Anne were the only ones wearing heavy armor. Nopony had their cutie marks visible.

"And it's a nice date, I mean, you've got good tastes in choosing places to eat" Sweetie Belle again, smiled to Dawn.
"Pfft, you're just saying that" Dawn teased back, leaning over and giving her Sweetie Belle a kiss on the lips "But thanks anyway, glad you did like my choice"
"Hey, any place you want to go, I mean, I'm happy....after all, in the end, it's a date where I can just spend time with you in the end, but um....how did you afford to come here anyway?" Sweetie Belle had to at least ask.
Dawn looked to the side a little and sighed "Gilda, she...gave me some money for it, but I didn't really want her to give me anything, but she just insisted"
"Oh..." Sweetie Belle shook her head a little "Don't worry, when you see her again, say thanks to as well, it was a rather generous...er...gesture of her to do that"
"Um yeah....that" Dawn looked around with a slight groan "Where is that waiter?"

Gilda looked over from her cloud, noticing that a waiter and several of the patrons were acting odd, exchanging surreptitious glances and nods. She tensed for a moment, then reached behind herself, drawing her rifle...

A waiter finaly approached the two of them "Sorry about the delay, busy and all, anyway, what can I get you two tonight?"
"I'll just have some hay fries myself, and a hay shake" Sweetie Belle spoke as Dawn nodded as well "And so will she"
"Very good" the waiter answered back as he turned and headed off.
Sweetie Belle just looked at Dawn, whom was acting a bit distant, to which Sweetie Belle arched an eyebrow slightly "What's on your mind this time? And please, do tell me this time....I just don't like it when you don't tell me anything"
"It's nothing, nothing's on my mind" Dawn replied back with a sigh "Trust me, if there was, I would tell you about it"

The young griffon, known as Serenity, had approached the zepplin overhead and crashed right through the glass window of it, eyes narrowed at the pilot of said zepplin.
"Oh bugger..." was all the pilot had said as he gulped, stepping backwards "What is it that you want? I'm telling you, we haven't done anything wrong this time"
Serentiy's eyes shifted to the door behind the pilot, then to the pilot again.
"Oh that? That's uh, nothing....just....nothing" the pilot hessitated a bit as his eyes did shift a bit suspiciously.

Anne turned around to leave when she saw the two toned curly mane of Sweetie Belle next to a table.
The powerful motors in her suit whirred as she trotted up to Sweetie Belle and Dawn.
"Hey, Sweetie Belle, Rarity's been looking for ya," she said.

"I know, I already spoke to her" Sweetie Belle replied back "The Ravens saved me, with Dawn as well" she added in as she looked to Dawn, giving her a smile.
Dawn on the other hand, didn't really say anything back herself just yet as she looked to Anne as well. Though she was still silent at first, she then decided to speak up "Yeah, if you don't mind, we're on a date here"

Gilda watched cautiously from over the side of the cloud as Haru slid out from a nearby alleyway. The two kept close eyes on the new arrivals, in case they were planning to do anything...

Above the city, Serenity pushed the pilot of the zepplin aside and entered the bigger area of the zepplin, glancing around before her eyes set upon a rather large cannon of sorts as her eyes widened. Her eyes gazed towards the pilot again as she finally spoke up "What is that?"
The pilot just shook his head a little bit "Nothing you need to be concerned about" he spoke as he motioned for another pony in the vicinity to take control of the cannon "Since stopping it is impossible for a simple griffon like you" he smirked, stepping back as the top of the zepplin opened up and the cannon rose up and in turn, started to power up.
Serenity just looked at it before looking at the pilot again "Why?"
"You need not worry about that" the pilot smirked back as the cannon fired a beam of energy from it and into a nearby building before it started to power up again.
Serenity's eyes narrowed as she took off towards the cannon, as if she was about to try to destroy it, only for the cannon to aim at her and fire another beam of energy, to which the young griffon dodged just barely, the beam ripping across part of the zepplin before another beam of energy was fired at her, trying to keep her back.

As Serenity dodged around the blasts, there was a commotion from inside the ship. A lone Earth pony had somehow managed to breach the inside of the ship, and was sliding between the armed guards, effortlessly punching his way through them. He wore nothing more than an elaborate tuxedo, and seemed extremely out of place, but his fighting skills were noting short of incredible...

Serenity had to pull back for now as she kept her distance from the cannon. It was near impossible to get near it right now as the focus of the cannon moved back upon the city once again as the griffons eyes glanced around rather quickly. Her eyes fell upon the pony on the cannon before her eyes shifted to where the cockpit of the zepplin was as she got an idea and rushed forward.
The cannon turned to Serenity again and powered up yet again before it fired a shot, to which the griffon stopped to allow it for proper aim until at the last moment, she dropped down, the beam piercing through the zepplin and into the cockpit, destroying the control pannel in question.
The zepplin started to then veer down towards the city, heading towards a skyscraper in particular as Serenity's eyes widened at it. But as she was distracted, she was struck the the cannon again, being blasted out of the sky and started to fall towards the ground, hitting it rather hard with a gasp.
She just lay there, unmoving as she was unable to do so right now, a bit too injured as her eyes just watched the zepplin fall still about to crash.

From the werckage of the blimp, the pony stepped out, nonchalantly brushing some of the dust off his tuxedo.
"Excellent...it's all going as planned. The pieces are falling into place..."
He muttered...

Serenity soon, did push herself up and cracked her back with a bit of a gasp as she looked at the ground, breathing heavily before her gaze shifted to the pony stepping out of the flaming wreck of the blimp. Eyes narrowed at the figure slightly before she shook her head a bit and attempted to extend her wings, only for them to snap back again in pain.
She had sprained her wings and therefore, just couldn't fly for the time being, but instead, walked towards the flaming wreckage, ignoring the pony in the tuxedo as her concern lay towards the zepplin at the moment.

"Fine," Anne replied as she returned to Silver.
Silver telekinetically swiped his cash card on a tablet that the waiter left on the table to pay for his meal. He levitated the reciept into a "pocket" on those side of his exoskeleton. "You find Sweetie Belle?"
Anne nodded. "She's on a date."
"Well, I paid for everything, so let's go!"
Anne turned to the mysterious ponies who helped her. A bag of bits levitated out of her many armored pockets and floated up to them. "Thank you for helping us find Sweetie Belle."

The first of the two ponies simply shook his head.
"There's no need ta thank us. We simply help for the sake of helpin'. Unlike those money gougin' Ravens. There's no need fer yer bits. Keep em."

Sweetie Belle looked over at Silver and Anne leaving, then to Dawn again "That was a bit harsh if you ask me, I know you want to stay on our date and all, but you didn't have to say it like that"
Dawn didn't really say anything back to Sweetie Belle as she was told off like that as she too just glanced to Silver and Anne, then to Sweetie Belle again as their food was bought over. She in turn, just started to eat her hay fries and still not saying a word, just feeling a bit guilty about it all.
Sweetie Belle just sighed at Dawn's silence "I'll be back, I just want to go and talk to them, explain things more clearly" she spoke as she left the table and trotted over to Silver and Anne "Hey, sorry about Dawn, it's just that she was looking forward to our date and did sort of snap by mistake about it and all. Didn't mean to go and push you two away like that either"
Dawn still stayed silent as she just slowly ate her hay fries still, glancing at Sweetie Belle every so often, still feeling guilty all the while "I'm sorry alright Sweetie Belle?" she whispered to herself, still finding it hard to actually say sorry to anypony else.

Anne accepted the bits back and stashed them away. "Well, see ya back at the complex tonight. She's gonna have a casual dinner with her friends and the important ponies of Ponyville."
Silver snorted; he didn't care for get-togethers. To be honest, he thought little of Rarity's taste for high fashion and culture. "We'll leave you two on your date," he said as he exited the bar.

"Actually, I'll be heading back to the Ravens again with Dawn....spend the night together and all you know, but Rarity does know that I'll be there, and even if she doesn't, I can always get in contact with her again" Sweetie Belle told the two of them before she smiled and turned, heading back to where Dawn was again.
Though Dawn still refused to say a word to Sweetie Belle right now as she just looked at her dinner, not really having touched it all that much.
Sweetie Belle again, just sighed "Dawn, what's wrong?"
"It's...nothing" Dawn replied as she pushed the plate away from herself a bit and just sighed herself.

"Sure," Anne said.
"So where are we going now?" Silver asked.
"How about Pinkamena's Cafe?"
"Sure. Not like I got anything better to do."
The two ponies then headed out. By this time, rain was starting to fall thanks to the excess clouds produced by the Cloudsdale Weather Corporation. They simply donned their helmets and continued back to the "normal" part of Ponyville.

"Hey...Haru, can you keep an eye out for those two? I just...can't anymore."
She said softly, taking off, though one of her feathers drifted down towards Dawn and Sweetie Belle as she did so...

A single pony sat at a large, elaborate desk, overlooking the factory below himself with a bored look, finally standing up and heading out to the elevator that would lead him to the surface of the Undercity...

The duo made it to Pinkamena's Cafe without any interruptions - save for a panhandler who was quickly discouraged by the display of Silver's flank mounted laser borers.
"So what do you plan to order?" Silver asked.
"Gonna get some alcohol," Anne replied.
"Table for two," Silver said to a server-pony as they entered the cafe. Pounding industrial rock came from the rear of the cafe.

Sweetie Belle just looked at Dawn still, seeing that she wasn't exactly looking at her anymore as she moved from her seat and walked up to Dawn instead and nuzzled her a little bit "Listen, if you want, we could just go...."
Dawn shook her head a little "No, I said that we would be on a date and this is it-"
"Look, something's on your mind and I'm fine if you just want to go....so come on" Sweetie Belle nuzzled Dawn a little more before she turned around and headed for the exit.
Dawn sighed herself and left as well, missing Gilda's feather drop by a single second as she in turn, walked beside Sweetie Belle as she just looked at the ground instead whilst walking. Yet, Sweetie Belle stopped after a few moments as she felt the rain on her face as she looked to Dawn "What's with all the sadness lately?"
"I told you, it's nothing....really..." Dawn sighed again as she stopped and in turn, looked up at Sweetie Belle, stopped just inches from her face "Really, it's....it's...." but then, she just trailed off "I just didn't mean to snap at your friends, all I wanted was just a perfect date was all and I guess I just felt guilty about it all"
Sweetie Belle just looked at Dawn "Is that? All this pouting just because you feel guilty?" she smiled at Dawn contently and nuzzled her "That's no reason to pout, kinda a stupid reason isn't it?" she teased to her.

