In the cover of the land before time 4. You could see Ichy with binoculars. This is really bugging me out. Pls someone explain.

I can tell this was probably an inside joke made by the executives at Universal because:

• Ichy and Dil is probably one of the goofiest villians made in the franchise because they normally don’t get along (and somehow make insults such as being ugly as their mom) so that might be a reason why that joke was placed.
• I think Dil has bad eyesight, so Ichy is pretty much Dil’s eyes, which is why Ichy has binoculars.

That’s all the reasons I can think of why they placed that joke there.

From what I remember, that's supposed to be an older version of the cover image. They've since updated it to remove Ichy and Dil, binoculars and all, and it's very likely because they realized the anachronism there. I know this because I have a VHS case of the movie with the newer cover.

Haha, that’s classic. Although a bit misleading to anyone glancing at the cover. At least they changed up the covers, although I honestly prefer the original ones.
