Prologue:
Littlefoot's life in the Great Valley has been, for the most part, very exciting and fun! Despite the turmoil, grief, suffering and pain it took Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie, and Spike to reach it, it has been worth the effort. However, there has been one thing that Littlefoot has always longed for: a complete family. Losing his mother in the fashion that he did, he didn't deserve that at his age. Also that Littlefoot's father hardly knows his own son and remains wondering the Mysterious Beyond with his herd and on top of this he seldom ever come to the Great Valley, Littlefoot sometimes feels that his father doesn't take his own son seriously! For a long time he thought he will never have the experience of a full, loving, caring family for the rest of his life. Then he realises that he can possibly change everything, and potentially gain that experience for himself, and he just knows who to ask..
That's my prologue, a bit short I know but its there to give apprehension to the readers! If you have any feedback please let me know!

Ok. Here is the situation:
The gang and their families are returning to the valley after a very bad cold time and the gang gets separated from their parents and can't get to them. Then Littlefoot and the gang decides that they must find their own way back home. As they start out, they encounter a pair of familiar Longnecks: Bron and Shorty!
The RPG starts from there. Here is the character list:

I kid you not, In Brisbane, Australia there is a suburb that it called.... PETRIE! 
Go Google it as Petrie, Queensland and you will quickly find it. I wonder how Petrie would react to discovering that he has a town named after him!

Is it just me or is it that our only Australian dinosaur representative in the Land Before Time is so stupid? I am NOT happy about that! Also, how in the t.v series, it is shown that he can't swim either? Are you joking me! I personally don't know a singe home-grown Australian that is totally incompetent in their swimming ability.
But, yet again the movies and the t.v show were made by Americans...

In my opinion, Littlefoot is a leader with little experience under his belt. you can only be a good leader with a solid understanding on the three forms of leadership, and most importantly: experience. Case in point; the first movie. After his mother died, he was on his own, and when the rest of the gang joined him, Littlefoot had no experience in leadership. He did not know how to guide, motivate, assert his position, or more importantly in the first movie, resolve confrontations.
It was only after the first movie, where Littlefoot had some experience in leading a group and therefore, have a foundation to build and improve on in later situations. The moral of the story is that there is no such thing as a natural born leader and leadership takes knowledge and more importantly; experience.