Inside Pinkamena's Cafe, Jin looked up as Silver and Anne entered.
"Hmm...those two are back again. Hope they found whoever it was they were looking for."
He said off-hoofedly...

As an elevator gate opened up, the pony from within the factory stepped out, heading towards his favorite cafe. Pinkamena's Cafe...

The menu floated in front of Silver's face as he sipped from his glass of beer. "So what do you plan to do after this?"
"Maybe dance at one of the nightclubs, care to join?" Anne replied as she folded her artificial wings back.

Dawn had said nothing back as she just stood there, looking at Sweetie Belle as it just rained still.
Sweetie Belle did seem to just grin slightly at Dawn "Tell you what, to get your mind off things, want to head back to the Raven's still? After all, they did say they'll get a room for us all setup and we can have a bit of....fun" she then kissed Dawn on the lips again.
"Fun....that....that sounds nice actually" Dawn finally spoke again as she kissed Sweetie Belle back "I mean, I do still want to hang out with you and all that" she smiled a bit as well.
"There, see? That's the smile I love to see on your face" Sweetie Belle smiled back to Dawn, kissing her again "So, come on, let's head back shall we?"
"Yeah...I think I know how to get there as well" Dawn told Sweetie Belle as the two walked off to head back to the Raven's headquarters.

"And yet Pinkamena hasn't returned yet....I'm still suprised this place hasn't fallen to bits just yet" Vinyl Scratch just groaned as she glanced at Jin, then to the two ponies again "This is going to be one long night...."

Gilda sighed as she perched on one of the spires of the city, wiping away her tears with the back of her talon.
"Damnit, Dawn...what is it about it that makes you get to me so easily..."
She muttered sadly...

The elevator soon popped up and Sweetie Belle entered it with Dawn following her. The doors in turn, closed as it started to descend down towards the headquarters. Sweetie Belle just smiled to Dawn and gave her a little nuzzle, to which Dawn nuzzled her back before said elevator doors opened up again to reveal the headquarters.
The two ponies stepped out and walked down the hallway towards the main room as Sweetie Belle looked around a bit "This way" she smiled and trotted off towards the spare room with Dawn following her.

The young pony walked into Pinkamena's Cafe, taking a seat by the corner and looking around at the patrons disinterestedly...

Sweetie Belle smiled to Haru for a moment as she led Dawn to said spare room as Dawn did glance around, though not all that interested in it herself still. She had just seen it before and to her, once you see it once before, you've seen it already.
Though Dawn did smile back to Sweetie Belle as they entered the spare room, a simple room none the less as Sweetie Belle jumped onto the bed "Nice room, simple but nice, that's for sure" she mused as she looked to Dawn, patting the area next to her.
Dawn looked to Sweetie Belle and trotted over to her and in turn, climbed up onto the bed besides Sweetie Belle, sitting down next to her before she gave her a kiss upon the lips. Sweetie Belle returned the kiss back as she playfully pushed Dawn onto her back and snuggled up to her.

Silver sipped some beer as he and Anne shared a basket of hay fries.
By this time, the industrial rock had changed to a smooth, slower, chillout trance piece.
Anne belched as she ate her fries.

Anne and Silver were sitting at the table. Their meals had been paid for and they were just busy chilling to the ambient trance.
They noticed that one pony had fiber optic strands in their tail that spelled out "TNL Runner".
Suddenly, all heads turned as an orange Pegasus with a purple mane and metallic wings entered. It was Scootaloo - the underground racing champion.

The young colt in the corner stood up, walking over to Scootaloo with a smile.
"Ah, if it isn't Scootaloo. How're those cybernetics holding up? I certainly hope they perform to your expectations."
He chuckled...

Outside elsewhere, another pegasus was lounging away on a cloud, lazily sipping at a hay shake she had bought along with her. Her hide was dark yellow while her tail and mane was red. But that's when she heared a commotion nearby. She shifted, pulling out a piece of the cloud and fashioned earmuffs from it.
"Can't a pegasus get some relaxation time around here anymore?" the pegasus asked herself as she placed the cloud earmuffs over hear ears to drown out the noise of what was going on.

After a while, Dawn and Sweetie Belle just lay on the bed having had their little "fun" already as Sweetie Belle looked at Dawn "Hey Dawn, there's something I was thinking about for a while now and wanted to ask you" she hessitated a little bit before taking a deep breath "Will you....marry me?"
Dawn's eyes widened a little bit, having not expected that question to come out of Sweetie Belle's mouth. Yet, Dawn just nodded away a bit "Yes! of course I will!" she ended up yelling out by accident, well, yelling the answer that was. Dawn was just rather excited as it was "I mean, yes, I will" she smilled to Sweetie Belle and nuzzled her rather lovingly.

Vinyl looked over at who had entered "Hey, isn't that that mare? What's her name now? Used to be one of those Crusaders" she asked,having not heard the name that the young colt had bought up.

Gilda had returned to the Raven's Nest just in time to hear Dawn's outburst as she walked past the two's room. She stopped for a moment, then she sighed and walked on, head down to hide her tears as she did so...

"That would be Scootaloo. One of the top racers nowadays, if I remember..."
He said softly...

Scootaloo nodded. "I've had these augmentations for a long time." She then chuckled. "Kinda funny; a long time ago when I was just a filly, the doctors said I would never be able to fly because my wings were underdeveloped. Well, good thing I had them replaced with these new cybernetic beauties."
She then flared her metal wings. She levitated over a cup of beer that the bartender offered on the house.

"That Scootaloo?" Anne asked.
Silver nodded. He didn't really follow the underground tunnel-running circuit but he knew ponies who did.

The young pony nodded.
"Excellent. I had hoped that my family's products would not disappoint."
He said with a smile...

"Scootaloo? Oh yeah, now I remember...." Vinyl replied with as she looked at Scootaloo all the while, still wondering as to why she was even here to begin with "But there's still one thing that's bothering me....Pinkamena should've been back by now....I mean, I'm past the time I'm suppose to be going home, but I don't want to have to leave either....she better pay me overtime for this...." she grumbled in the end.

Scootaloo chuckled. "Only the best for me," she said, sipping the beer. It was then her cutie mark -a stylized metal wing with blue speed lines- was seen. "But I did see a new model that actually had tiny thrusters built into the tips."
She then sighed. "But it's a research prototype only."

Silver sipped his glass of ice water and exited the bar into the slightly drizzling night.
Anne decided to follow him.

Entering Pinkamena's Cafe next though was another earth pony. A familiar red maned one with a big bow attached to her head. It was Apple Bloom. She had decided to drop by after a rather long and tedious day at helping Applejack on the farm. She took a seat and ordered herself a drink, not even realizing that Scootaloo was there at the moment as she rubbed her neck a little bit.
Her eyes soon gazed around as she waited for her drink until she saw her friend and gasped a little bit. She moved from where she was sitting and trotted over to Scootaloo "Hey there Scoots....been a while hasn't it? That we saw each other last eh?" she then paused for a moment "What about Sweetie Belle? Have you seen her lately by any chance?"

Jin smiled at Vinyl.
"Don't worry about it. If she doesn't pay you...well, then I will."
He whispered softly. Nearby, the young colt sat next to the Apple Bloom and Scootaloo and nodded.
"Ah, yes. That model. I've heard some terrible rumors about the last prototype exploding during a test run. Shame, really. The idea was quite novel. If you'd like, I can likely produce a working model with some time."
He said eagerly...

Nearby, in a shady part of the Undercity, Rainbow Dash was walking along, looking for a place to celebrate her protege's victory in the races. From an alleyway, however, a hoof shot out, grabbing her by one of the hind legs, pulling her into the alley, where four stallions stood, grinning menacingly.
"Well, well, boys. We got ourselves a real catch here. The legendary Rainbow Dash. Now, fork over all your valuables, and we might just letcha go with a little...fun."
The apparent leader said, chuckling. Dash, however, simply flared her wings.
"Really? You think you can take me? I'd like to see you try!"
She mocked, as the four looked at each other, then charged her...
A few moments later, Dash limped out of the alley, bruised, battered, and bleeding heavily from a knife wound to her side. She staggered a little, then looked up, spreading her wings and flying to the one pony she trusted to get her patched up. Fluttershy. As she landed at her friend's door, she extended a forehoof to knock on the door gently, then winced in pain, staggered, and fell over, nearly unconscious. ..

The door opened as Fluttershy looked out, only to gasp at seeing the unconcious Rainbow Dash at the front step of her place. The yellow pegasus grabbed her friend and dragged her inside, helping her up onto one of the spare beds before she in turn, turned and trotted off to go and get the right items to tend to Rainbow Dash.
It didn't take all that long till she returned with a tray and started to get to work at cleaning up the knife wound that her friend had recieved "Oh Rainbow Dash....who would do such a thing like this to you?" she asked herself in her usual soft voice.

Scootaloo shook her head. "Nope," she said. She looked at the empty beer mug and levitated back to the bartender. She then looked at Applebloom's bow. "Still wearing that bow, eh? Thought you'd graduate to something more, I dunno, high-tech or mature." flared her cybernetic wings. "Like these babies. I can hook ya up if ya want."
She then turned to the colt beside her. "Sure, why not?" she said.

Apple Bloom shook her head "Nah, I mean, I would and all, but I don't exactly get a lot of time off from work....besides, don't you like it still?" she sighed a little, looking at her friend "And how much would that cost me anyway?" she asked, believing she'd have to pay for it as well.

Scootaloo smiled. "Oh, I've had these for a few years. Back when my wings were state of the art, they cost me..." she put a foreleg on her chin. "Oh about, 45,000 bits. Now they'll go for 15,000 bits or so. And that's not counting the surgery."
She levitated over two mugs of beer from the bartender and passed one to Applebloom. "Have a drink," she said, sipping her own mug. "But still, think much more easily you could help on Applejack's farm if you had cybernetic legs."

