Care to share what happened on your special day? Or do you not celebrate birthdays? Don't worry, because I don't celebrate my own. 
Oh, I have lots going on this week.
Last Friday (the 6th), my brother and I went out to our father's house for sort of a pre-birthday BBQ (as my brother's birthday is only two days from mine). My dad and his girlfriend live in a small town about twenty minutes outside of the city where my bro and I live, but it's a pleasant drive out there. Dad also said he wants to do an actual birthday celebration with each of us, so I told him I'd like to stay a weekend at his and his girlfriend's house sometime soon. Then the following day (the 7th), my brother generously offered to treat me to a birthday lunch, so we ate out at a restaurant of my choosing.
Earlier today, my mother and I hung out at the university for a while (a tradition of ours). Tomorrow, her and I are going out hiking in a nearby city. The next day, Friday, Mom is having a birthday supper for both me and my brother. On Saturday, I'm having
another birthday celebration supper with Mom and a couple of our friends. Then on Sunday, my brother and I are having brunch at our step-mother's house.
On the actual day of my birthday however (the 10th), I didn't really do anything. I mostly just stayed at home, ate bacon and cake, and slept in.
