I dont know why I wanted to see it, but me and a friend went ahead and saw it. I know it was a french(?) film to begin with, but they could have tried A LOT harder to match the mouth flaps...it was like watching badly dubbed anime...

That's a good point, but from what I rememberd, the egg kinda had an obsque travel route. It's just been a sceen that forever confused me. And I could be wrong but, did his egg come from a nest of others?

Now I may be missing something but from what I see at the begining, the egg that contained Littlefoot at the start of the movie, seemed to have come from a diffrent mother.
You see the egg stealer get caught in the act, then the egg travles away from the nest to what seems like a diffrent one. So my question is, is Littlefoot adopted or am I missing something at the start?

I came across it when I went to someone's youtube profile and saw the link to here.
The profile had some Pebble and the Penguin vids and I like to look at other's faves so I went to the profile.
Hardly any faves, but I found the link to here so, no big loss.

I found this forum on a youtube profile, and I had to join.
Im a huge fan of Bluth movies and this one being a top faveorite, I had to join...that and Im obsessed with forums.

Firstly, Simba in swahili means Lion. I belive that the african language and swahili are diffrent...I could be wrong. In fact, most of the characters in TLK are from swahili words. Rafiki=Friend, Puumba= Lazy Nuka= Stink
Next, It was all inspiration.
Ideas float around the universe and sometimes diffrent hands grab the same idea. So what if simmilar lines were used? TLK did not rip off TLB, Disney was simply inspired, IMO.
As for Kimba, my vote is that TLK is the american version of it, in some ways than one.

I personaly think that her mother and sibblings did'nt make it. Thou I did get confused with Dana and Dinah appearing then suddenly dissapearing as the sequels progressed.
Thou I dont follow sequels since it's other writer's doing the job and they tend to make stuff up if they cant explain something.

Just like every hit movie comes some cheap knock off. It happend with Cars and Finding Nemo.
To me, it all looks fake and photoshopped, like it was a LBT fan's fancharacters or something.

Not at all.
I'll have it playing on the TV for background entertainment and my mom will come in and be all "Oh hey! That's the Land Before Time." or "You really like this movie, huh?"
So no, Im not embarassed to show people, tell people that I adore the movie.