(Sweet Apple Acres)
Applejack gripped a pen in her mouth as she charted the harvest of apples. She sat in a rather plain looking office that had a rustic feel with roughly hewn yet comfortable chairs and tables along with a plain wood floor.
But make no mistake, Sweet Apple Acres was a high-tech farm. Despite the rustic appearance of her office, the farm employed as much technology as any factory.
The beeping of a console set in the wall - seemingly out of place in this rustic office - attracted Applejack's attention.
"Wait a minute, ah'm comin'," Applejack said as she trotted over to the viewscreen. She stepped on the floor mounted button.
"Speak to me," she said.
The image of an dark orange Earth pony mare came up on the screen. She recognized it as Carrot Top - one of the supervisors in her vast underground farm.
"Applejack, you must come quickly! The solar arrays have failed," she said.
The screen then winked out.
Applejack sighed and walked over to the elevator that would take her to the growing levels.

"Yeah, sorry I haven't really been keeping up with our friendship or anything....I don't know what had happened with that" Apple Bloom shook her head as she sipped the drink that was levitated to her "But...can't you give me a discount on that?" she seemed to beg a little bit to her friend.

(Elsewhere in the city)
Lyra was seen pacing back and fourth on the ground "Where is she? She's late...." she grumbled to herself, wondering where Bon Bon was right now before she stopped and looked back as she activated the light on her horn to be able to see better.

The young colt next to the two coughed quietly.
"Well, I suppose I could. Since you are a friend of Scootaloo's. Plus, if the augments go well, then you could be a major PR boost."
He said, a light joking tone in his voice...

After a few moments of cleaning Rainbow Dash's wound, Fluttershy had gotten to around to sewing up said knife wound before she started to then clean away around Rainbow Dash's face next, rather sure that her friend was in a stable condition.

Lyra groaned, she just couldn't wait around for Bon Bon as she rushed into the nearby building, beliving that Bon Bon would arrive when she would be ready. The lights turned on and what was revealed was a fairly big mecha as she grinned. It stood on two legs with fists and a glass dome for its head. She trotted over to the mecha as her horn started to glow and she started to work on it some more.

As Fluttershy was tending to her, Dash opened her eyes slowly.
"Fluttershy...?"
She whispered hoarsely...

Fluttershy gasped "Rainbow Dash! You're alright! I'm just glad that you are, I was starting to get worried...." she spoke to her friend, dabbing the cloth over her head as well "When you showed up the front step all wounded....what happened?" she had to at least question.

Dash smiled at Fluttershy weakly.
"Ah, just some dumb colts. Tried to rob me...heh, they got what they had comin to them..."
She said softly...

"Oh, but you shouldn't have taken them on, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten hurt like this!" Fluttershy exclaimed back as she finished cleaning up Rainbow Dash's face and smiled to her "I know that you're a good fighter and all that, but taking risks like that?" she just shook her head at that.

Dash smiled a little, then reached up and pulled Fluttershy into a hug.
"I know, 'Shy. I know...but if I don't, what'd happen if they decided to pick on someone else? What if someone else got killed because I didn't stand up to those thugs?"
She whispered, looking aside.
"I won't let that happen...not again..."
She said quietly...

Fluttershy returned the hug to Rainbow Dash and smiled to her, understanding what her friend was getting at "But now, you do need your rest, that knife wound you got, and what I had to fix up...." she shook her head a little "Just rest up okay?"

Lyra grinned to herself as she had finished fixing it and climbed into the cockpit of it, into a humanized sitting position herself. Her horn started to glow as a helmet levitated down upon her head. Her front hoofs being attatched to two parts on the suit that would control the arms "Now, time to take this baby for a test drive"
She attempted to get it to move, but had no luck as she sighed. Again she tried but still nothing. A third time she tried as the right arm of the AMP suit swung right and damaged the nearby wall "That was unexpected...." she muttered, but just shrugged it off.

Dash smiled softly and nuzzled close to Fluttershy.
"Hey...d'you think maybe you could...stay here with me?"
She whispered gently...

At first, Fluttershy was unsure of that, but she glanced around. It was rather quiet today as she looked back to her friend "Well, okay then, I don't have any other patients to tend to right now" she smiled away as she climbed up onto the bed and sat down at the end of it, looking to Rainbow Dash.

Dash scooted closer to Fluttershy and cuddled against her.
"Thanks for always being here for me, Fluttershy...you're...the best."
She said quietly...

Fluttershy just shook her head back a little bit "Oh, it's...nothing really" she ended up smiling to Rainbow Dash, yet, was also blushing lightly when her friend was snuggling up to her with ease.

"Uh guys, I just remembered something I was suppose to do as well, and I want to get there before it closes for the day" Apple Bloom explained to Scootaloo and the other colt before she turned and headed off, heading off towards Twist's Candy Factory.
Upon entering said factor after a little while of walking, she approached the counter and rang the bell "I hope that Twist is here too, would be cool to see her again..."

Dash smiled softly and nuzzled Fluttershy.
"Hey...'Shy? There's something I kinda want to tell you..."
She said nervously...

Fluttershy blushed a little as she was nuzzled "Oh? And what would that be Rainbow Dash?" she asked her friend as she just sat there, looking at her all the while, waiting for what she had to tell her.

Dash blushed.
"Well, y'see...the thing is...I really...y'know...like like you...and I...well, I love you..."
She stammered...

Fluttershy just froze up when Rainbow Dash had told her that, with those words. She opened her mouth, but no words came out. Again she tried, but still nothing until finally "But....I thought you liked Applejack?" was all she could ask as she looked at her friend still.

Dash chuckled a little.
"Nah. I mean, sure we tried it, but...I guess the two of us are just too alike. We were arguing most of the time, and...it didn't work out."
She said, then smiled.
"Besides, I think all that time, you had my heart, 'Shy."
She added...

Fluttershy just sat there, silent at first. She sure had not expected any of that to be said to herself. It was causing her head to hurt a little as she rubbed it a little, but then did smile to Rainbow Dash. Though she did want to say something back, but only a small little eep had come out instead as instead, she just blushed away.

Apple Bloom rang the bell again, but there was still no answer as she peered over the counter "Where is everypony? All I want to do is buy some candy...." she sighed "Buy some before the factor would close for the day...." she grumbled a little as well, starting to now ring the bell rather impatiently.

Dash smiled shyly, blushing a little.
"Umm...you okay, 'Shy?"
She asked, clearly worried...

From the door of the factory, a few bumps and a louder crashing noise could be heard.
"Oh, fiddlethicks!"
A mare's voice yelled from inside, as the door opened.
"Who ith...Oh, Apple Bloom!"
Twist said, throwing the door open and hugging her friend...

Fluttershy had yet to say anything back as she just nodded to her friend, still just sitting there until she finally spoke up "But I didn't think anypony would end up....loving me in the end, I mean, there was Pinkie Pie at first, but I don't really see her all that much anymore...." she trailed off, looking to Rainbow Dash still.

Apple Bloom smiled to Twist. She was rather glad she could at least see her again as she hugged her back "Hey Twist, I was just droppin' by to see if I could buy some candy is all, that and I did want to see if you were around today or not"

Dash smiled.
"How could anyone not love you, huh? You're the most amazing mare ever."
She said gently, placing a soft kiss on Fluttershy's cheek...

"Oh, you don't hafta buy anything! I'll give it to you for free! Come inthide, and I'll let you pick whatever you want!"

Fluttershy just blushed back as she was kissed before she did shrink away a little before she quickly returned the kiss to Rainbow Dash, but on her snout instead. Yet, the shy pegasus still didn't really say anything else.

"Well, okay then" Apple Bloom replied as she followed Twist into the factory "Even though it wouldn't have mattered, cause I could've bought any candy, but um....alright then" she added in as she started to look around, taking her time for now, unaware that the factor was suppose to be closing very shortly.

Dash blushed and hugged Fluttershy.

She said with a smile as she led Apple Bloom into a room with display cases filled with all sorts of candies.
"Go ahead and pick whatever you want!"
She said with a big, happy grin...

Fluttershy in turn, just hugged Rainbow Dash back, yet, she still seemed to be rather quiet, almost anyway as she did mumble something underneath her breath.

Apple Bloom just started to look around as she spoke to Twist still "Well I just figured since I don't really see anypony else as often, cause of helping out Applejack on the farm, I just figured that...ya know....that we wouldn't really be friends as such....that we may have had a....falling out and all that"

Dash's ear twitched.
"Huh? What'd you say, 'Shy?"
She asked gently...

Twist just turned around and nuzzled Apple Bloom gently.
"Nope! We're thtill betht friendth. After all, we were thtill friendth after I got my cutie mark, and that wath pretty big! Tho jutht not theeing you ithn't enough to make uth have a falling out!"

Again, Fluttershy went quiet as she turned away for a moment and sighed a little bit as she instead, got off the bed and grabbed the medical stuff "I...have to go and clean up around here...." was all she had said. Problem with that, the place was already clean as it was.

Apple Bloom stopped as she looked over to Twist "Well yeah, I suppose that's true as well. I mean, I haven even seen Sweetie Belle in ages, just saw Scootaloo again not that long ago and now I'm seeing you again, so I guess it's okay and...." she stopped herself "What's the time anyway Twist?"

Dash reached out and touched Fluttershy's back.
" 'Shy...wait...did I say something wrong...?"
She asked nervously...

"Oh, gee! It'th dark already? Oh, that'th not a good thing..."
She said, then looked over at Apple Bloom...

Fluttershy stopped as she was touched before she turned to Rainbow Dash and shook her head "Well no, it's not that...it's just that when you said...those words to me and all....and...." she paused for a second "It's just that I....well...I mean I do l...." she had wanted to say it, but she was just having trouble saying it to Rainbow Dash.

Apple Bloom too, poked her head out a window "Oh no, I gotta get home....but I still wanna get some candy too and....ugh!" she groaned loudly "Why does that have to happen now!?"
The poor girl just couldn't decide on what to do right now as she paced back and fourth a bit quickly now.

"Then come back to bed, okay? We can clean later..."
She said gently...

Fluttershy hessitated for a moment as she paced back and fourth for a second before sighing as she looked at Rainbow Dash again "Well...okay then...I guess...." she spoke, but sounding a little unsure at the moment as she climbed onto the bed.

"A sleepover?" Apple Bloom shrugged a little "Well, I guess that would be rather cool and all, I mean, we haven't really seen each other for a while....so alright then" she smiled to her old friend.

It had been ages since Rainrunner had stepped into this cafe in the undercity. The last time she was here was the first day her brain implant malfunctioned, and that was a day she barely remembered. Either way she was back, this time of her own free choice... at least that's what she hoped. "I need a drink." She said aloud to herself as she steped further inside. She knew the hostess' by the name Pinkmina, but couldn't find her anywhere for the moment and sighed again as she sat down at a nearby table quietly thinking to herself. I wonder just how much longer this implant will keep shorting out... and why I can't remember much when it reactivates? It was a scary thought to think about what she could be doing when the implant fails, but as she looked around and noticed Vinyl Scratch, the DJ walking around taking orders and tired to wave her down.

