Thought I'd as some of the funny moments that you enjoy. One I remember pretty well is one of Chomper's parents getting a look on their face, not sure if it's his mother or father, Chomper is putting some green food on the large leaf to take to Littlefoot and the others and saying something like "Sometimes I worry about that boy." :lol
-
Petrie's little hissy fit during the "Search for the Sky Color Stones" episode earned some laughs from me, as well as quite a few replays. :lol
-
Oh god, it's gotta be the time in "the search for the sky colored stones" when they were going to the smoking mountain and one of them said "it's also called booming mountain because it booms". Petire's reply was "It...It booms?" It was so funny I just couldn't stop laughing! Its just the way he said it. Talk about a laugh!

For some reason, that didn't compare with the Sky Color Stone incident to me.
"That not even ROCK!!!" :lol :lol :lol

That was in The Canyon of Shiney Stones.

That was in The Canyon of Shiney Stones
Yeah, now that I think about it, it was. Sorry for my inaccuracy. I've only seen that ep 2 times. B)
-
All very funny scenes, some that I've forgotten about.
-
This only makes sense for the Spanish speakers (it makes for a funny scene in English, but I like it more in Spanish)
"°Eso es una bola!" anyone whose seen movie 12 in Spanish knows what I'm talking about
-
I can make out that well enough to know what you said. :lol
-
I do not know Spanish, though I'm sure some things do not translate will and in being translated loose something.
-
I like the part in the tv episode: the forbidden friendship, where tippy's dad says "your son must of talked tippy into doing it" and Ducky's mom replies "My Spike desn't talk!". :lol I also like the one that Manny Cav mentioned.
-
I can make out that well enough to know what you said. :lol
Oh, come on! Can't someone at least translate or explain the differences?
-
Can't someone at least translate...
That's a bopper! ;)
-
How boring. I was expecting something different from what it was on the English movie.
-
Well technically, I think it translates to:
That's a Ball!
or something like that but I'm not exactly fluent in Spanish. :p
-
the translation reads just that, but it's SUPPOSED to be "bopper" but I dunno that they have "bopper" in Spanish, hence the translator (in the movie itself) using bola instead
-
I can guess doing a contextual translation would be harder then a literal translation.
-
Great Day of the Fliers had some scenes that really made me laugh
* When Petrie and his siblings are falling from the sky and a swimmer says "Strange weather we're having today,"
* Mr. Clubtail: I've got a bopper. You got a bopper?
Guido: *holds up his tail* (my bros and I make jokes about him saying, "I've got a feather duster")
Mr. Clubtail: *whacks Guido with his tail*
:lol
Stone of Cold Fire
When Rinkus and Sierra have grabbed Pterano and as he's saying "LET GO OF ME! HOW DARE YOUUUUUU!" And we go in on his eyes XD !
Cera: Back to the smoking mountians! Where else
Petrie: Uncle Pterano! NOT GO!
That's an interesting place :lol
-
One I had forgotten about till I saw it again today is in the mad song.
Cera sings: "Pretend you're a sharptooth."
Ducky sings: "I can pretend that I'm you're dad." :lol
-
Heheheh, I loved Petrie's "It Booms.." line. I also liked when Petrie talked about how the Smokey Mountains were shakey.
Petrie: "It all shakey...like Cera when she mad."
Cera: "Huh?"
Cera's reaction was priceless. XD I also liked when Ducky said.
"Just because the mountain is as shakey as Cera, that does not mean it is scary as Cera. Oh, no, no, no." (Cera gives her a dirty look) "Um, you know what I mean."
I started laughing at those parts as well as everything else mentioned. XD
-
Watched that earlier today, very funny scene, especially Cera's reaction to what Petrie & Ducky say. :lol
-
One of my favorite moments in the entire LBT series was in The Secret of Saurus Rock, when the Allosaurus had just thrown the log across the ditch. The whole conversation the gang had, wondering if they were in its tummy, and Petrie saying "me no know, but it STILL DARK in herree..." cracked me up. There were a few other moments in the movie that had me laughing, such as the (paraphrased) dialogue between Petrie and Ducky:
"No worry, if you fall there little river waaay down there that you might land in. Maybe."
(Ducky, sarcastically) "Oh, THANK YOU, I feel SO much better now!"
The humor seemed so natural in that movie.
Anyway, I planned on making a video of my favorite moments in the LBT TV series, but I haven't figured out Windows Movie Maker or whatever - it keeps crashing on me.
-
Those are funny scenes indeed.
For your video help have you thought to ask in a more technical part of this forum? I don't know if there is one or if it is the LBT Projects one, but there could be some video experts here who could help you. Sounds like a great idea, making your own video of your favorite moments, good luck.
-
If you want to make clips and then join them up, I suggest Virtualdub:

