How's the Weather?

It's gotten a lot chillier over here, which I enjoy a lot.

It's the perfect weather to be bundled up in a blanket and to watch an old movie. I wasn't expecting the temperature to drop until December, so this was a welcome surprise.

It has gotten cooler here as well! Lows in the upper 40s overall this week with temps only reaching 60°F at most in the day.

Pretty much the same thing for me as well. And seeing as it's unlikely to get any warmer next week, I decided to take out my air conditioner today.

A few weeks ago, a cold front hit the area and it's been cold since. I'm talking in the twenties. On top of that, not one snowflake in sight, but I do expect some soon. So yeah, just freezing around here. Even the heater is struggling sometimes.

We'll see how things change overtime.

9°C right now. The weather has been warmer than usual for this time of year these past few weeks. Not much snow either. But I do live in Canada, so that could well change soon.

Just got our first snow accumulation here in Vermont today. In addition, looks like the forecast for the entire week is going to be for cloudy skies, which is really unfortunate, because I've heard about a rare event in the night sky occurring this month where the planets Jupiter and Saturn will appear closer together than the width of a full moon on the 21st, the closest they've been in nearly 800 years. It would be a real shame if I missed seeing this due to endless cloudy skies.

Update!

So, snow came through during the last week. Not much, but it's been snowing on and off for a few days now. There's definitely a nice layer of white outside at this moment.

I'm expecting more before Christmas hits.

There's a nice layer of white here too. So far December has been a milder month for us than November, interestingly. But I too would expect some more before Christmas arrives.

Well, it was raining all day since the early morning. Just recently, that rain turned into snow.

Yep, the April Snow in my area before we get to True Spring.

I do not approve of the weather here this April, nope nope nope. Snow, hail, sun, worst of all.... the wind. Cant wait for everything to stabilize a bit more.

Tomorrow's high temperature is expected to reach 70F for the first time this spring, and with today being clear and sunny with a modest breeze, I figured today would be an excellent time to put in the air conditioner in my room. It may not get warm enough for me to use it for probably another week, but at least I'll feel comfortable having it all set up and ready whenever I need it.