Just moments ago Thunderclap thought he'd seen somepony he recognized. But he hadn't seen her in years, not since he was a colt... and he seemed to remember he owed her a hoof to hte face for something she'd said. So he followed her right up until she stepped into a cafe. Not wanting to make another scene, and get arrested he stood outside for several minutes weighing his options. Then his anger, and impulsiveness got the better of him. Thunderclap then with one swift buck kicked the door of the cafe off its hinges and into the cafe itself, with the object landing several feet away. He then stepped inside and stared down the mare noticing her attention wasn't really focused on anything important.

Vinyl approached Rainrunner and looked at her for a moment "Yeah, sorry about all this, Pinkamena's out for now, no idea when she's going to be back, so uh yeah, I'm sorta in charge of things right now" she spoke, levitating a menu to Rainrunner anyway before levitating a notebook and pencil in front of herself "So then, what is it that you're after?"
Another pegasus had entered the cafe as well. Dusk. She had dropped by for one simple thing. Another hay shake as she glanced at those that were around, but just ignored them and approached the counter and just waited for herself to be served.

Rainrunner glanced up at Vinyl as she stepped over. "Yeah.. I'll take a glass of water and a slice of pie." she then looked around the cafe once more and noticed another pony step into the cafe and she felt something pull at the back of her mind... as if she recognized the pony. After watching Vinyl move away from her table, she herself stood up and walked over. As she stepped next to the pegasus she smiled before she spoke. "Hi. My name is Rainrunner, I'm sorry to inturrupt but you seem familiar to me. Do I know you from somewhere?" she asked genuinly curious.

Dusk just glanced at Rainrunner, though she did ignore her at first. But then she soon noticed that the other pony wasn't going to leave her alone so easily as she sighed heavily and turned to face the smilling pony "No, you probabally haven't seen me before, you probabally don't even know me" she told Rainrunner rather bluntly.
Though Dusk had to arch an eyebrow "Though I guess now that you mention it, why would you even think that I look familiar hmm? Do you, oh I don't know, go around stalking other ponies and then when they least expect it, wham, you ask them if you know them from somewhere else? Rather creepy, don't you think?"

Jin looked over at the two ponies, then stopped before walking over.
"Well, well. If it isn't you, Rainrunner. It's been a long time. Doubt you even remember me anymore."
He chuckled...

Apple Bloom just let off a small laugh as she sat down where she was, waiting for twist to return with the stuff. Though after a few seconds, Apple Bloom called out to her friend "You...want some help with anything? Or....are you alright?"

Rainrunner was taken aback by the ponys rude behavior, but she smiled shyly and began to reply. "Well no, I don't stalk other ponies. That would just be weird and creepy! But... certainly you could be... ya know a little less hostile than that right?" she asked politely. It was only then that she noticed the other pony speaking in her direction and she for a moment froze. As she heard Jins question she sqinted her eyes and thought back to years gone by, and as if struck by lightning the name came back to her clear as day. "JIN!" she said aloud with a ear to ear grin. "It is so good to see you after all this time." She was about to ask how he had been doing with the royal duties in Canterlot, but just as she opened her mouth something unexpected happened.
Thunderclap had simply been staring at the blue maned pony with disdan still unsure why he couldn't remember her, but as he tried to figure that out, he noticed another pony step up to the two mares and suddenly, almost without warning he was up on his hooves and stomped over to the trio of ponies and once he was within range Thunderclap turned and roughly bucked Jin in the side knocking him to the ground. "Gee... I wonder what one of the royal fools is doing here?!" he commented gruffly as he stared down at Jin with a combination of hate and pure rage etched onto his face.

Twist came hopping down the stairs with a pair of sleeping bags, pillows, and a large bag slung across her body.
"M go i."
She said, her words muffled around the pillows...

Jin flipped back, wrapping Thunderclap in magical bonds.
"I don't see anyone from the Royal guards here. Only a colt who was disgraced when somepony set him up. And a pony who doesn't understand mercy."

Dusk just looked at Rainrunner rather unimpressed "Sure, let's just go with that shall we?" she rolled her eyes lightly "Hey, I'm not the one to-" she was interupted by another pony as her hay shake was handed to her. She grabbed it and watched Thunderclap have his little hissy fit as she sipped at her shake. Her facial expression still looked unimpressed as she glanced at Rainrunner again.
"Nice choice in friends" Dusk told her rather dryly as Jin held Thunderclap down with the magical bonds. The pegasus was just still, not the least bit interested herself "But back to what I was saying, I'm not the one that does go around stalking other ponies and....wipe that stupid grin off your face, you look like an idiot, a moron....a foal" she told Rainrunner.

Apple Bloom had no idea on what her friend had said, but smiled to her regardless "I haven't had a sleepover in ages, so this'll be cool" she walked over to Twist and helped her set up the sleeping bags at least "What's in the bag though?"

Rainrunner did not like the tone this pony was using and she felt a bit hurt when she heard herself being insulted. She thought about retorting back but just as she was second guessing that idea she felt something shift... as in her mental Anti-depression chip short out again. For several solitary moments she looked straight ahead as her body readjusted. After several seconds the color of both her mane and body darkened considerably almost like watching water become polluted. Once her depression was complete, that sadness quickly turned to anger and in a single deft move Rainrunner smacked the hay shake in Dusks hoof right into Dusks face and grinned. "So who looks like the idiot now?!" she exlaimed loudly with an almost wicked laugh.
Thunderclap for his part was not surprised to find himself in magical restraints again. However Jins words struck a chord with the pegasus. "WHAT?! I told you before you foal! I didn't set you up! I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time that's it!" He continued to struggle against his bonds in the hope of breaking free and causing enough of a ruckus to get away. Spending more time in jail was NOT on his to-do list anytime soon!

"Oh, jutht some fun thtuff for later tonight!"

"You honestly think I'm accusing you? You're an even bigger idiot than I remembered. I can't ever begin to think what my coltcuddler little brother saw in you. I should just get rid of you, do the world a favor..."
He said coldly, the bands tightening around Thunderclap as Jin tried to crush him...

And yet, Dusk just remained calm all the while "And here I was, just wanting to order myself a drink, leave and head back to my cloud, but no....looks like instead, I have to deal with you and your idiotic ways. After all, since you can't seem to handle anything that is thrown at you, you instad must retaliate with ruining my drink" she dropped the cup to the ground and sighed a little heavily "So, this is what's going to happen now, you are going to buy me another shake, I am going to drink it and leave, and you are going to leave me alone" her eyes narrowed at Rainrunner as well, showing that she was just not that happy right now.

"Like....what sort of stuff anyway?" Apple Bloom looked at the bag more closely before she then looked at Twist "I mean, it has to be important stuff if the bag is that big and all"

Apple Bloom arched an eyebrow slightly "Games? Yeah, I guess we could play a game or two. What did ya have in mind Twist?" she asked, ignoring the fact that twist was nuzzling against her.

Fluttershy breathed heavily before speaking up "Well, I still don't know why you'd want to have me in the end....after all, I'm just Fluttershy, I'm nopony important. I just thought that you'd want somepony else, like Applejack, or Spitfire, or Soarin, just somepony....better...." she blushed away.

"Oh, okay! Anything you want to play?"

Fluttershy just blushed away at that, just speachless in the end as she looked to the side. She just sat there where she was, just silent all the while, yet, still blushing as it was apparant that she did enjoy that comment. She just had no idea on what to say to Rainbow Dash herself.

"Alright, alright, Truth or Dare Twist?" Apple Bloom asked her friend, but at th same time, trying to think on a question as well as a dare on what Twist could do, depend on what she would choose in the end.

Fluttershy just blushed at that as she still looked at Rainbow Dash, whom had kissed her gently. At first, the shy pegasus wasn't too sure if she should return the kiss, hessitating for a moment before she decided to do just that, give Rainbow Dash a small, light kiss on the lips.

Rainrunner gave a cocky grin as she stepped up to Dusk, literally standing nose to nose with the other pony. She was still upset, and she was about to let Dusk know it. "And just what do you expect me to pay with? I have no bits on me! And honestly a ony like you dosen't deserve another shake with the way you've been acting. I believe you should buy ME a drink to apologize with. Now what do you have to say to that?" she asked with a dark sneer on her muzzle.
Thunderclap struggled harder and harder the more the magical bonds tightened around him. He knew he couldn't break them, but his new stratey wasn't to get free.... it was to simply break Jins concentration. and since one of his back legs was still free and it kicked with that trying to strike Jin in the chest. He didn't dare try to talk his way out, truth be told he was starting to have trouble breathing and the shortness of breath was starting to get to him. While jail wasn't a pretty idea, dying was far, FAR worse. Thunderclaps eyesight began to fade and swim as he lost focus, still trying in vain to kick Jin to break his concentration.

"Because I don't owe you a thing" Dusk sneered back a little to Rainrunner as she got up to move, pushing her own head against Raunrunner, her own snout already touching Rainrunner's, but it was as if Dusk didn't care, as the sociopathic pony was indeed, just pushing her backwards "But since you don't seem to be willing to at least try to get me another shake, then it looks like I'll be leaving here empty hooved" she spoke, soon just pushing Rainrunner aside and heading for the exit.

Jin smirked, dodging to the side effortlessly. Just as he prepared to crush Thunderclap's chest in completely, a blue shockwave shaved past him, cutting off several hairs and breaking his focus. From the doorway, Haru stood, Bontenmaru hovering by his side.
"Alright, both of you, break it up. Jin, I'm disappointed. You're acting like a hooligan. I thought you were better than that."
Haru said, eyes glinting coolly...

Apple Bloom thought a little longer on her question before she asked it to her friend "Alright then Twist, here's the question, is there anypony at all, in all of Equestria that you'd want to kiss? Ya know, go out on a date with, all of that sort of stuff?"

She stammered...

"Me? Since when?" Apple Bloom asked back, rather suprised at hearing her friend's confession so easily. That, and she was now a bit confused as well, but yet, still smiled to her somewhat too.

"W-well... I mean... I think it'th been thince we were fillies."
She said with a small blush...

