Starting this weekend at the Spanish Grand Prix, all of the Formula One teams will have to conform to yet more radical new regulations.

The Lotus team was spied testing their new chassis configuration in response to the rule changes today:

Well, the FIA change something pretty much every season, sometimes during the season. This was some Finnish magazine's April Fool's joke.
