I recommend you try out Runner 2. It should be available on the Nintendo store.

My BF let me borrow his Wii recently and can't say I'm convinced with th controls. I was hoping for Mario galaxy to sweep me up but it just wasn't doing it for me. I've been having more fun with bit trip runner then anything else

And hey, my 1,000th post, awesome!

If people are critically interested in that franchise and would like to discuss specific negative points about it I am sure that such discussions are possible here (as has been the case in the past).
Enough said, then.

If people however have a hearty dislike about the show then why on earth do you take it upon yourself to watch it and then go to people who like it to tell them how much you dislike it without any visible intention of starting a discussion or anything of any sorts?
This is not a MLP forum. This is a thread on a social forum welcoming open discussion about MLP. My post relates to critical discussion about MLP and merely cites bronies pleas as one reason for watching it. This is not a place for someone to piss on the thread and declare it their territory.

I will post my opinion when I want to. Please do not bend my post around and declare me a troll for doing that, Malte. LBTDiclonius, Kor and Mumbling get the right idea.

I went ahead and downloaded the episode to see if the show had improved in quality from the last I had seen of it and was left unimpressed. I would have to assume this is MLP at its worst with no conflict or plot threading to keep interest in the episode, and just barely qualifies as "character shenanigans." They literally just run around a castle for 20 minutes and spook each other with over exaggerated reactions that grow tiring a minute in. From my experience "villains" in MLP are not malicious or threatening in any way and are often revealed to be friendly, and I have no reason to believe otherwise after watching this episode. It's also strange how the rabbit creature immediately forgot about fluttershy when they separated, and the dragon things sarcastic response about something he spent the whole episode fearing. Pinkie pie remains to be my least favorite character, her charisma falls flat and her fourth wall breaking awareness of the situation breaks the little cohesion the "narrative" has. It's funny because shes playing a prank, right u guyz? haha she so funni lulz

Filler can still have substantial value and offer an opportunity to delve into the characters and their universe, so I'll hold any show up to those standards.

Bronies are always the first to recommend I watch the show further before I comment, so I will occasionally... Otherwise I'll stick to Martha Speaks or Wordgirl for charming childrens shows.

Gamers Zone / Wii U

In all fairness, I forgot this thing even existed. My boyfriend bought a Wii U and only owns two games, none have spoken out to him. In fact, when I had seen the new Mario, I had thought it was a 3ds game. It took a recent furry convention to remind me, and even then most people were playing on it were definitely not new games as far as I know. Honestly I would prefer the 3ds, at least there I'd have a broader selection of games.

I vote Mumbling for Helpful Member. I get along with her like no one else over IM from GOF, and shes usually first to clear up whats going on. We agree on most everything and even when we don't she's always open to discuss. She's very sociable and willing to talk about almost anything. I'm glad to see her getting some recognition here.

IIRC emulation is not illegal if you own the license or property to begin with, considering you have already paid the company to do what you want with their hardware/software

No offense Murr Murr, but worrying over the rules of a forum game breaks the purpose of it, especially when you feel the need to push them on others. Generally makes them unappealing to participate in, not the presence of small "errors" (LBT's posts seemed fine by me) that will be missed by everyone but you. I'm certain this thread would be healthy if you hadn't told LBT to "get back on topic"

Hey now, lets not point fingers at those interested in a Xbox1 here.

They SAY it is removed, but is it really removed when we place this device into our homes?
The Xbox1 will require a day one patch to operate, but you'll never have to connect it again after that point. Compare this to the PS4 that requires no patches to work right out of the box.