"Oh" was all Apple Bloom could say back as she just looked at Twist, staring at her for a few moments before shaking her head and speaking again "I guess it's your turn to ask me?"

Twist smiled.
"Okay, Apple Bloom. Truth or dare?"
She asked with a blush...

"Well, I aint going to tell you anything, so I'm gonna go with a dare. Whatever it is, I'm sure I can handle it" Apple Bloom grinned lightly at Twist as well, waiting to see what dare she would have to endure.

Twist paused, clearly thinking, then perked up.
"Hmm... I dare you to kith me on the lipth."
She said, grinning...

"Alright" Apple Bloom replied back simply, shifting closer to Twist and did just that, gave her friend a simply, quick kiss upon the lips before grinning lightly to her "Well, you didn't say for how long" she teased a little.

Twist gave her friend a pouting smile.
"Aww...you got me."
She said with a small giggle.

Apple Bloom just looked at her friend still, having not asked her the Truth or Dare thing just yet as she did sigh a little "You know what Twist? It is as they say, you do only live once and well...." she trailed off and in turn, gave Twist another kiss upon the lips, this time though, she actually held it for a little longer this time.

Apple Bloom grinned a little as she continued to kiss Twist still, playfully pushing the other girl onto the ground as she did so, still kissing her all the while until she finally broke the kiss and just smiled to Twist "Better?"

"I thought as much" Apple Bloom smiled to Twist "And again, thanks for letting me stay over, I'd rather not walk home at night, considering how dangerous things really can get" she added in, looking at Twist, seeming to blush a little as she kissed her again lightly.

"Of courthe! How could I let you of all ponieth walk home at night?"
She teased, rubbing her hoof along Apple Bloom's side...

"By, not inviting me to stay the night?" Apple Bloom joked back, giving her friend a little nuzzle as well "Can I also ask you something else too Twist? Do you only...like me by any chance? Or is it...I dunno, more than that?"

Twist smiled and blushed.
"I'd never let you get hurt, Apple Bloom"
She said, then blushed more.
"A-and I think that it'th more than jutht liking you... I think I really love you..."
She said quietly...

"Oh" Apple Bloom again, had to pause for a moment. So it was more than liking her after all, it was love in the end. Well, Apple Bloom didn't seem to mind it as such herself "Well, I guess that's okay?" she added in, still sounding a bit unsure. So much in a short amount of time was what Apple Bloom was trying to wrap her head around.

"Well...." Apple Bloom trailed off for a moment, still trying to wrap her head around it all before she finally just shrugged in the end and smiled to Twist "Then I guess it is good" she finally said, still smiling to her friend.

She said gently.

Apple Bloom murmered a little as her side was rubbed "Well, I guess I'm just glad that you did ask me to stay over too, otherwise, I guess you wouldn't have said what you had said, and I wouldn't have kiss you....not that I regret kissing you or anything like that...."

She said gently...

Apple Bloom just gave off a little laugh "Well, why wouldn't I mind, you are my friend after all.....or were you talking about that kiss I gave you?" she asked in the end, a little confused herself, yet, still smiling to Twist and in turn, nuzzled her once more.

In another part of the city, a young creature was seen jumping around in chocolate puddles, each jump making a different noise altogether, and not its usual noise. It was raining....chocolate rain that is, pouring down from cotton candy clouds.
The streets were all soapy, while a few of the buildings were floating around, being held on by a sing chain each. It was her little playground where the young Draconiquis played, where nopony really did dare to venture, just afraid of what she would end up doing to them.

Twist blushed and smiled wide, enjoying having her friend and crush so close to her.
"H-hey...Apple Bloom...I never athked you, but...do you...like me back?"
She asked shyly...

The young colt from the bar had left hastily when things had begun to get violent, and had instead begun wandering the streets, looking for something to divert his attention. When he heard the strange sounds of the Draconequis playing, he decided to investigate, walking over to the area and smirking a little.
"Well, this certainly is a fascinating place."
He remarked, grinning a little...

"Maybe...." Apple Bloom teased Twist back, her nose still touching Twist's nose, not pulling away just yet as she teased again, giving her friend a light kiss upon the lips.

The Draconiquis looked over at whom had shown up as she jumped around and skated over to him on the soapy roads, skating around him as she looked at him still before skating away, getting some room between herself and him before she spoke up to him "So, what can I do for you today?" was what she asked him as she skated back and fourth, every movement still making a different noise.
"After some cotton candy?" Strife asked as she summoned another cotton candy cloud and in turn, turned it into cotton candy and started to munch upon it before falling backwards, right onto a couch that just seemed to appear before laying upon her stomach, awaiting an answer from him.
"Oh....and watch your step too, try not to fall over" Strife added in with a playful laugh.

Scootaloo chuckled. "Nope. I just wear the cybernetics; I don't make them. Ya might wanna talk to Spike or Twilight about them, though."

Spike and Twilight were staying at the onsite housing and having dinner. As head of the security division, Spike was wearing his communications headset. Twilight's electronic right eye fixed her assistant with its unblinking blue gaze.
"So exactly, what's your latest prototype?" Spike asked as he tossed a ruby into his mouth.
"Computer uplink for Earth Ponies and Pegasi," Twilight replied as she ate some apples.
"Hmm. So it seems that-" Spike's headset beeped. "F--- me," he growled. He got up and grabbed his battle suit, which was hanging in a corner. The battle suit was much more form fitting and sleek than the mining exoskeletons that Rarity favored in her mine - they were also much more expensive and not quite as protective.
As he attached the battery pack to the suit, the suit's eyes glowed a white color
He grabbed a rifle from the safe and slid a magazine into the rifle. "Twi, I'll be back soon. Probably just some miscreant."
He then exited the house into the drizzling rain. The pale blue-white light of complex's lighting made the black battle suit stand out. Spike then quickly activated his cloaking device.

Spike had his rifle ready as he walked around the complex. Suddenly, something sticky dripped onto him, causing him to decloak.
He sniffed it and realized that the rain had suddenly turned to chocolate.
The dragon used his headlamp to illuminate the ground - to his shock, the roads were soapy.

(Elsewhere in the city)
Lyra had decided to take her AMP suit for a test drive, using this chance to leap from rooftop to rooftop in quick sucession. All the while, she just seemed to grin away to herself, just enjoying herself until she slid to a hault. She looked over the side of the building "That's a long drop...." she muttered until a fully grown dragon swooped up in front of her, heading for the skies.
Lyra glanced upwards at it as she groaned a little "Great, a dragon terrorizing the city and....hang on...." she then smirked away and moved the AMP suit backwards and waited for the dragon to fly lower until she ran forward and leapt off the building. The AMP suit grabbed onto the dragon's head as she bought a fist back and slammed it into the dragon's head a few times "Listen, I don't know what your problem is, but you are terrorizing this city and-" she looked up as she saw the were flying straight towards a building.
Yet, the dragon changed direction and started to fly upwards, with Lyra still holding on for dear life. Though she lost her grip and fell off, she managed to grab onto the dragon again, but by the tail this time and started to climb back up it again "Bon Bon is probabally gonna kill me if she finds out what I'm up to right now...." she muttered to herself a bit nervously "That....and I really should've installed some weapons onto this thing too....maybe later....like a dragon killing gun...thing...."
She managed to climb towards one of the wings of the dragon, just as it decided to then fly upside down. She wrapped the arms of the AMP suit around the joint of the wing, still holding onto it for dear life before she started to pull herself up onto the belly of the dragon. Once on it, she started to make her way towards the head of it as the dragon growled at her.
"Unicorns...." the dragon snarled before letting off a stream of fire at Lyra, still flying upside down all the while. Lyra stood her ground as she felt the stream of fire try and penetrate her suit, but with no luck.
"My turn" Lyra smirked as she rushed forward, the AMP's foot raised before bringing it down onto the dragon's throat. The dragon roared in pain and started to decend down to street level at a 90 degree angle. Lyra had lost her grip again and this time, failed to grab onto the dragon's tail and was instead, in freefall "Might as well make the most of this....here goes nothing" she muttered as she straightened herself up in midfall, fist pulled back, ready to make contact with the dragon's head regardless.

Spike patrolled the soapy streets of the complex. Luckily, his battle suit had spikes on the feet so he did not slip.
Suddenly, he saw something leaping from rooftop to rooftop. Assuming it was responsible for the mess in the complex, he leapt into the air. Two thrusters mounted on his feet ignited as he soared into the night sky.
As he flew after the thing, he zoomed in on it and noticed that it was a piloted mech - and piloted by none other than Lyra!

(ooc: As stated before, not sure how Spike can see Lyra right now, since she's not suppose to be near where Strife is, so in turn, Spike shouldn't be able to see her, unless he's divereted a fair bit away from where Strife is)
Lyra slammed the fist of the AMP suit down onto the dragon's head before swinging another fist at it, punching it in the face. Yet, said dragon only growled back in annoyance as it turned to swing its tail at Lyra.
She in turn, held out both hands of the suit and grabbed onto the incomming tail, the suit sliding across the ground a few feet before she slammed the tail down, hoping over it and quickly glancing around. Lyra saw a street pole in the ground and decided to pull it out, swinging it around and striking the dragon across the face a few times with it "Unless you want to give yourself up and explain yourself right now, I suggest you roll over and play dead"
The dragon just growled back at her, moving forward to bite at her, only for Lyra to swing the street pole back at him "I'll take that as a no then" but in turn, she was knocked backwards by the dragon's tail again. At first, the suit did freeze up again, as an alarm beeped inside it "No, no, no, no, no.....not now....work you worthless piece of junk" she growled a little to herself as she attempted to get the suit to move again. In turn, the dragon seemed to just grin as it approached Lyra as it just licked its lips.
"Oh...this is not going to end well....first test run of the suit, and it just has to freeze up in a fight against a full sized, grown dragon...yup....just my luck...." Lyra grumbled to herself as she still did what she could to get the suit moving again, but still, with not luck and instead, just braced for impact from whatever it was the dragon was going to dish out next.

The young colt looked over his shoulder.
"Hmm... I do believe we have company."
He replied lazily...

(OOC - Spike is at the opposite end of the complex from Strife. The perimeter alert was tripped by Lyra and the dragon. He's now flying in the air and his suit enhances his vision.)
Spike fired his rifle at the dragon. The rifle used a power cell to excite a crystal to produce an intense beam of magic. However, so much power was used that the crystals burned out, rendering them useless. Silver beams lanced towards the dragon as the burnt-out crystals were ejected, clattering on Lyra's mech.