-
Let me remember...
In LBT X, when Cera (???) hits Petrie with some fruit, waking him up. :lol That reminds me in LBT VIII when happens almost the same thing.
Here's the script (kinda):
Cera: "How would you feel is someone dropped a big old piece of fruit on your head?"
Petrie: "Me no know." *some fruit falls on his head, Cera laughs* Me do know." :lol
-
Funny, I'll have to go back and look for that scene again. I forgot which movie or episode it is in, but as I recall the GOF are crossing a log or something. Petrie gets scared and grabs onto Littlefoot's neck and I think his eyes bug out a little and he says "Petrie." In a strangled type of voice.
Another was in LBT 6: The Secret of Saurus Rock where, to me at least, it looks like Cera's dad tries to bully Doc and Doc stands up to him and Cera's dad stands down.
The dialog is something like:
Cera's dad: "I say we should send him on his way.
Doc: "Are you sure you feel up to it friend?" :lol
Then a bit later another funny dialog.
Grandpa Longneck: "Don't mind him. He's a good sort once you get to know him.
Doc: "Don't know as I want to stay that long." :lol
Also a bit later when Cera's dad puts the twins in charge of her. :lol
-
I find it hard to believe that none of you remembered this scene from the tenth movie:
What really got my laugh box going was the scene where Cera has that dream (in her POV, an absolute nightmare) that Littlefoot would return from his adventure; and be praised like a hero/savior of the Great Valley.
-
I remember that, and the way her father was calling out Littlefoot's name like everyone else in the valley was. :lol
-
In LBT X, when Cera (???) hits Petrie with some fruit, waking him up. :lol
Haha! Loved that part :D. Yeah, it would seem fitting for Cera to do such a thing. She is such a hoot :lol!
Here's one from LBT VIII:
The Gang and Mr. Thicknose are walking through the Mysterious Beyond when there is a strange noise(almost sounds like someone let one slip).
Littlefoot(looks at Cera): What was that sound?
Cera: Don't look at me!
The scene from LBT VI of when Spike sits on Petrie is hilarious :lol. So is the one where Littlefoot is impersonating Doc and slaps himself with his own tail  :lol!
Just one more for now:
LBT VII: Cera decides that, since she falls or gets chased when she's last in line, she will go first on the vine. Well, Spike takes a bite out of the vine, and she ends up last anyway :lol!
Cera: I told yooouuuu! :lol :lol
-
The way Guido called Petrie's siblings "buttheads".
-
Another part I found funny was in the beginning of the Brave Longneck Scheme episode where Cera was trying to show Littlefoot a shortcut (for whatever purposes, we may never know). And after they fell down a hill, Cera had a look that said, "Why does this always happen to me?"
:lol
-
I love that part where chomper's mother tells him not to play with his food and when chomper bites cera. :wow
-
man all of this is funny, I almost had a heart attack from laughing :lol :lol :lol
-
The Canyon of Shiny Stones near the end when Chomper is looking at Ducky while saying, "guys I hate to say this but I'm getting hungry." then Ducky does her reply, funny indeed."
-
The Canyon of Shiny Stones near the end when Chomper is looking at Ducky while saying, "guys I hate to say this but I'm getting hungry." then Ducky does her reply, funny indeed."
LOL :lol
-
I like on lbt when pterano hits rinkuses beak and he says "I think you bent my beak", and then pterano says"next time keeps it shut :lol :lol
-
LBT VII: After the vine stunt, Cera lands right in front of Spike.
Cera(looking vexed): Don't-ever-do that-AGAIN!
-
LBT XI :
Skitter stands directly under the hole when Cera, Petrie, Ducky AND Spike falls down on him. He goes: "Not again!" and then gets squashed! :lol
Afterwards, when cera says to him: "You sure are small"...
He answers: "I used to be taller..."
-
Petrie: "...& sometimes it gets all shakey, like Cera when she mad."
Cera: "hmm?
Ducky: "Just cause it shakes like Cera does not mean it is scary as Cera, No, no, no."
-
LBT X: Ducky, as they walked back to the GV: I have just one questiont, do we have to walk back through the smog?
-
Also LBT X when Ducky want to catch Cera. Cera: Don¥t even think about it :p
-
That is indeed a very funny scene.
-
Not having the willpower to read though 3 pages of funny scenes, I'm just gonna put up my favorites, and hope nobody else already put them.
Favorite English Funny Scenes:
(LBT 2)- Grandma: What is it, Littlefoot?
Littlefoot: I'm just curious about...babies.
*Grandma and Grandpa look at each other*
(LBT 3)- Post-fire, the adults are arguing about what to do to get the water.
Grandma: Stop this! You're acting like children!
Petrie: Ha! We no act like that!
(LBT 5)- Chomper:I'm sure [my parents] will like you.
Cera:How? Rare, medium, or well done?
(LBT 7)- Sierra: (imitating Ducky) No no no! nyeh nyeh nyeh! It's driving me nuts nuts nuts!
(LBT 10)- Cera: So, let me get this straight. You're going on an adventure, but you don't know when, and you don't know where, and you don't know why, you'll just sort of feel when it's time to go and you and you're grandparents will just sort of get up and wander off. Is that it?
Littlefoot: Yeah, that about sums it up.
(LBT 12)- Threehorn: NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
Grandma: Goodness, what was that all about?
Grandpa: I'm not sure, but I bet Mr. Threehorn will tell us.
Favorite Dutch Funny Scene:
(LBT 4)- It Takes All Sorts-Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRw4G9UIMaw) For me, this takes the cake for funniest Land Before Time scene EVER. Just watch it, you'll know what I mean.
-
Those are some pretty funny scenes. :yes
-
Ow... Yup.. Terrible Dutch song xD
Omg I wish I could watch it without being a dutch person myself.. :p
-
LBT 8:
Right after Mr. Thicknose asks if Littlefoot, Cera, and Petrie were going into the Mysterious Beyond.
Cera: No.
Petrie: Yes.
Littlefoot: Maybe.
(They all look at each other)
-
12. when Petrie causes another crash landing. One dinosaur is watching them and says "strange weather we're having today" :lol
12. "I've got a bopper! Do you have bopper?" (me and my brothers: I have a feather duster") *WHAAP*
7. When Rinkus tripped over the log via Threats from Pterano
7. Ducky: I did not know you had an uncle
7. The entire vine crossing scene
7. Cera: Back up to the Smoking Mountains, where else
Petrie: UNCLE PTERANO! NOT GO!
What an interesting place :lol
All I can think of for now
-
I forgot what sequel this was, but it went like this:
Cera was having a dream about Little Foot coming back to the Great Valley and all of the adults were cheering for Little Foot, even her father! Then Cera yells, "NOOOOOO!!!!"
XD It showed how probably envious she is with Little Foot. I just thought it was sort of a funny moment... :p

