Title: A New Day
Post by: landbeforetimelover on July 06, 2007, 12:07:59 AM
I screwed around with movie maker some more and I think I understand the program better now.  I made a new music video based on my cheerful mood and the song I just found lying around on one of my clients computers that I'm fixing.  I hope I did better this time.

You're getting better.  The lyrics fit in with a good portion of the vid.  There were a few points where it didn't work out.  For the most part, it was good.

Keep it up! :^.^:

Now I need a new song for my next vid.  Any suggestions?  I can't just keep going on limewire and looking under the "what's new" section nor can I keep snooping around clients computers.  I really need a song.  The only one's I can find are about love and fast cars and other things that I cannot relate to LBT.

Thanks a lot!  I was having a heck of a time here.  This'll really help.  If nothing else, it gives me something to put in the search box.

Have you tried using the transitions in WMM?  That would help the very sudden scene changes. :)

Thanks a lot Darkhououmon!  I didn't use any of you suggestions, but when I was searching for one of them, I found one that fit LBT really well.  Anyway, I'll do some of them you suggested later.  I just finished my 3rd music vid.  It's saving to my computer and then I'll upload it onto google.  ETA 30 minutes.  It's a lot better than my other ones.

my version of movie maker is corrupted.  I fixed most of it manually, but it's not perfect.  I can't do screen transitions till I fix the missing DLL and script error.

You don't need to access the transitions part of the program to pull off a simple transition, which you see in my videos, where two scenes temporarily overlap. All you gotta do is select the clip in the Timeline you want to overlap and drag it to the left to overlap the previous clip.