(Silver's Apartment)
Silver had locked the door to his modest apartment and had placed his armor and other tools in a closet. He then went into the bathroom to take a shower.

Lyra's AMP suit was struck by the crystals, yet, it still refused to move. She growled to herself light until she was knocked back a few feet, through the wall of a nearby building by the dragon's tail before it turned its attention to Spike.
"This is not your concern young one" the dragon growled at Spike.
Lyra's suit reactivated as she crashed to the ground. Her attentioned turned briefly to the two mares in the room that had been making out, only to stare at her and her intruision "Ladies" was all Lyra had said as she moved the suit forward, grinning that it was working again, stepping through the hole in the wall and towards both Spike and the dragon again.

Apple Bloom did let off a light smirk to Twist, giving her friend another light kiss on the nose "So, what else do you want to do, hmm?"

Strife looked at the colt lazily and yawned "And your point is?" she asked him, showing no signs that she was going to even bother moving to even look at what was going on in the distance.

"You are trespassing on Equestrian government property!" Spike said as he changed magazines on his rifle. "As head of security for the Celestia Institute, both your presence and the presence of your assailant are my concerns! Now both of you leave before I get heavier back up!"

"Yeah and....wait, both of us? As in that dragon and me?" Lyra asked as she pointed a finger of her mech at Spike "Dude, I'm trying to help here, as in, taking down that dragon so the proper authorities don't have to deal with it" her gaze shifted to the dragon, then to Spike again.
"Besides, this suit can handle whatever that dragon can dish out" Lyra added in, the fists of her suit then clenched "So, if you'll excuse me, I have a fight to finish" she added in and turned her attention to the dragon, only to see it starting to fly off again. She in turn, groaned and she looked to Spike again "You know what, on second thought....he's all yours now" she added in with a small nervous laugh as she started to step backwards.

"Sorry, Lyra, I have to follow protocols. No one is allowed in the complex unless they get clearance from the office. And the office is not open now," Spike said, lowering his rifle.
He then watched the dragon flying off. He nodded. "Well, that means my work here is done. See ya!"
He then leapt into the air and the thrusters on his boots activated as he flew back to the onsite housing.

"Spike, what happened?" Twilight asked via radio.
"Lyra and a dragon were fighting," he said as he soared through the night sky. As he flew over the complex, he could see the gaudy neon signs of Ponyville's stores advertising all sorts of wares.
His stomach growled as he flew. He veered and set a course for Sugarcube Corner.

Sugarcube Corner was exactly the same as he remembered it from his childhood. Its cheery gingerbread and frosting decor hadn't changed one bit, though the pollution from the factories had dulled it a bit. The dull whirring of repulsorsleds and flying suits could be heard in the distance.
He decelerated before he ran into an electronic billboard advertising some new magitech upgrade. As he landed on the rain-slicked streets, it was quite clear that Sugarcube Corner had become something of a 24 hour conveinence store.
As he entered, he was greeted by several other ponies, many of whom were either clad in trenchcoats or light exoskeletons.
Spike took off his helmet and tucked it into his backpack. He looked around the store; it looked the same as it did during his childhood. He sniffed the air - it still smelled like baked goods.
He stood in line. Pound Cake - the Cakes' grown colt - was busy taking an order from a trenchcoat wearing mare.

Twist blushed bright red.
"I...don't know, really... I didn't think thomething like thith would ever happen at all..."
She admitted sheepishly...

(Elsewhere in the city. A local bar)
A pony entered the nearest bar, eyes gazing around at who was there. But with it being this late at night, it was almost empty, save for one creature. A griffon. Gilda as her eyes fell upon the creature and in turn, she let off a light smirk. It took her not that long to find Gilda, but she found her in the end as she stepped forward.
"Hello....Gilda..." the voice would sound rather familiar to Gilda as the pegasus started to approached the griffon.

(Sugarcube Corner)
Spike was next in line. A golden Pegasus mare with a cybernetic eye glanced at him. "What will it be?" she asked.
"Just a sapphire cupcake and a salad," he said. He reached into his belt pouch for some bits to pay as his order was telekinetically floated over to him.
"Spike?" a familiar voice called out.
Spike turned around, nearly bumping into another customer as he did so. He saw a familiar blue mare. Her pink mane was greyed out by age but there was no mistaking who it was: Cup Cake.
"Mrs. Cake?" he said.
"Oh, Spike," she said. "You remember." She looked at his armored form. "And look how you changed. Why I remember when you were just a baby and when Twilight first bought you in here you-"
"Erm, thanks for the story but I have to meet Twilight!" Spike quickly blurted out as he breathed his burst of dragonfire on the goods, instantly teleporting them to his apartment.
He then donned his helmet, ran out into the streets and soared into the skies with the whoosh of the rocket thrusters on his feet. The last thing he heard was raucous laughter from the store as Mrs. Cake told everypony his embarrassing blunder from his childhood.

(Pinkamena's Cafe)
Scootaloo ordered some beer and hay fries. She then turned to the colt. "So exactly what do you have that may interest me?" she asked as she munched on a hay fry.

It was still at least an hour to go before her show would begin as Trixie sat in her dressing room, brush levitating as she was giving her mane a bit of a brush while she went over in her mind how the show was going to play out, which magic act she would start off with, considering the fact that lately, she did like to mix things up, trying not to put the same show on twice, giving the audience at least something new each and every time.
Her eyes just looked at herself in the mirror before she ended up giving off a bit of a sigh. There was still something else about this show she wanted to do as an idea entered her mind and in turn, she levitating a quil and paper in front of herself and started to write on it.
Dear Twilight Sparkle
It's just me again, getting ready for one of my shows as usual, but I had an idea, that is, if you're not all that busy hopefully, and that is if you'd want to drop by either now before my show starts, during it....or after it....I would love it, after all, I do want to at least see you again, it just gets so....boring without anypony to really talk to and all that.

And in a flash, the letter was gone, sent off to Twilight as Trixie just sat there, looking at her picture she had of Twilight pinned to her mirror.

Gilda stopped drinking her drink for a moment, then looked up.
"D-Dawn? Is that you?"
She asked, incredulous...

The pegasus gave a small nod back "Of course it's me, I mean, can't just come and see how you're holding up after what has been happening so far?" Dawn asked back, though seeming to be unaware of what actually has been happening earlier on. Though, she wasn't going to let that show to Gilda "Besides....I worry about you"

Gilda shook her head.
"I'm fine. Not the first time my heart's been torn apart, anyways."
She said calmly, taking another drink...

Dawn moved closer to Gilda "That's good to hear" she spoke back, herself remaining calm as she glanced at Gilda before she leaned over and gave Gilda a rather light kiss, right upon the cheek and in turn, seemed to smirk very lightly as she did so.

(Celestia Institute Apartments)
Twilight Sparkle was watching some late night shows on TV when the front door opened.
"Twilight! I'm back!" Spike called from the foyer.
Twilight then galloped into the foyer. There, Spike was stripping off his battle armor and plugging it into itscharger.
"Spike! What took so long?"
Spike brushed back the spikes on his head as he sighed and closed the locker that held his suit and rifle (along with some other weaponry and gear). "Lyra and a dragon breached our perimeter. Luckily, I persuaded them to leave. And then I went to get food at Sugarcube Corner."
"Oh, Celestia, I haven't been there in years," Twilight said. "How is it?"
Spike laughed. "It's more like a convience store now but it's still got that homey atmosphere. And I avoided getting embarrassed by Mrs. Cake."
"She didn't try to pinch your cheeks did she?"
"Hay no!" Spike blurted out.
"Well, I'm off to bed," Twilight said.
As she trotted off, Spike opened his package and started munching on the sapphire cupcake.
As he did so, a letter appeared in the air. Even though Trixie's letter arrived instantaneously, it had been scanned by several sensors. These were installed after Twilight had angered a crime syndicate operating in the Undercity and she had a letter bomb mailed to her. Spike had gotten to it first and he had triggered it. Luckily, his extraordinarily resilient scales proved all but impervious to the blast. Though the apartment was severely damaged.
He opened the letter and double checked it to make sure it was safe. Satisfied it was, he headed to Twilight's bedroom.

Trixie soon put on her cape and magician's hat as she just seemed to grin to herself "Time to give these ponies a show that will know them off their hooves" she continued to grin rather happily to herself as she turned and trotted off, heading out of her room and down the hallway, just humming a little to herself as she did so.
"Mares and gentlecolts! It is now the moment you have all been waiting for! I now present to you all, The Great and Powerful Trixie!" the announcer called out as he stepped backwards, off the stage.
As soon as the announcer was off the stage, a puff of smoke appeared and there stood Trixie as she looked amongst the audience "Welcome everypony!" she called out as the audience already started to cheer for her. It was rather packed that night, yet, that didn't bother Trixie one bit as her horn started to glow under her hat and a box appeared "Now, for tonight, Trixie shall first start off with something simple. She will step into that box and impale it with swords....and well, you shall see what happens after that" she spoke as she turned, stepping into said box before 30 sword started to float before impaling the box.
Moments later, she did reappear in the back of the audience, to which said audience did cheer her on for her simple magic trick.

Spike handed Twilight the letter. Twilight blushed as she read the letter. "It's from Trixie!" she squealed.
Spike snorted. "You mean that two-bit braggart and liar?"
"Spike! She's over that now!" Twilight scolded.
Spike rolled his eyes. "Yeah, I'm going to sleep now. If she tries starting s--- with you, call me and I'll be ready with my rifle in ten seconds flat." He then headed to his bedroom - which also had a safe containing additional weapons and gear.
"Oh Spike, your job's getting to you."
Twilight then got to work drafting a letter to send to Trixie.

It was now half time, giving Trixie at least half an hour before the second half of her show would begin, and already she was feeling fairly confident about it "These mare and colts....so glad they adore my shows....don't know what I would do without them" she spoke to herself with a content smile upon her face as she headed outside for the time being. She wanted to at least head down the road for the moment and get herself a drink.
She entered the local cafe and ordered herself a hay shake and sat down at one of the tables, sipping away at it.

Twilight slid the letter in the envelope. With a flash of purple magic, the letter was on its way to Trixie.
She then trotted off to her bedroom.