That's LBT X.
And yeah, I agree! That's a funny one! :lol
-
LBT VIII: Mr. Threehorn nails Grandpa Longneck with a big snowball :lol. This shows a hint of his playful side. Petrie and Ducky are very slapstick whenever they get pegged by snowballs due to their size :lol. Oh, and when Littlefoot dumps the snow from the tree branch onto Cera. That is a hoot.
LBT VII: Pterano and his henchmen go smuck into a rock formation :lol.
LBT VI: Cera just crawls out of the bubbling goo when Littlefoot slams into her and sends her back in :P:.
LBT XII: Tricia pokes Cera in the eye. Ouch! Poor girl .
LBT XIII: No matter how much of a blunder folks think this sequel is, I found some of the slapstick quite humorous, but then again I'm random like that . Anyhoo, Loofah and Doofah doing their own version of the Heimlich about made me pee my pants :lol. The other scene I found hilarious was when the yellowbellies finally woke up and got off of Ducky and Petrie(I felt sorry for the poor things), and one of the yellowbellies rips a fart :slap :lol. I have to admit, the crudest LBT humor being Spike's occasional belches gets old after awhile, so that scene certainly spiced up the crudeness a little :p :lol.
-
LBT XI: The scene where Topsy says that the little longnecks are "even smaller than Littlefoot"; Littlefoot then has a "Oh for the love of God!" face.
-
i guess i have a strange kind of humor but this scene somehow really made me rofl for an unknown reason:
in The Invasion of the Tinysaurus, as the complete gang is in the tinysaurus cave first time, littlefoot begs his friends, not to tell about it.
Cera: don't worry, we won't (tell)
big daddy (voiced by Micheal Clarke Duncan, what i regard as an idea of a genius): Just how big of a fool do you take me for?
Cera: Er...not very?
furthermore the contrast of big daddy's size and his deep voice is so...i don't know how to call it, but this is beyond funny
-
It was a funny scene indeed. Though it did give me ideas on what Mim may say if he asked her that inthat scene.
-
The scene in which Dil is smashing into the crevice Littlefoot is hiding in and causing several stalagmites to fall at Icky. The end result is hilarious.
Icky: That was a log.
Dil: I thought it tasted funny.
Another good one is Icky's new look after Dil busts him out of the tree.
-
LBT XIII
While it's one of my least favorite movies, it did have some good parts; my favorite being when Cera screams at Littlefoot to never wake her up.
-
The Secret of Saurus Rock had some pretty funny scenes.
Littlefoot's dream scene.
The bubbling mud pit scene.
Then there is Cera's worrying about the twins disappearing and her conversation with Ducky.
Ducky: That means never make grandpa threehorn angry.
Cera: You sure about that one?
Ducky: No, but it is good advice just the same.
-
The scene from the second movie when Petrie was walking with his eyes closed and ran into Spike was hilarious. :lol
-
A qoute fro the Search for the Sky Color Stones episode.
Chomper: Is this one?
Petrie: No.
Chomper: Is this one?
Petrie: No.
Chomper: Is this one?
Petrie: That not even rock!
-
oh yes! that scene!
-
LBT XIII
While it's one of my least favorite movies, it did have some good parts; my favorite being when Cera screams at Littlefoot to never wake her up.
:lol Yeah I really liked that scene, I don¥t think Littlefoot will forget that "Wisdom" so early :lol
-
The Hermit of Blackrock (episode)
Guido: I'm afraid of caves; I'm afraid of the dark! But most importantly... I'm afraid of being afraid!
-
lol :lol , that¥s a good one :lol :lol
-
That is a funny line. That episode has some great lines in it.
Was watching a bit of the 10th movie for a screenshot and came across what I think is a funny scene. Cera is standing on a rock in a swamp not sure if she should try to jump on the closer rock, though it looks slimy (it's the head of a bellydragger) or one farther away. Then Ducky & Petrie come up and are behind her frill and start debating with one another which one she should try to jump to. It goes on so long the belly dragger gets fed up and bursts out of the water and attacks them.
Not a funny scene to many but the scene of the 2 debating, Cera seemingly calm about it and not putting in any dialog herself and the belly dragger's facial expressions on some of what they said, the getting fed up can be seen as sorta funny.
-
I loved that scene.
Here's one from the 5th movie, when the GoF are crossing the desert.
Cera: Whatever made those footprints went that way.
Petrie: But what if it come back?
Cera: Then it's gonna have to deal with me.
Ducky: ...That settles it; I am going back.
-
Petire: "I smell..I smell... I smell.... Duckey"
-
I'm surprised this one has not been mentioned. In LBT XII, when Tria causes Mr. Threehorn to fall out of their nest.
Tria: "That's....that's...perfect." :lol
-
I saw the clip somewhere, not sure where. As I remember it is a very funny scene. :lol I've no idea what happened after that since I"ve not seen the movie.
-
The Mysterious Tooth Crisis (TV Episode)
*Right after Chomper looses his tooth* (Forgive me if it's not 100% perfect)*
Littlefoot: Does it hurt?
Chomper: No... is it going to?!?!
-
That is a funny line. That episode has some great lines in it.

