Title: Rinkus as a hatchling

I don't know why I've been on a Rinkus obsession lately. Feels like every time I watch the LBT series, I get attached to a new character. XD
Anyway, I was watching The Stone of Cold Fire the other day and noticed something I never noticed as a kid: Rinkus holds his tail a lot. I got to wondering why, and figured that maybe he used to hold his moms' tail as a baby, and that he derives subconscious comfort out of holding his own tail. Memories from being a baby, and all. So I made a pic depicting it.

Then I did another one with Rinkus and possible childhood siblings.
I figure him to be the type who didn't get as much attention, not being overtly aggressive (more like passive aggressive, at least as an adult.)

Nice!  :lol: I really like the idea of Rinkus holding his tail because he used to hold his mother's tail :lol

:D It was only a matter of time before someone drew something like this. :D

Wow. Very nice art, fanciful flyer. No one here has ever drawn Rinkus as a young hatchling with his siblings, and with his mom. :)  

(The only thing you missed drawing was his light pink colored belly.) But other than that, you did great! :D I really like these drawings.

Even though Rinkus is one of my least favorite characters, he looks adorable in this one.

I can only second what everyone else has said already. Rinkus and his siblings are absolutely adorable, and what an excellent inference to what his childhood life may have been based on his actions in the present. The use of a bright color pallet was perfect considering the theme that you portrayed here. Exciting, lively, innocent, fresh, playful are just some of the thoughts that are conveyed to me with this image. I can imagine Rinkus being introverted and maybe even picked on a bit, which is why he may cling onto his tail as self-comfort or a boost of self-esteem. I love this drawing, so hopefully this can be seen by more people. :DD

Aww, I was happy for moment because I thought fanciful had returned. Oh well, moving on :(