Pumpkin Cake rode her hover skiff through the rainy streets. She was to deliver some expensive liquor imported from Canterlot to Pinkamena's CafÈ. As per "valuable goods" protocol with her company, she wore a light suit of armor and carried a small personal defense blaater on her right foreleg.
She sighed as she banked her vehicle right, narrowly avoiding an intoxicated pegasus.
Soon, she arrived in a section of Ponyville that had seem better days. A few decrepit buildings surrounded her and broken glass and other debris crunches under her armored hooves.
She levitated out the goods and entered a large dingy building with a flickering neon sign that read "Pinkamena's CafÈ".
Inside the club, pounding industrial rock drowned out everything else. Brilliant lights strobed around the bar in a psychadelic display. Several ponies were dancing or more likely, grinding on each other, to the high-energy music.
She went up to the barkeeper. "Excuse me, I have a delivery for Pinkamena Pie."

Before the barkeep could reply, a voice spoke up "Well, well, well, long time no see Pumpkin Cake" the voice stated, belonging to that of Pinkamena as she approached Pumpkin Cake.
Her eyes gazed at the package for a moment before she wrapped a hoof around Pumpkin Cake, hoof running along her cheek "So tell me, what's in the package hmm?" she asked "I take it that it is valuable by what you're wearing....and...." Pinkamena thought for a moment and smirked very lightly.
"Tell you what, why not step into my office where it's not so....loud, hmm?" Pinkamena asked, giving Pumpkin Cake a very light little nuzzle before she turned, her tail seeming to just run along Pumpkin Cake's cheek a little and turned, heading off into her office before just standing by, waiting for the unicorn to enter as well.

Pumpkin Cake powered up her blaster but followed Pinkamena into the office. Something about this mare seemed oddly familiar but she shook it off.
As she seated herself on a chair, she turned to Pinkamena. "The package contains Canterlotian liquor." She levitated out a tablet from a pocket in her armored suit. "Now if you are Pinkamena, I need you to sign here and I'll deliver the package to you"

"Liquor, liquor, liquor....and from Canterlot you say?" Pinkamena had to think on it for just a moment "Ah yes, that's right, now I recall, ordered it not that long ago either" she spoke up as she signed her name before opening up said package.
Her eyes gazed at Pumpkin Cake "Care to stay for a drink?" she asked as she again, wrapped a hoof around the unicorn "After all, I'm sure that making deliveries all the time would be tiring, and one does need to have time off, have a drink or two" she added in, pulling her closer to herself.

Pumpkin was sweating as she took the tablet. "Erm, all right," she said. "But I can't stay too long, I have to deliver something from Sugarcube Corner to somepony named Trixie Lulamoon."
She glanced around the room. The industrial rock could be heard even through the closed door.

Pinkamena let off a very light smirk as Pumpkin accepted her offer and in turn, gave her a small little nuzzle too before deciding to pour the liquor out into two glasses, one for Pumpkin and one for herself.
"That's good to hear" she spoke as just looked at Pumpkin, seeming to smile a bit seductivly at the unicorn, taking a sip from the glass of liquor "Oh....now that is some good stuff, try some....you'll love it"

Pumpkin swirled the liquor around in her telekinetic grasp as she stuck her snout into the stem and sniffed deeply; it was quite strong, Canterlotian liquor always was.
"So, Pinkamena," Pumpkin began as she took a tentative sip of the liquor. "I noticed your last name is 'Pie'. Are you by any chance related to the Element of Laughter, Pinkie Pie?"

Pinkamena stopped for a moment as she turned her back away from Pumpkin for just a moment. She just had to bring up Pinkie Pie into the conversation, the one that she usually didn't not enjoy getting along with at all. But for now, she would see if she could just avoid the question itself as she turned to face Pumpkin again and approached the unicorn.
"Pinkie Pie....oh....the name does sound....somewhat familiar...." Pinkamena spoke as she leaned in and pressed her own lips against Pumpkin's, giving her a soft kiss upon the lips "Why do you ask?"

Pumpkin flinched as she was kissed by the mare. She wiped her lips with the back of her left hoof. "Because Pinkie's been missing for years. Last time I saw her was when I first got my job as a courier and Pound first got into tunnel-running. That was about, seven or so years ago." She gulped to choke back some tears. She took another sip of the liquor and pushed the glass away - flying a hover skiff while drunk is a very bad idea.

"So sorry" Pinkamena spoke, faking sincerity herself as she just looked at Pumpkin "It's such a shame when something like that happens to a mare....such as yourself...." she added in as she pressed her snout to Pumpkin's, giving her a very light smirk as she did so.
She ran her front right hook along Pumpkin's cheek just lightly "But I'll tell you what, if I ever see her again....I'll be sure to let you know....hmm?" she asked, though a bit rhetorically as she again, kissed Pumpkin rather light upon the lips.

Pumpkin flinched. "Ah, Pinkamena, you're making me a bit uncomfortable. Anyways, I have to deliver something!"
She then made for the door.

"Very well then....but....we'll meet again....trust me" Pinkamena spoke up as she watched Pumpkin starting to leave before she walked over to stop the other unicorn for just a moment "Oh....and do give my regards to Mr. and Mrs. Cake will you? I'm sure that they miss Pinkie Pie quite a bit" she added in, just looking at Pumpkin.
But then, another small idea came across her mind as she stepped forward towards Pumpkin "Besides, what's the rush anyway? Whatever it is you have to delieve to Trixie.....I'm sure that can wait" she spoke some more....almost in a more seductive like tone this time around.

Gilda froze when Dawn kissed her, blushing visibly, wings flaring out behind her a little.
"D-Dawn..."
She said softly...

Pumpkin frowned as she gently pushed Pinkamena aside. "This is a highly time sensitive delivery. Trixie Lulamoon is our greatest customer and if she doesn't get her goods on time, we lose business."
She then galloped out into the bar and made her way to the exit.

Pinkamena sighed just a little "Shame too, and we could've had so much fun too" she chuckled just a little to herself as she glanced into the mirror.
"You know, that wasn't very nice....Pumpkin should've known that I'm still alive" Pinke Pie argued back.
"Then where would all the fun be in that? Besides, she is a cute one" Pinkamena chuckled some more as she sipped away at the liqour.

Dawn just seemed to smirk back to Gilda lightly and kissed her again, but on the beak this time around "What's wrong Gilda?"

Gilda shivered.
"Wh-what about Sweetie Belle...?"
She asked halfheartedly...

Dawn stopped for a moment as she just looked at Gilda still before running a hoof along her cheek "Sweetie Belle? Well, what she doesn't know wont hurt her. Besides, can't I spend sometime with the one I really do love?" she asked back, hoof still running along Gilda's cheek before she leaned in and seeming to, rather lovingly that is, nuzzle Gilda.

Gilda blushed.
"But what about what you said to Sweetie Belle?"
She asked softly...

"What about it?" Dawn asked back, doing what she could to not let Gilda catch onto what she was really up to as she started to nuzzle Gilda somewhat.

Pumpkin rode her skiff through the driving rain of Ponyville. All around her were Pegasi, Cyla-corns and ponies riding either hover skiffs or some other type of flying device.
She banked left continued down that path until she landed at an apartment complex.
She checked her tablet; this was the address.
Pumpkin then rapped her hoof on the door. "Delivery for Ms. Lulamoon."

Trixie had just gotten back home, after having finished her show for the night and looked ahead, noticing Pumpkin at the door. She let off just a slight groan before she just simply gave off a quick stretch and approached "That would be me, what sort of delivery do I have this time?" she asked the other unicorn.
Though she was at least hoping one would be a letter back from Twilight, though unsure on if Twilight was sending it via courier or via magic. But for now, one thing at a time, finding out what was being delivered to her right now.

Gilda grinned slightly.
"I hardly think it's appropriate to be hitting on me when you're in the situation you're in..."
She chuckled idly...

Dawn narrowed her eyes slightly at Gilda's little accusation before her own eyes flashed green for just a moment, and without so much as a second warning, she kissed Gilda upon the lips again, but this time, more forcefully than sensational, as if to actually suck some of the life force out of her.
She just stood there, looking at Gilda after having done such a thing, eyes normal once again, yet, she did not even seem to say a single word upon the matter.

Pumpkin rubbed the back of her head with a forehoof as the tablet levitated in front of her. "Yes, according to my manifest, you ordered twelve carrot cupcakes from Sugarcube Corner. If that is correct, please confirm it and I shall retrieve your order."

Gilda blushed and placed a claw to her lips.
"D-Damnit Dawn..."
She whispered softly, then, without warning, pinned the other pony to the wall, kissing her fiercely...

"12 carrot cupcakes?" Trixie had to think for a second "Oh yeah, almost forgot about that, but you know how it's like with having a busy night, yoiu tend to forget about a few things" she spoke as she signed the tablet....just as her horn started to glow until the letter from Twilight had finally arrived, to which Trixie opened it up to have a read of it.

Dawn just seemed to smirk back, as it actually seemed to had worked, to which she in turn, continued to kiss Gilda back rather fiercly herself, eyes again, glowing green as she started to suck some more life force from Gilda.
'She maybe an excelent kisser.....but her love for Dawn will still be mine....' Dawn thought to herself as she continued to kiss Gilda still.

Gilda grinned and licked her lips teasingly.
"Mmm...y'know you may not be Dawn, but you look enough like her~. And right about now, I could use a little...release~"
She purred...

"Clever griffon...." Dawn chuckled, eyes remaining green all the while as she let off a light smirk, running her tounge along Gilda's feathery cheek "But do answer me this, how much do you love Dawn? Would you rather be with her for the rest of your life?" she asked, looking into Gilda's eyes with those green eyes of hers before she stepped back away from her.

Gilda purred a little.
"I love Dawn more than anything in this whole world...I'd do anything to be with her...but she has Sweetie Belle..."
She said softly...

The other pegasus gave off a very light smirk at that as she just stood there "That is such a shame...." she spoke up, almost sounding rather uninterested in it in the end as her eyes just gazed upon Gilda still "But no matter, at least I have manged to steal....some of your love for her from you" she chuckled somewhat.
Though she then stepped forward again, her voice returning back to that of Dawn's voice again "But you should know Gilda....that I will always love you...no matter what....always" she spoke, as if she was still trying to confuse Gilda still.

Gilda smirked and pulled Dawn closer.
"Mmm...don't think I'm letting you off that easy..."
She said in a throaty purr...