Odd that you mention LBT X which I was watching last night. That particular scene is hilarious. Ducky and Petrie debating (reminds me of "who's on first") while the bellydragger does the slow burn. He'd make a great Ralph Kramden. :lol
-
I can't believe I forgot to mention this one before:
LBT VII, after Pterano whacks Sierra one:
Pterano: "If there's anything I'm not going to tolerate, it's violence!"
Sierra: "Then, why are you hitting me?"
Pterano: "Make that two things: Violence and stupid questions!"
*Whacks Sierra one again* :lol
-
Oh man, there this one part in XI that always cracks me up for some reason.
I don't remember it word for word, but it's the part where Petrie explains this elaborate plan in his muddled way of speaking, and Littlefoot gives him this weird look and asks, "Could you say that again?" To which Petrie replies, "..... No."
-
Oh yeah, this speech
Petrie: Me get what you say 'bout being' fair and all, but me thinkin' all the time--
all the time thinkin'--
and me think this:
If me fly up to tippy-tippy-top of tree-sweet tree and take three sweets from tree for me and you three--
then we ok, see?
Littlefoot: Say that again?
Petrie: Uh, no. Me just get 'em
:lol
-
Yeah, that's the one!
Love that part :smile
-
That is a funny scene indeed. :lol
I was surprised Petrie could say such a complex speech. Maybe he was too and that was why he couldn't repeat it.
-
I Remember The Scene From The Land Before Time 7 Where Pterano Hits Rinkus For Hurting His Nephew Petrie.
Pterano: If There's One Thing I Will Not Tolerate, Is Violence!
Rinkus: Then Why Are You Hitting Me?
Pterano: Right, Make That Two Things. Violence And Stupid Questions!
*Hits Rinkus Again*
-
Here's Two More Quotes. The First One Is When Pterano And His Henchmen Were Chasing Littlefoot And His Friends.
Pterano: Stop This At Once! Get A Grip Will You?
Sierra: Hey, Don't Mind If We Do.
*Sierra And Rinkus Grab Pterano's Hands. Rinkus Cackles And They Both Fly Downwards With The Captured Pterano*
Pterano: LET GO OF ME! HOW DARE YOUUUUUUUUUUUU!
The Second One Is When During The Song Very Important Creature, Sierra And Rinkus Talk About Betraying Pterano.
Sierra: I'd Like To Knock Him Off His Perch.
Rinkus: This Is Getting Hard To Swallow.
Those Two Scenes Were The Best.
-
I like in LBT7, when Spike chomps through the vine.
Littlefoot: HANG ON!
*Petrie grabs Littlefoot's throat choking him and his eyes bug out*
Littlefoot: (gasps)...Petrie...
That and the clam shell incident in Search for Sky Colour Stones:
Chomper: Find any Littlefoot?
Littlefoot: (disappointed) No... *sees something in the water*
Littlefoot: *gasps* Wait! *ducks head into water*
Petrie: You find one?
*snap*
Littlefoot: ARRGGHHH!
Petrie: OH! What happen?!
*Littlefoot emerges with clam clamped on his nose*
Littlefoot: OWW! Get it off! Get it off!
:lol :lol :lol

