After much delay, I have the final mix of "Bestest Friends" sung by the group who sent me recordings of the in-movie version of the song. It can be downloaded here (320 kb/s stereo 44.1 kHz Mp3 format)

Wow! Singers not being in sync makes quite the difference. You did so well, that I can't decide if the movie or fanmade one is better.

We have never had as many participants as we had this time.
Do you remember the order of the voices (which parts are sung by whom?) I guess I recognize your, Adam's, Saphire's and my own voice with certainty and can make some guesses about which of the other voices belongs to whom, but I'm not totally sure about every voice.

The voice that sounds like Adam is probably that of Stitch. I will get a list of who sang what parts posted up shortly. I don't remember the exact division of voices in the last part of the song, but here it is for the first part:

Well, gee, that's very nice to say after all Tim has done here. Tim can only work with what we give him, and he will choose the parts where the vocalists have done the best. If in doubt, check your recordings. You have the instrumental track to sing to, and you have your own vocal track...mix the two together and get an idea of what works in the song, and what part you may want to re-record over. I posted my own solo rendition weeks ago, and that was my sixth take (and the one Tim used in the group version).

Awesome job Tim. This version worked out very nice as well, and included a lot more singers than our past projects have.

Hey Jason, great job, you and me with our duets.

Oh hey, you did send me one! LOL I actually completely missed it

: I have files all over this folder and I simply bypassed yours somehow (I guess my organization system isn't good enough for handling two versions of the same song).
I'll be gone all day so I can't fix it now but I'll add you in soon. Sorry for the error!

You did a great job Action. The song came out perfect. And I now realise why I never got the singing roles in the musicals that I was in at school. After hearing how I sounded I'd stick myself in the chorus if I heard myself too.
