Those three members had some important things they had to get done. They chose their actions well. Two of them, Nevalainen and Vuorinen, had an obligation to the military. The other, Turunen, decided to finish up her schooling. Fighting for what you believe in and bettering one's knowledge are more than valid excuses to take a leave of absense.