:lol :lol :lol
Something very similar and just as hilarious happens to Cera in LBT IX :lol. It's funny how the crab snaps its claws after it lets go of her horn, then makes the same gesture in a later scene :lol.
-
The funniest scene i remember is at the start of the episode where they go to find the missing water and the run into mo
I like the start where cera and her dad make fun of him
"you think those scrawny arms could do a better job than my horn?!"
chomper looks at his arms
"my arms arn't little"
walks away with annoyed expression
-
Ooh! Ooh! I’ve got one!
It’s from the TV episode “The Spooky Nighttime Adventure,” and for some reason, it cracks me up every time I hear it, or even when I recite it in my head.
The situation is that Petrie has just made the dubious claim of having glimpsed the fabled “Hidden Runner,” a dinosaur that is supposedly invisible.
Cera: Okay, Petrie, so what did this invisible runner look like?
Petrie: Like...like...NOTHING!
:lol :lol :lol
-
land before time 6
"you talking to me"
complete taxi driver moment
-
LOL all those quotes and scenes so funny
I like these ones
Rainbow face man:Why do you call the mysterious beyond mysterious? Why not the boring beyond. Or the something not as intersting to us beyond.
Pterano staring at his reflection:Look at this face. Look at this beak.
Rinkus:I guess you could say you were quite unique
Sierra:When I'm finished with him, he wont even squeak.
Pterano:What did you say?
Rinkus grabs his beak:He said lead the way.
Sierra:That's it, I've had it with that blowhard!
Littlefoot to the Rainbow faces:Why is the flying rock different than all the others? Is there really such a thing as a stone of cold fire? Who are you guys?
They never answer either, just disappear into stars.
-
I like the one in LBT 13 when all the yellowbellies sit on top of Ducky and Petrie and one rips a fart on them.
Petrie: that not funny!
also in LBT 5
Petrie: what if it comes back?
Cera: then it will have t go through me!
Ducky: thats it im going back (runs away)
:lol
-
I like the one in LBT 13 when all the yellowbellies sit on top of Ducky and Petrie and one rips a fart on them.
Petrie: that not funny!
:slap That was so wrong but too funny! Poor Ducky and Petrie :p :lol.
-
How about this one from LBT XI?
The gang is on the cliff overlooking the recently defoliated tree sweet tree. Cera is glaring down lividly at the empty tree, and Petrie (almost cheerfully) asks her:
“So, Cera, you mad you not gonna get first bite of tree sweets?”
Cera, using a tone that is downright terrifying even by her standards, replies:
“WHAT DO YOU THINK?!”
A moment later, after recovering from his unexpected flight and subsequent crash landing, Petrie hazards a guess:
“Uh...yes?”
Not only is the way they say the lines funny, but their expressions (Cera’s in particular) are absolutely hilarious! :lol

