I'm sorry my welcomes come so late, but I have been on a vacation to Scotland during the last week without any internet access (so I have a lot to catch up with now
). The catching up may include your fanart in case you already posted some (I don't know yet as during my catching up I work my way down from the top to the bottom of the GOF which means that I'm reacting in the welcoming thread before the fanart section). Not only is it permitted to post fanart here, but we really appreciate it a lot! I'm looking forward to see it
As for taking pictures from the board, you should be perfectly fine when taking screenshots from the movies which others posted. In case of other peoples' fanart you should send them an email or PM to ask for their permission, but I suppose most people would gladly respond positively to such a request happy about your interest in their art.