"Good....I'd rather you didn't" Dawn smirked back to Gilda and straight away, forced another kiss upon Gilda's beak again, eyes again, flashing green, as if to suck some more of her life force from her. But as she did that, she did allow for her own tounge to explore the inside of Gilda's own mouth, pushing against Gilda's tounge as she did so.

Gilda grinned, tracing a hand up Dawn's leg as she smirked.
"Heh...never done it like this before~"
She teased slightly...

"Well now, always a first time for everything isn't there?" Dawn chuckled lightly as she continued to kiss Gilda still, those eyes of hers still glowing green as she felt Gilda's hand trace up her leg. Though she herself allowed for one of her bottom of her hooves to change form, to mock that of Gilda's hand.
She in turn, used that to run it down Gilda's stomach, a single claw tracing along her stomach, heading down, lower and lower still....

Gilda let out a soft moan.
"Mmm...you're a changeling...heh...this could be fun."
She chuckled, claw teasing against "Dawn's" crotch

"But of course" the changeling answered back as some more life force was sucked away from Gilda, as if to make the griffon even weaker still "But I am impressed that you're able to hold out for this long...." and in turn, she decided to change form completely, showing off that she was none other than Queen Chrysalis herself.
"But no matter, it wont last much longer anyway" she added in, eyes looking into Gilda's eyes all the while.

Gilda smirked, and, in a flash, had pulled a pair of restraint cuffs off of her belt, using them to pin Chrysalis' front legs to the wall behind them.
"Heh...you're right on that one..."
She smirked...

"Really?" Chrysalis asked sounding rather unimpressed with Gilda's attempt at pinning her to the wall like that and in a flash herself, she had changed form yet again, this time, to Rainbow Dash.
"I thought you'd be over this sort of stuff Gilda" "Rainbow Dash" spoke, and in the same voice as the pegasus would usually talk too, giving off a light chuckle as she did so "Can't get anypony to love you properly, so you just have to go and force it upon them instead?"

Gilda smirked.
"Who said anything about love, hm? This is just to help me get off, that's all~"
She taunted, idly rubbing along Chrysalis' slit...

"So that's what you decide to lower yourself to, hmm? Heh, you really are pathetic Gilda" the pegasus sneered back somewhat "After all, that's all you'll ever be in this world, alone, and not even your precious Dawn will want to have you"
Again, she changed form, this time to Fluttershy next "Always so weak and pathetic, so worthless. It's rather amazing that you have decided to keep on going on in this world still, despite all the lonliness you face"

Gilda grinned idly.
"See, that might have worked, except for the fact that you changed right in front of me...kinda kills the whole trick, y'know that?"
She smirked, slipping her finger into Chrysalis...

"Oh really?" the changeling asked back, smirking back, though giving off a slight moan as she did so as her form changed to Dawn once again....and in a more sincere tone instead, with a sniffle to boot "But...it's just that, I still do love Sweetie Belle, and you're just wanting to tear us apart so you can have me all for yourself...."
Again, she sniffed as she continued to do her best to fake being upset and scared at the same time.

She said, slowly fingering Chrysalis with a low murr...

"But Gilda..." and in turn, she changed once again....to that of Pinkamena Dianne Pie (not Pinkie Pie of course) as a small grin appeared upon her face "Are you even sure you having all the fun in the world right now?" she asked, her voice sounding rather dark this time around, the grin still present upon her face....though she did let off a light murmer herself at what Gilda was doing.

"Really not a good choice of disguises. Makes me want to leave you here, chained and helpless, let some of the others in here get their turns with you..."
She chuckled idly, trailing her tongue over Chrysalis...

"That desperate I see...." Chrysalis spoke back, remaining in the Pinkamena form for the time being as her eyes just looked at Gilda rather lazily "It's a real shame too, since these cuffs wont even be able to hold me...." her horn appeared upon her head again as it started to glow.

"Yeah, see, I'm a bounty hunter. Do you really think that those things aren't magic-resistant? Because they are. Now shut up and enjoy this."
She said with a grin as her tongue ran over Chrysalis' slit...

Chrysalis let off a sneer by that point as she reverted back to her own form again, eyes narrowed upon Gilda all the while "And yet I'm sure there could be something for more interesting to do than to have your way with me" she chuckled away slightly before letting off another slight moan at the feel of Gilda's tounge along her slit.

"Well, maybe. But at the moment...I can't think of any."

Chrysalis glanced to the side for a moment, knowing full well that there was no point in trying to argue her way out of this, nor try and persuade Gilda otherwise, since she did seem so set on wanting to have her way with the Changeling Queen "You do realize that this still wont change a thing in the end right?"

Pumpkin put the tablet back into her armored suit. "Well glad to see you got the letter and package."
She hopped onto her skiff and flew back to Sugarcube Corner where she could get some well deserved sleep.

Trixie just stood there for a moment, a rather childish looking grin upon her face as she read the letter over a few times before pulling it to her chest and letting off a little squeal. Her horn started to glow as she grabbed the cupcakes and straight away, she had headed off, already for Twilight's place.

(Outside Twilight's place)
Before long, she had arrived and stood at the door, knocking on it and just stood there, waiting to be let in. Although she still knew about the whole ordeal with Spike, that he still didn't exactly trust her, but for now, she just shrugged it off, since she was here to see Twilight and nopony else, not even a dragon.

Gilda chuckled.
"Hmm...Interesting trick you did there before. Mmmm...maybe I have a use for you yet."
She said idly, pressing her beak to Chrysalis' slit

"Have a use for me? Do I look like I would be willing to serve under somepony else, even if they aren't a pony to begin with?" Chrysalis replied back, though letting off a very light sounding murmer as she did so.

"Even if that gave you access to all the life force you could handle?"

Chrysalis looked at Gilda for just a moment, actually pondering what the griffon was telling her. It was an interesting offer, that was for sure as she thought on it some more, changing her form to match that of Gilda's as she smirked away lightly "Perhaps....but then, might I ask you something about it, which is....would there be any side-effects, I suppose you might be able to put it, in doing such a thing?"

"Two, really. One, you'd be working for me and the Ravens, so you'd have to work for your meals. Two...well, let's just say that you and I...hehe..."
She smirked and placed a soft kiss on Chrysalis' clit...

"Fine" Chrysalis seemed to sneer back to Gilda light, while still remaining in Gilda's form and voice too, eyes narrowed at the real Gilda for now, though she did murmer some more as Gilda kissed her slit.

Spike awoke from the knocking. He grabbed his rifle and slapped a magazine into it. He decided against putting on his armor.
He opened the door and found Trixie. "Eh, Trixie, Twilight's waiting for you in the living room."
He then yawned and shut the door behind her as he put his rifle away and headed back to his room.

Pumpkin parked her skiff in the backlot of Sugarcube Corner.
Her brother, Pound was busy repairing his racing suit.
"So where were you?" he asked as he spat out the wrench in his mouth.
"Deliveries. To somepony named Pinkamena Pie."
"Pardon?" Pound asked. "Did you say 'Pinkamena Pie'?"
Pumpkin nodded. "Now if you'll excuse me, I need some sleep."
She then trotted back into the Sugarcube Corner where she climbed up the stairs to their apartment where she could take off her armored suit, wash up and go to bed.

"Took you long enough" Trixie muttered a little under her breath as she was let in, glancing at Spike as he left before she trotted off into the living room to go and see Twilight.
Once inside the living room, she spotted Twilight and trotted right over to her, putting the cupcakes down beside them and giving the other unicorn a loving nuzzle "Sorry I'm late, the show ran on for a bit, but....they all loved it" she spoke, letting off a small little giggle as she did so.

"Oh that's all right," Twilight said as she gave Trixie a peck on the cheek. "So how's show biz?"

"Oh, it's not too bad at all, I have my fans that just adore me and always seem to be willing to come back for any other shows that I put on. I'm sure that I'm getting new fans by the second" Trixie replied back as she levitated a cupcate over to Twilight, giving her a smile.
"By the way, it's a carrot cupcake, and don't worry, they arrived today....which is when I also got your letter, which was just perfect timing....so, I shot right on over here to see my one and only favourite mare" Trixie added in as she gave off a smile to Twilight too.

Twilight took the cupcake in her telekinetic grasp and munched it. She smiled as the flavors of vanilla, carrots and butter frosting danced across her tongue.
"So, Trixie," Twilight said with half-lidded eyes. "Got some showbiz you wanna show me?"
She then trotted off to her bedroom, her tail swaying alluringly as she did so.

"You bet I do Twilight" Trixie seemed to grin back lightly as she watched Twilight trot off to her bedroom, to which Trixie followed suit, following Twilight into her bedroom.
She looked to Twilight and gave off a light smirk too "And as usual, you look just beautiful Twilight"

"Well, then...welcome to the Ravens, sexy."
She murred...

Twilight giggled and lay on her bed. She winked at Trixie. "So care to join me?"
She giggled again. "Just don't make too much noise or Spike might panic and come in with his rifle at the ready. That dragon's too paranoid for his own good."

"Oh, you bet your cut little horn I'm joining you" Trixie giggled back as she climbed onto the bed next to Twilight before rolling right on top of her and giving her a kiss upon the lips "Too paranoid? I just think he doesn't like me...." she groaned lightly.
Though, she then kissed Twilight once again upon the lips "The other good thing right now, I don't have another show for a while, so I at least get to spend more time with my very special unicorn" she giggled and nuzzled Twilight.

Chrysalis' eyes just narrowed at Gilda for a moment "Then, if we are now on the same side, will you care to release me from these shackles?"

Twilight giggled as she returned the kiss, driving her tongue into Trixie's mouth.
She then broke the kiss and telekinetically levitated over a bottle of Canterlotian liquor. "Want some? It's from Canterlot. Just ordered it from Sugarcube Corner?"

She said, reaching up and undoing the shackles...

Applejack was chatting with her employees inside the company cafeteria. The decor of wood floors and beams (real wood, not the synthetically transmuted one that was all the rage among the Canterlotian elite) and rough hewn furniture along with the hearty meals of all you can eat grits, apple cobbler, mashed potatoes and hay burgers gave the cafeteria the feel of a farmhouse - despite the fact it was several hundred feet underground.
"Hey, so how y'all doin'?" Applejack said pleasantly as she trotted among her employees.
"Just fine," a unicorn mare said as she heaped grits atop her plate. "What brings you down here?"
Applejack grinned. "What? Ah can't see how mah employees are doin'?" She grabbed the ladle with her mouth and heaped mashed potatoes onto her plate.