EDIT: Yay, my 200th post! I’ve made it to Ducky level! Yep yep yep! :DD
-
Littlefoot looks funny in the stone of cold fire when petrie grapped his neck.
-
In the thirteenth movie, Doofah turns around, sees Cera, then she goes running, somehow trips over Petrie, and when she gets up, all he says is, "Uh, ow..." I watched that part of the movie five times, and I was laughing every time. :lol
-
I have to say in one episode (I forget which <_< ) Their arguing over something and Petrie goes,
Petrie: It get's ALL shakily...like Cera when she mad.
Cera
The look on Cera's face is priceless!!!! :lol
-
In LBT 3, shortly after Topsy nearly gets himself and Cera killed in the forest fire:
Grandma Longneck: "We must come up with a plan to free the water."
Topps: "I have a plan."
Mr. Clubtail: "I hope it's better than your fire escape plan."
----
Also, from LBT 11, after Littlefoot first sees the Tinysauruses and screams and then runs off:
Tria: "It sure sounded to me like somebody screamed."
Topsy: "Naaah, what would anybody have to scream about on a beautiful day like today?"
*notices the tree-sweets are all gone*
Topsy: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
...
Grandma Longneck: "What was that?"
Grandpa Longneck: "Eh... Mr. Threehorn again."
Grandma Longneck: "But what's wrong?"
Grandpa Longneck: "I don't know, but I'm sure he'll tell us..."
Grandpa's deadpan delivery is what completes the scene.
-
For some reason, at any time, first thing that comes to my mind when I thing about LBT and somethiing funny, always, I see scene from my head when gang of seven stands on small cliff island surrounded by lava, no escape, and suddenly Chomper says "I hate to say it, but I'm hungry..." :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
:OhYou
(Ducky's answer is brilliant as well: "I wish you wasn't looking at me when you said that...")
it just killed me back then, and I still laugh at this, and this quote became my favorite.
-
Quoting Ptyra from the "Getting to know you - LBT Style (http://www.gangoffive.net/index.php?topic=7296.0)" thread, but I totally agree with this.
I did like Littlefoot's second weird dream [in LBT 13]. It seriously looked more like they JUMPED off the log than fell off XD !

