Just out of curiousity, I thought I'd start up this little poll.

Hmm..I had my vote in
"All of the above, plus I am capable of transposing notes to other keys or writing parts for different instruments in the appropriate key for the instrument"

but when I added more options to the poll, my vote didn't follow accordingly and there is no "manual override" for the votes. Oh well

I can't do anything. I can't even stay in tune with a radio. Not to mention that I find all but LBT music to be annoying usually.

I know all of the keys but have limited knowledge of chords outside of major and minor

I was just stating that is incorrect. You see 2 votes there, with one of them being mine. My vote should Not be there. It is supposed to be in

I have all of the major keys memorized, a few of the minor keys, and some basic knowledge of chord structures

I never took music theory, just played the stuff and learned off of that.

I am forced to play piano by my parents.

I also play the violin on my own accord.

I chose the second option. I mean, I do consider myself a music lover. I just have a hard time trying to understand the notes.

I wasn't sure how to answer so I didn't. I don't remember much but way way way back in fourth grade the substitute teacher did teach the class how to read and write music, though I don't remember any of that since I had no reason to remember and keep using it. She was the teacher for 2-3 months while the regular teacher was on maternity leave.