While the Gang are singing the Lone Dinosaur song in 6, Cera and Petrie are having a mini mud fight :lol
In XII (not gonna be exact words...but the general idea)
Cera: “Can I go play with Littlefoot and the others?”
*no response from Topps and Tria*
Cera: “I said, can I go play with Littlefoot?”
*still no response from Topps and Tria*
Cera: “So bye, I’m going out to the Mysterious Beyond to see if I can get eaten by a sharptooth...”
Topps: “Ok. Don’t be late”
Tria: “Have fun”

:lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol
totally forgot about this scene
-
At the end of Wisdom of Friends when the Gang reunites with their parents, and Cera says they followed all the wisdoms.
Grandma: "But you forgot the most important wisdom. Stay in the Great Valley."
Ducky: "Hah, we have trouble with that one, yep, yep, yep."
No kidding!
-
The funniest part I could think of was from the fifth movie; Littlefoot and Ducky ran for cover in a log during the locust attack, and Cera tried to hide in it as well; however, she got stuck with her butt hanging out. The log seemed awfully small, but, Littlefoot managed to fit quite easily.
LBT IV: When Dil nearly eats Ichy
Ichy: Don't swallow, Dil, it's me, Ichy!
Dil: Ichy?
Ichy: Open up, you idiot!
Dil opens her mouth and Ichy flies out
These are the only scenes I could think of at the top of my head that I still find funny.
-
I think their facial expressions are pretty hilarious as well as in the episode "The Big Freeze" when Cera had to scream to get the Adults attention when trapped in the avalanche seemed pretty funny, as well as when Sierra in The Stone Of Cold Fire" was making fun of Ducky saying "All she does is No, No, No, and Yup, Yup, Yup, Its driving me Nuts, Nuts, NUTS!" It was pretty funny as well
-
In the thirteenth movie, Doofah turns around, sees Cera, then she goes running, somehow trips over Petrie, and when she gets up, all he says is, "Uh, ow..." I watched that part of the movie five times, and I was laughing every time. :lol
Kinda reminds me of Kylo's pathetic "Ow" in TROS.
-
Also, from LBT 11, after Littlefoot first sees the Tinysauruses and screams and then runs off:
Tria: "It sure sounded to me like somebody screamed."
Topsy: "Naaah, what would anybody have to scream about on a beautiful day like today?"
*notices the tree-sweets are all gone*
Topsy: "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
...
Grandma Longneck: "What was that?"
Grandpa Longneck: "Eh... Mr. Threehorn again."
Grandma Longneck: "But what's wrong?"
Grandpa Longneck: "I don't know, but I'm sure he'll tell us..."
Grandpa's deadpan delivery is what completes the scene.
That one was great for me too. XD
-
All of the gangs reactions to the Yellow Bellies. Also Petrie's hissy fits in the TV series.
-
I've always liked this exchange from the seventh movie:
Pterano: (after physically reprimanding Rinkus for knocking Petrie out of the sky) If there's one thing I will not tolerate, it's violence.
Rinkus: Then why are you hitting me?
Pterano: Right, make that two things. Violence and stupid questions. (hits Rinkus again)

Grandma: "But you forgot the most important wisdom. Stay in the Great Valley."
Ducky: "Hah, we have trouble with that one, yep, yep, yep."
No kidding!
Probably the most impressive thing to come out of that movie, IMHO.
-
XD I love those self aware moments. Though that part of movie 11 with Mr. Threehorn freaking out was the best thing to have come out of that movie in my opinion. :ToppsGrumpy
Also Guido... He was a pure comedian in movie 12. XD
-
The fuuniest moment ive ever saw is that in the 3rd sequel, after Petrie says "yeah, fight!", he punches himself accidentally :opetrie🤣🤣🤣
-
Also in the 6th one too, while the gang are climbing up the mountain, cera asks ducky what are the twins mean when they say baby words like this
"So, what does no no grampie threebie grr mean?"
That is another funny part i remember
-
This gem from XII
Cera: I'm heading out to the Mysterious Beyond to see if I could get eaten by a sharptooth.
Topsy: Bye. Have fun.
Tria: Don't be late.
:lol

I don't think I can disagree with that. :p

Two self aware moments in one movie. I like it.

This quote from Loofah get's me every time.
Loofah: Do our rear ends really look like that. (Looks at his rear end) Wow!
It's the way he say's wow that get's me.
-
Cesar Petrie and his cult in LBT XIV was really humorous. To see Petrie in a ruler light, if ever so briefly, cracks me up.
-
Let me remember...
That crack me up too
When he got hit by a piece of fruit on top of his head 🤣🤣🤣
-
:ceraboo In Secret of Saurus Rock I couldn't help but to laugh at "Shiny peep-eye no no." and Cera saying it so wistfully, lmao
-
Even though LBT XI is one of my not so good movies, there was one scene where Topsy saw the dead fruit tree, and screamed so loud, that everyone could hear, and even cause a distant avalanche. :lol
-
"There's one more wisdom you should know. DON'T EVER WAKE ME UP AGAIN!" :thudLOL
-
^yeah, it definitely broke romantic moment. XD
-

Most certainly. XD XD XD
-
"My father told me that flatheads had very small brains." I find this line ironically funny because in real life sauropods had very tiny brains.
-
Now while I really hate Hot and Stinky I do find it funny that Spike and Petrie used the Stinkweed as hippie like hair wigs.
-
For me it's:
- When Chomper's parents spot him gathering all this vegetation and his dad saying: "Sometimes I worry about that boy..."
- In XI when Topsy screams at the bare treesweets tree and Grandpa Longneck is just not in the mood to deal with that today.
- In III when Topsy says he has a plan to free the water and the clubtail replies: "I hope it's better than your fire escape plan!" Better find that water quick Topsy cause that was a burn.
-
^yeah, it definitely broke romantic moment. XD
Most certainly. XD XD XD
Shame. I was enjoying the romance while it lasted.

Any scene involving Cera pointing out how stupid their plan is and then going along with it anyway., haha. :lol I really love her character!

Especially when their crossing a gap. She always says how she’s not scared, and then when she starts crossing the gap, she gets immediately scared of heights.
Yeah…Cera is very brave indeed… :lol

It seems like she's afraid of heights! A character trait I wish they would have explored more!
-
One I had forgotten about till I saw it again today is in the mad song.
Cera sings: "Pretend you're a sharptooth."
Ducky sings: "I can pretend that I'm you're dad." :lol
ROFL! Ducky is witty. :)
-
Remember that time Guido literally called Mr. Threehorn a lady?
-
I like the scene in LBT X , when Ducky, Cera, and Spike throw a watermelon at Petrie's head. I mean, the people creating this could have made it subtle, but decided, "Let's lob a watermelon at Petrie!" :yum
Also, when Guido basically said that Petrie's siblings faces look like rear-ends. :feelsgoodman

It had just clicked to me that Guido was subtly calling Petrie's siblings a**holes. :SharptoothAmused Or am I completely misreading that?
-
I guess I always interpreted it as, how shall I word this... buttheads. :p
-
I also found it interesting how Petrie's siblings themselves laugh at Guido's comment instead of being offended. :P
-

It's funny that they did that considering how annoyed they get with Petrie. I wouldn't be laughing if someone said that to me.
-
Haha, yeah, neither would I. Either they have the ability to laugh at themselves, and/or Guido's delivery somehow made it funnier than it would've been otherwise, or else maybe the full extent of the joke went over their heads entirely. :oops
-
Edit: [I posted in wrong thread.]
-
It's not Spike or Cera! It's shapeshifter!!! :O
LOL, good eye!
What?
-
oops, wrong thread. XD
-
:lol

I have 2 examples of scenes I find one of the funniest in the franchise;
1. Littlefoot screaming "SPIKE, LET GO!!!" while trying to get Spike to let go of the stinkweed. (Journey of the Brave)
2. Mr. Threehorn's big "NO" and the scene it is included in. (Invasion of the Tinysauruses)
3. Guido (one of my most hated characters in the franchise) saying that Mr. Threehorn is not fat. (Great Day of the Flyers)
-
Littlefoot: How could this get any worse?
Cuts to them in the middle of a blizzard.
Cera: You had to ask didn't you?
-
The scene where Chomper is looking through the water, finding some geodes (sky color stones), but finds rocks that don’t like geodes, and every time he asks Petrie if he found the rock, Petrie gets more and more annoyed.
Then Chomper ends up fishing out a dirt clod that looks nothing like a rock, nor geode. Petrie responds with: “That not even rock!”
-
This is something that TV Tropes pointed out. Apparently the scene in the original where Ducky meets Spike has a subtle adult joke. I don't feel comfortable describing what I'm referring to so I'll let TV Tropes explain it: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Funny/TheLandBeforeTime.
-
lol, I wonder if it was indeed intended.

Now that I’ve figured out what Ducky was doing when Spike hatched all along, I’m going to notice the part every time I rewatch the movie.
